About: I’ve grown up with many cats (tabbies, calicos, and black cats) and dogs (pit bulls) throughout my childhood. I’m very familiar with environments that involve pets. I’m also known to be very punctual, have friendly and positive attitude, and pay excellent attention to detail! I’m a 22 year old young adult and I work part time as a prep cook for a Mexican restaurant! I live with my fiancé who works as a caregiver but we have opposite schedules, so there will always be a person in the house to look after your pet. I work Thurs-Sunday from 7am to 3pm. I may be out of the house once a day for a hour or two to run errands. Besides that, we’ll be available to keep an eye on your furry friends! :) I live in a 650 sqft apartment within a gated community! The apartment complex has a small outside pet area with other sidewalks and grass to enjoy. I can also provide food and toys if needed!

About: My name Christina, I have been around pets all my life. My daughter has been doing Rover for over 6 years and she absolutely loves it! So, I decided to sign up! When my daughter was moving back from Alabama to New Mexico, I took care of her cat and dog for about 3 weeks. I fed them, walked her dog and gave them plenty of love until she returned. I am fully vaccinated for Covid. My schedule fluctuates because I have a part time job and the hours vary. So, we can talk about the schedule prior to booking. I would love to take care of your fur babies because I would treat them like my grand babies like my daughters babies and give lots of loving and care while you are away. My daughters fur babies & their personalities: She cat and a dog. Tucker is the most laid back cat you will ever meet. You can literally carry him like a baby. He is great for introducing dogs that have never met cats before. **Please be mindful though, if your dog does not like cats. Please please please let me know that when you message me.* Yoshi is the only dog. Yoshi is a Shiba Inu who loves loves loves to play! I got Yoshi about 6 years ago. My pets are fully vaccinated and gets flee medication once a month. He is neutered. Yoshi, is a Shiba and if you know anything about Shiba's they can have temperamental personalities. Yoshi gets along with other dogs but on his time. He does not like over dominate/ over aggressive dogs. If your dog displays that, please be mindful, honest and upfront about the dynamics. Your animals are top priority when it comes to safety as well as my daughter animals. Cancellation Policy: If you book a stay with me. You will have 3-days before the start of the stay to cancel to get a full refund. If you cancel after the 3-days, you will be refunded 50% of the stay. The the 3-day policy in place, because I value your time and mine as well. I understand when unforeseen things happen. When I commit to booking with you, I decline all other bookings if the other booking dates conflict with your booking date to ensure that your animals will receive the best care. If you cancel after, I will not be able to recover from the other bookings in a short time span. This is first on my bio so you completely understand what the cancellation process is, so you can prepare for it ahead of time. Thank you in advance for understanding. First book, first serve: When booking for my services, I implement a first come, first serve service. More like first book, first serve. If a booking request is sent to me but not paid for in full, the booking is still pending. Meaning the dates requested will still be open for another client to book. If I receive a booking and it is completely booked and paid for then those dates will be blocked off my calendar to ensure that another client can't book during those dates. About: I lost my sixteen-year-old fur baby in October, 2018 and find myself missing that special energy only pets can bring. I have been caring for various pets for my friends and family for about 20 years and have done drop ins and overnight visits. I do have a full-time 8-5:30, Monday-Friday (and many Saturdays) job however, and am not available to provide constant care for pets. I do have more than enough time to devote myself to the love and care of your fur baby. In my home, in my life, dogs and cats are family and deserve the same love, care, and respect that human beings deserve. Perhaps more. While I have more experience with dogs I haven’t met a cat I couldn’t win over. Rest assured that if you place the care of your beloved pets in my hands they will be well loved while you are out of town. Your home will be cared for as well. I do have a “regular” 8 am to 5 pm job. My evenings and nights are free. Weekends are also more flexible for me when it comes to spending quality time with your baby. I am not able to provide constant care. I live in an apartment complex so I am more than happy to visit your fur baby in their own environment. I want to make sure your pets are as comfortable as possible so I’d prefer to maintain the schedule and comfort they’re used to.

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life. My dad is a herpetologist, so I grew up caring for snakes, turtles, frogs, salamanders, and fish, along with dogs, cats, and chickens. This gave me an early understanding of different species, temperaments, and individual care needs. I recently relocated from Pennsylvania, while my dog is staying with my family, where she is very loved and well cared for. I’m currently saving my Rover earnings toward a road trip home to bring her here to New Mexico. Even knowing she’s in great hands, I understand how hard it can be to miss your pet and how important it is to trust the person caring for them.
