About: I have been pet sitting since I was in high school (dogs and cats). I worked as a veterinary assistant for 6 years while getting my degrees and currently still work in healthcare. I am well versed in care for all ages of animals. I am currently between contracts for work so I have a lot of free time. Aside from some trips I have this summer my schedule is pretty open. About: I grew up with cats and was drawn to dogs wherever possible! Even now I can’t help but stop and pet all the puppies!! As an adult I have had the opportunity to welcome 4 dogs and 4 cats into our home through the years. I have no problem administering medication or cleaning up messes. I have an alternating schedule and have seven days off in a row every other week. I would generally only plan care on the times that I have off unless your animal is one that can be left in the house 12 hours a day when I do have to work. I would like to get out walking more and the added motivation of a doggo would be great! I have a fenced in yard and a dog that loves doing zoomies all day long but also chilling in the sunshine. Pets are treated with love and care.
