“It was my first time using Chase as a sitter, while I have used the Rover app before he seemed very sweet, knowledgeable, and cared for my pups well being. We just rescued Bonzai not too long ago from the shelter and we were worried about leaving him with just anyone. Chase was very open and Bonzai loved him! I got updates and pictures throughout my trip and Chase responds in a very quick and timely manner. Very flexible with drop off and pick up, unfortunately I was running late due to traffic, but he was more than accommodating. Definitely recommend.”

“Can't say anough good things about Sabrina, She's so professional and sweet but also very knowledgeable and we felt safe leaving our rescue that (we are still getting to know) with her. Her dog Honey is a natural trainer so be believe our Mochi benefited from having other dog teach her stuff that us humans aren't able to detect and are very important in their world, the shelter environment is very traumatic to dogs having honey's guidedance was a definite plus for our Mochi. It was such a positive experience, that we don't have any trips planned but we are looking for excuses to bring Mochi to them again lol”

She sent frequent updates, photos and a video, and knowing my pup as well as I do, I could tell from the images that he was having so much fun. Nicole is always on point with any care instructions and treats our dog like family. There's always plenty of pictures, check ins, behavioral notes, and lots of communication.
