This was our first time using Rover and I think I picked a great dog lover. Tamikia was very responsive even with a last minute request. She also sent videos which helped ease my anxiety since we’ve never had anyone outside of family care for Lolo. I cannot wait to book again!

Sabin was absolutely great in walking my Ellie. I had an odd situation where I needed a walker while Ellie stayed with my elderly Dad who could not walk her easily. Sabin was very accomodating and left a very positive impression on both me and my Dad. He was professional, kind and trustworthy. I will definitely contact him again in the future.

About: Of course I love animals, but what matters more to me is noticing who your pet actually is. Are they the kind of dog who needs to sniff the same corner for five minutes before moving on? Are they a little shy at first and pretending not to care? Do they get excited easily and need someone calm around them? Are they a cat who wants company, but absolutely not too much company? I really enjoy figuring out those little things. I’m gentle, patient, and very respectful of each pet’s routine. I don’t believe in rushing them or treating every animal the same. Some pets need play and attention, some need slow walks and quiet reassurance, and some just need someone kind nearby so the house does not feel empty. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in a way that still feels familiar to them. I’m also very careful with instructions. Feeding routines, medications, walk preferences, favorite toys, things that scare them, how they like to be greeted, whether they are allowed on the couch. I want to know all of it. I know these details are not “extra.” They are usually the things that make a pet feel secure. I’ll also send updates and photos, not just to say everything is fine, but so you can actually feel connected to them while you are away. My childhood friend and roommate, Matin, may also help me sometimes, and you may see her in some of my photos. She has had pets since childhood and fostered animals for several years, so she is very used to different personalities, nervous pets, affectionate pets, and animals who need a little extra patience. She is calm, loving, and very responsible, and I trust her completely with animals. Between the two of us, your pet will be cared for by people who genuinely like being around animals, but who also understand that trust matters. I’ll treat your pet with warmth, patience, and care, and I’ll treat your home and instructions with respect. This year, much of my work is remote, which gives me real flexibility in my schedule. That means I’m able to spend unrushed, attentive time with pets, not just quick check-ins, but actual companionship, care, and presence. I can shape my day around walks, visits, feeding times, play, and quiet company, depending on what each pet needs. My childhood friend and roommate, Matin, who is included in the pictures, also helps me out with my Rover schedules. My home is my cat Lilo’s safe little kingdom, so I can’t host other pets here. But I’m very happy to come to your home, meet outside for walks, or figure out a setup that feels easy and comfortable for you and your pet.

About: I’ve had pets my entire life and have been taking care of them. Currently have two cats and two dogs. My wife calls me the cat whisperer. I work full time Monday through Friday but can stop before and after work as needed. I can be fully flexible on the weekends as needed. Our current animals eat twice a day and the cat’s litter box is cleaned daily. The dogs need walks and everyone needs cuddles. I change the litter fully bi-weekly.

Kaydee deserves more then the 5 stars alotted. She has made our family feel safe and at ease in taking care of our pup. He’s a large German Shepherd with a lot of energy and you can tell he loves her. I get a picture, update and message each day when she walks him. We are so happy and so is our boy!

About: Hi! I have 10 years of experience taking care of cats and dogs! I currently do not have any pets but love having them over. Not only do I have plenty experience, but I am also insured in the event of an accident! Please don’t hesitate to contact me 💖 I work from home as an administrative assistant so my schedule is very open and I am able to give really good care and attention to your pet if they are staying at my place. In addition to this I can also work traveling to your lovely animal into my schedule with no problems! While I live in an apartment building there is a fenced off area for pets to use the bathroom and play and it is even separated by the size of dogs so that they can safely play and roam. Pets are allowed on my furniture and I take care of them as if they were my own.

I contacted Matthew for help with my energetic rottie, and he responded quickly and politely. Matthew sent lots of photos and pictures on his walk with Pablo which I loved. Pablo took to him soo fast! He looked soo happy and comfortable on their walk. It was nice to see all the photos along with updates about how he was doing. I think we will be using Matthew more wherever I get the chance. I would definitely recommend using him.

