I have two very sweet cats at home that do well with other dogs. I have a “fear free” approach to care provided in your home, including optional animal pheromone therapy, patience/gradient touch, food motivation, respect of boundaries and positive vibes.

I need to know if your pet is on a special diet, is taking medications, is in or needs training, behavioral issues/triggers, allergies and any other information I’d need to optimize their care.
A typical day
If we’re of the canine variety, we might enjoy a nice walk with a treat/fresh water break, an air-conditioned car ride to get a pup cup and find a nice safe dog park to play at, all at owner’s request. If we’re of the feline variety, we might play with interactive toys, cuddle on the couch, and watch the Aristocats. I use veterinary (and owner!) approved treats and toys only. I can be as hands on or off as you desire.

I’ve had a variety of animals in my home and loved them all my life! I love serving animals and providing them with the upmost respect and care. I was a veterinary assistant for many years, so I have vast knowledge about cat & dogs medical needs. I can confidently administer medications, including oral and insulin.

Maylin is an absolutely amazing pet sitter! She is so patient with my super scared cat and always gives him the time and space he needs to warm up to her. She’s always on time, incredibly detail-oriented, friendly, and her communication is amazing. I feel completely comfortable knowing Shadow is in such great hands with her. I’m so thankful to have found someone I can truly trust with his care, and I will always use Maylin whenever I need a pet sitter. I couldn’t recommend her enough!
Maylin was awesome. She came at the same time daily and followed all instructions for my cats medicine and diet. She is an elderly cat and it was very nice knowing someone took it as seriously as I do.
Maylin is a wonderful and experienced caretaker. She is very knowledgeable about pets and their needs, and she loves all animals as if they are her own. My dog, Josie, can be nervous/shy around people, but she loves Maylin and warmed up to her quickly. It is amazing to have someone I can trust in my home and taking care of my pets!
