About: I used to work in a Petshotel taking care of dogs and cats. I have a passion for making animals happy and providing them the the proper care they need. I can administer medications in a variety of ways and have been able to monitor multiple dogs at once during playtimes. I have had 10 dogs in my lifetime, and I can't wait to meet even more. I try not to let them off the leash immediately so we can build trust and I do not rush them to be my friend.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