About: Hi everyone! my name is Rhyeshona but I prefer Shona a 24-year-old part time child care assist that also happens to love the second kind of children, animals. Unofficially I have 10+ years of experience taking care of an assortment of pet’s due to growing up in a “zoo”. Growing up my family would get a new pet every month of the year and each one demanded different requirements. Believe me I know about giving quality time around the clock. When it comes to activeness as well as my communication I take great pride in it, that’s why I’ll have no problem updating you on your pet’s with handfuls of pictures included. Being able to spend time with animals that’s suppose to act like animals gives me peace of mind and I look forward to meeting them. Around last year I graduated with my associate’s degree in Culinary Arts. After graduation however I found myself bouncing around jobs before working in childcare until I can become my on boss. I’m looking forward to meeting both you and your beloved pet. Boardings and Drop In’s I’m always around to help. ANY QUESTIONS IN MIND? GOT A PET THAT’S NOT A CAT OR DOG BUT STILL REQUIRES CARE? DON’T HESITATE TO REACH OUT! Though I work from Monday-Friday I’m most likely always home. However when Im out I’m not the only one caring for your pet it’s a family effort. I’m available from 7am to hours late into the night during the week and weekend. My home is available for care as well as your own to broaden your options. Though I don’t have my own vehicle my communication skills and experience with public transportation allows me to stay punctual. Any size cat is in my comfort zone, for dog’s I’ll be sticking with small-medium. If your pet has a routine you’d like to keep intact I’m more then willing to stick to it to provide normalcy and training to them

About: My sincere enthusiasm and practical expertise with dogs of all ages and demands are what make me unique as a dog sitter. I've been taking care of friends' and family's dogs for more than two years, making sure they were content, protected, and loved while their owners were gone. Additionally, I've volunteered at a number of animal shelters, where I've learned how to deal with dogs of all temperaments and needs—from energetic pups to elderly dogs in need of more care and attention. I've loved dogs my entire life, and I know how important it is to treat each one as though it were my own. I'm here to provide dependable, caring care that is customized to your dog's needs, whether it be companionship, following a training schedule, or making sure your dog is active and comfortable. As a college student, pet care fits perfectly into my daily and weekly routine because I have regular breaks throughout the day and a very flexible schedule. Whether it’s between classes or after school, I can dedicate my time to caring for your dog, ensuring they get the attention and care they need. My frequent trips back and forth from school give me the opportunity to check in on your pet multiple times a day if needed, making it easy to accommodate walks, feeding, playtime, and more. I’ve designed my schedule to prioritize flexibility, allowing me to provide reliable, loving care for your furry friend whenever it’s needed. I keep homes clean, maintain pets' routines, provide basic grooming if needed, and ensure every pet feels safe, happy, and loved during my care always!

About: I have over 10 years of experience living with and tending to the needs of older dogs, including both large and smaller breeds. I have also spent a year as a volunteer at an animal hospital. I am punctual and detail oriented, and work well with dogs that need some extra love, care, and patience. I currently have a lot of free time, and have a part time job I attend to on Thursdays and Tuesdays. My schedule is very flexible. I am offering house sitting pet care, meaning caring for pets in the client's home (not my home). I like to go over the client's house rules and review the pet's daily/hourly needs, and proceed following the client's protocol for the pet.

About: I love dogs and cats but am unfortunately not allowed to have them at the building where I live, so I get my fill of wags and purrs taking care of other people's pets. I'm extremely reliable and have a very flexible schedule. I have lots of experience including with large and active dogs. I live in the South Philly area. I do not drive but I have no problem traveling via Septa or regional rail. I'm flexible and available most days or evenings with a little notice. I am available for overnight stays with some notice. Last minute pop ins or walkings are usually not a problem, either. I can visit your home to take your dog for a walk, or pop in to feed the cats and clean the litter box, whatever works best for youband your furry friends. I can house sit reliably, and have plenty of experience.

Nicole was so great with my (not-so) little lady! She was extremely communicative and flexible, and always asked questions as needed and generally adapted to what Kasha needed. Kasha was still fully afraid of going down the stairs when we started having Nicole come check on her, and Nicole easily transitioned from hanging out and checking on her to taking her out. She was really warm and asked great questions during our meet and greet, and generally has great vibes! Will absolutely keep utilizing her services as long as she wants

Pascal is the sweetest and most reliable and personable walker that I have had for Chaos. He is always on time and he truly listens to any suggestions that I have about Chaos. Every time that Chaos comes back from his walk he is exercised and content. He wakes me up in the morning because he can't wait to see Pascal.
