About: PLEASE DO NOT MESSAGE ME IF YOU HAVE PENDING REQUESTS TO OTHER SITTERS. Please understand that when you send me a request, I have to turn down other potential clients while I wait for you to confirm. Thanks in advance for being a considerate neighbor and human. I had dogs all through childhood and college, and miss having a four-legged friend around! Sadly, my own work travel schedule prevents me from having a doggo of my own right now, so I thought that it would be a good compromise to lend a hand to other frequent flyers who love their pup too much to put them in the kennel. Rest assured that your dog will not get just a 15-minute lap around the block to pee, I'll take him or her to the dog park, on a hike, or if your pup is more low-key, I'll totally snuggle on the couch. My pet ownership experience is mostly with big dogs (sheperds), so that's definitely my soft spot, but I've taken care of all breeds and sizes through volunteering as a foster with a rescue group in my former home of Washington, DC. I have a reliable car, so it's easy for me to get to your place to check in a couple of times a day. I work from home, so I am pretty flexible. I do live with a sassy cat, but we live in a big duplex where pets can be separated if needed. I will strive to stick to your pet's usual routine whether I am sitting at your home or boarding in my own home. They are already missing their humans, and maintaining their routine gives them one less thing to be anxious about.

About: I have had two dogs in my lifetime and have seen all life stages from puppies to adults. I have spent my college career working with animals (mainly raptors and penguins), but have learned a lot about animal care and training. I currently work full time at the Versiti Blood Research Institute, and am looking for a way to continue doing what I love (working with animals!). A new person coming into an animals home may be scary for them, so it is all about building trust from the minute I step in the door. Their safety is priority, and I intend to keep them as comfortable and happy as possible.

About: Hi, I’m McKenna! I’ve always been an animal lover and grew up in a home with both a dog and a cat, so caring for pets has been a big part of my life. Currently, I share my home with my sweet staffy-lab mix, who I care for with my boyfriend. I have hands on experience with many aspects of pet care, including exercise, feeding, giving medications, and providing enrichment activities to keep pets happy and healthy. Whether it’s a walk, playtime, or just some good company, I’m here to make sure your furry family member is well cared for. I’m excited to meet you and your pets and i’ll treat them like one of my own! I am currently a graduate student working towards my masters in speech language pathology! My schedule is on and off classes and clients, so I am home multiple times throughout the day. I have a fenced in backyard and a 2 year old dog named Millie who loves to play! I am able to crate your dog if needed and meet your routine needs. I am happy to take your fur baby for long or short walks or spend my time however you want!

“Excellent communicator and did a great job with making sure Bo had everything he needed.”

About: Hello, and thank you for looking at my profile! As a dog owner myself I completely understand how hard it is to know where to turn for dog sitting. You have come to the right spot. I will make sure that while you’re out of town the only thing you need to worry about, is what drink to order. I have had cats since I was about 7 years old. I learned from a young age to be responsible for feeding them, cleaning the litter box and giving them all the love they required. I’ve also had dogs including a pup with special needs so I’ve had plenty of experience administering medicine and shots if your pup needs some extra care. I love giving dog walks, playing fetch and snuggling with them. I love and care for all animals and will treat your fur baby as my own. I’m very excited to meet your pup and make sure they are loved as if they were at home. I am currently a full time student taking classes on line so I am home nearly all day. I also live with my husband and one middle aged American bulldog named Zoe. This allows me to have a very flexible schedule. I have a medium sized fenced back yard. I live in a neighborhood next to a great walking path and three schools that have parks for playtime and sidewalks for safety. We have a room where pups can play and mess around without hurting them selves and they are welcome to the entire house unless you prefer they not be. There are no kids or cats and lots of fun toys and balls to chew on and couches to lay on.

About: Hello, I have taken care of all kinds of animals since I was very young. I have taken care of roosters, chickens, ducks, rabbits, dogs, kittens, goats. I really like playing with animals and entertaining them. I like taking them for walks and bathing them. I started working as an animal caregiver at the age of 20 with neighbors, friends, and family. I believe that animals are very intelligent and full of love. I just arrived in the country and I am looking for a job that I can do part-time and be able to study. I am also looking to do what I love and am passionate about, which is taking care of pets, being able to walk them and take care of them, giving them everything they need, which is love and care. I have a park near my house where I can play with your doggy baby. I also have many toys and ideas in my house to do with them.

About: I've had dogs at home since I was 6 years old. I have provided in-home, short term care, and dog walking services for fur babies of all sizes for the last 10 years! I will love & treat your dogs like my own to help ease your mind while you're away. I am a night shift nurse with a variable schedule, so I am very flexible for walks and visits. If you need late night walks, I'm your girl. If you need walks in the middle of your 9-5 day, I can take care of it for you! My dog is my entire world. She is allowed on the couch, sleeps in my bed, and goes for her own walks as often as possible. I will care for and love your pet like they're my own, regardless of the service you need!

About: I grew up on a farm with all kinds of animals and with dogs my whole life! Friends always ask me to watch their dogs because they know how much I love to! I have done a variety of services on Rover over the past few years. I will soon graduate from PA school and will have many months before I start my job. I’m looking to fill that time with fun activities and also trying to make a little bit of money! I will have lots of time to give your dog(s) some love! I’m currently a physician associate student so my schedule varies. I graduate in a few short weeks and will then have a wide open schedule! I live in a large house with my older sister. We live in a quiet neighborhood and have a small unfenced backyard! Caring for dogs at their respective houses is preferable.

