I was gone for almost 10 days on a very long international trip, so it was really important for me to find someone I could trust — and Liz exceeded my expectations. She provided regular updates with photos and videos showing what my dog was doing, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that my dog was happy, comfortable, and well cared for the entire time. Liz and her family created a very welcoming environment, and my dog really enjoyed the social time with the other dogs. He especially loved having access to the backyard where he could play and relax. When I picked him up, he looked healthy, happy, and clearly had a great stay. Tashea’ and Dushanbe were wonderful with my dog! They really saved me when I needed a last minute placement over the holidays. They sent updates throughout the stay and were quickly responsive to messages and questions. My pup came home happy and energized, a big difference from when she’s stayed at Kennels. Jacky and Leo are such sweethearts and took care of my boys so well!! She gave them such a sweet Christmas with toys and treats while I was away to visit family. Danielle was wonderful! I had a last-minute cancelation and needed to find someone to watch my girl for week with only a day and a half notice. Danielle responded very quickly to my inquiry, was understanding and kind, and walked me through my first experience with a dog sitter on Rover. While I was away, she kept me updated with photos and messages frequently enough to put my mind at ease but not so often that it at all interrupted my time away. My girl was happy and healthy when I got back. Would definitely use her again and recommend her to anyone looking!
We had the best experience with Khala. While we went out of town, we decided to board our boy, Zeus. We met Khala at a dog park and everything went so well. Khala is very friendly, warm, professional and very experienced with pets. She is accommodating and very prompt and super flexible with our last minute schedule changes. We will def be using Khala for our upcoming trips. Zeus was very happy staying at her place and she provided photos/updates while Zeus was staying at her place.
Shantia was very very helpful. I went to check out the space before my vacation and her space was beautiful, lots of room, clean, and accommodating to my dog's needs. I sent very clear and specific instructions for my dog as he is extremely picky and an anxious dog and she took great care of him with no issues on either end. She sent plenty of pictures and videos of my dog while I was away, which eased my anxiety of leaving him with a new person. My dog also does not really vibe well with men and he was able to be around Shantia's boyfriend with no issues or complaints. I will definitely be using Shantia for my dog's care moving forward!
