I can’t recommend Tiffany enough! She was able to help us out with a last-minute request, and was super easy to work with. She came for a meet and greet and was so sweet to our cat. Charlie (the cat) has been anxious to be left alone for long periods of time since her sister passed last year, so I really needed someone to spend time with her and give her the attention we normally would. Tiffany did exactly that and then some! She sent lots of updates and pictures, and I knew that Charlie was being doted on so I could fully relax while away. Tiffany is clearly an animal lover and it shows in her care! She followed all of our instructions to the letter AND left our apartment in tip top shape. I will definitely be working with her again!
I’m back again! 😁😁 After the amazing experience I had the first time, there was no question about who I was booking with again. What was originally just one stay while I was in Puerto Rico turned into me rebooking because I knew Penelope and Pablo would be in the best hands. Judith continues to go above and beyond. Caitlin is the best! My fiance and I were naturally a little nervous to use Rover for the first time, but we needed a pet sitter to stay at our house to care for our four-year-old husky lab mix Lucy and our six chickens. Caitlin stood out to us for her excellent reviews and years of professional experience working with animals. From the moment we inquired about her availability, she was very responsive and professional. We loved that she requested a meet & greet before we agreed to the pet sitting. She asked great questions that we hadn't even thought to mention prior to pet sitting. During pet sitting, she went above and beyond to help us out by not only taking great care of Lucy, but taking care of our chickens daily and helping out with our pool which we had filling while we were away. She sent us daily photos of Lucy. Lucy even snuck into our guest room to cuddle with Caitlin every night, which she only does with people who she feels comfortable with. We definitely want to work with Caitlin again and will recommend her to our family and friends. Thanks Caitlin!!
This is the third time Jessica's watched my very ancient dog, Bob, and he's not easy to watch. Bob gets medication daily, can't go up or down stairs, and needs a lot of care. She always comes when she says she will, stays until I need her, and she's been wonderfully flexible when my flights have been late (which is lucky, but so greatly appreciated). She leaves the house just as found, and I would highly recommend her!
Christina is truly the sweetest and most caring pet sitter! She has such a genuine love for animals and it really shines through from the moment we met and throughout the entire pet sitting stay. She kept us informed with lots of cute pictures and videos throughout the weekend, and was really on top of the specific needs for our senior dog.
Emma had her second stay with Lucy and Polly, and it went great. Emma is so good at sending updates and photos of the girls that I miss them when I'm away. I feel very comfortable with Emma staying with the girls in my home, knowing that they and the house are well cared for.
We couldn't ask for a better sitter for our pets! Elisabeth is so communicative, with lots of updates and pictures. You can tell she genuinely enjoys spending time with animals and both our cat and dog were so comfortable and happy with her. She even handmade a toy for our cat which she still loves playing with, how sweet!