About: I've owned dogs my whole life! I currently have a black lab named Aspen who is high energy and loves to play. We love to go on long walks! I'm a UW-Madison student studying Public Health and Agriculture. I'm home for the summer and mostly work nights. Looking to fill my time with some walks and listening to more podcasts! My schedule makes me available to be there for your pet while you're gone away! I always willing to play or go on long walks depending on what your pet's needs are.

“Excellent at following the agreed schedule for visits. Open to suggestions and last minute changes, providing the pet's status and keeping the area clean.”

About: I have a bulldog, Bruiser that’s 8 years old. My wife and I love him with all our hearts. I love animals so much. I am available most times during the week and some times on the weekend. When looking up “pet’s best friend” there will be a picture of me. Dogs and cats gravitate toward me because I am loving and full of joy. When I walk into a room and there is a dog on one side and a group of people on the other, I b-line it to the dog. I will walk your dog for as long as you’d like and as for cats, I can play with them and never get bored. I’m currently working on my entrepreneurial journey and have tons of free time for meeting new pets! This would be a joy of mine to spend extra time helping others I make sure to play with them in their homes in a way that’s comfortable to them. I get along with all dogs and play with them in a variety of ways.

“Brooke watched my cat Douglas while we were out of town and she did an excellent job!! She provided detailed reports of he was doing and took lots of pictures. It was such a relief knowing Douglas was in great hands 😊 definitely will be utilizing her services again!!”

Ashley W.
“Ashley is quite the do lover. She no only loves dogs but has tons of energy for those who like to be super active. In the time I have known Ashley she has not only watched dogs I've had and done an excellent job but she is also a former foster with a local dog rescue. When fostering with an off transport rescue you rarely know what to expect and Ashley has shown that she can care for many types of dogs of varying temperaments. The most memorable was very anxious and mouthy beagle who was later put on Prozac to help with her temperament and behavior. Ashley fostered Tallulah until she was adopted to later be returned multiple times because people just couldn't deal with the challenge that Ashley was. If I had a personal dog i would not only trust Ashley with its care but not worry because I know she would do anything she could to assure it's comfort and care.”

Zoey Y.
“Zoey was fabulous while taking care of my cat for a week during my trip to Ireland. She stayed overnight the entire time, made sure my cat was well fed and comfortable, and even went above and beyond to fix the litter robot when it broke. I came home to a happy cat and a spotless apartment. I would absolutely trust her again.”

McKenna D.
“I can't recommend McKenna enough! She’s incredibly reliable and truly cares for my dog like her own. Whether it’s feeding, walking, or just giving her love and attention, I always know my fur baby is in great hands when I’m away. McKenna’s dedication and warmth give me peace of mind every time. Highly recommend!”

Crystal H.
“I’ve known Crystal for 11 years and she has always been a responsible pet owner and would be a great pet sitter. Crystal has had both cats and dogs during the time I’ve known here as well as a turtle! She loved them all. When she lived in Panama she started a meet up group of dog owners so her puppies would have a group of dogs to play with that would meet almost daily. They would even have pet birthday parties! One of Crystals dogs was a stray that she took in and it turned out he had some health issues. Crystal didn’t shy away or surrender the dog, instead she rose to the challenge. She made sure that dog had everything it needed to live as long and as loved as it possibly could. I know she would give him medicine on a daily basis and even administered IV fluids. Crystal is a an animal lover! She makes bandanas for all the neighborhood dogs and sets up play dates for her current dog to play and run around with other dogs. She walks her dog almost religiously, every day, sometimes twice a day. She even started an Instagram for her dog. Her and her husband built an amazing dog house for their dogs with a doggy door, windows and even a deck! She is as loving, caring and responsible of a person as you will find and would make an excellent pet sitter. I’d definitely let her take care of my pets and would recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy caring pet sitter.”

Monsserath C.
“¡Karla es una chica hermosa y encantadora! Es muy amable y gentil con mi Zoe. 🐶 Es responsable y muy confiable. ¡Definitivamente te recomiendo que la uses para las necesidades de tu mascota! ¡La usaré nuevamente! ¡Gracias Karla! Karla is a beautiful and lovely girl! She is so kind and gentle to my Zoe. 🐶 She is responsible and very reliable. I definitely recommend you to use her for your pet needs! I will be using her again! Thank you Karla!”

Jess M.
“Jess loves all animals especially dogs and we see that every time she takes care of our 2 dogs. She is always on time when we have needed her to walk or stay with our dogs. We never have to worry because she is very responsible and respectful and she communicates very well.”

Sharla B.
“Sharla is a wonderful dog sitter! She is extremely reliable and easy to communicate with. My 3-year-old Australian Shepherd, Charlie, immediately warmed up to her when he first met her. Charlie usually has a ton of energy but he is always tired out by the time I get home when Sharla watches him. She takes him rollerblading, on runs, for walks in the park and so much more. She has also watched Charlie overnight on multiple occasions and it has gone very well. Sharla is trustworthy, responsible, and hardworking. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter. She is great with animals and people. 10/10 recommend.”
