About: I grew up on a hobby farm so I feel like it’s embedded into me to truly love animals! I have very flexible availability. I take my own dog for runs, we love to throw tennis balls at the dog park, and he loves going to the family cabin! Fun fact: my dog is very gentle and his best buddy is a pet rabbit 🐰 My main concerns are to ensure safety as well as a safe, calming environment for your beloved pet to feel at peace while you are apart. I ensure to adhere to specific guidelines set by owners and their routines. I love to get outdoors and ensure animals get good exercise in order to stay healthy. I will ensure you have peace of mind with frequent updates, photos, and videos of your fur baby so you can enjoy your time away without stressing too much! Animals were always a huge part of my life and happiness growing up and they bring so much love! It’s important to give them the needed attention, exercise, nutrition, grooming, and love that they truly deserve! I only work part time at a location that’s 5 minutes down the road from my home, so I can always swing back home on my break to check in with your fur baby! I have a small backyard facing a wood line. I have a very gentle, fun loving and friendly golden retriever who wants to be your pet’s friend! His bff is a pet rabbit which goes to show how gentle he is! Your animal can sleep on my furniture or crate train if need be. I do have a large kennel.

About: I have always had dogs growing up of various breeds from laborador retrievers to German shepherds, hound breeds, pugs, French bulldogs, etc. I have taken care of other people’s dogs on rare occasions but mostly my own. Many of my friends and family agree I am very good with animals, and some would honestly say I am a dog magnet. I currently work full time as a security officer, so my schedule is subject to change depending on the needs of my job. But generally my schedule doesn’t change. My availability and preferences allow for limited services right now, but more availability and services may open up if I am able to offer them. I can mostly dog walk right now.

About: In my 41 years of life I’ve never not had a pet living in my home. I was raised with our dogs being just another member of the family and treated like so. My experience ranges from fresh new puppies to senior doggos who need a little extra love. I work from home and I am able to offer side moments throughout the day of play, potty breaks and snuggles. In the evening my two sons usually have a practice or game but we are rarely too far from home (as we have our own pets) so there is always time for potty breaks and play time when your doggo is visiting. I have a small non fenced in backyard which fetch is possible, and a lovely neighborhood for walks. In our home there is one energetic 3 year old Irishdoodle to play with and one elderly cat who keeps to herself upstairs. My home also consists of my two sons (12 and 7) who also enjoy pets and caring for them as much as I do.

About: Spending time and interacting with animals has always been a passion of mine. Over the years I helped my grandma run her dog sitting service, taking the dogs for walks and cleaning up the kennels. I also enjoy being outside and taking my own dog for long walks and fun trips to the dog park. My dog is a family member and I intend on treating yours the same way. About: My husband and I have two spunky and energetic dogs as well as a one cat. Autumn is our sweet and big baby of a German shepherd and Nina is our headstrong and independent Husky. Nugget is our adorably sweet and cuddly tabby cat. I have a passion for animals that started very young, my dad would always bring home all sorts of animals from work such as a kitten, box turtle and even a squirrel! I have loads of experience with your average pet such as cats and dogs and even experience with your not so average animals such as turtles, birds and even squirrels. I also have experience and the utmost patience when it comes to working with deaf and blind animals. I completely understand that your dog(s) or cat(s)are like your children. We totally get it, we feel the same way! Any animal in my car will be treated with the utmost care, they’ll never be unhappy when you leave them in my care. DOG WALKING • Leash Safety: Check the fit of the collar/harness, use a sturdy leash. • Route Familiarity: Use a route the dog knows, or confirm preferences with the owner. • Pace & Play: Match the walk to the dog’s energy level. Some might want to jog; others just sniff around. • Waste Cleanup: Always clean up after the dog and dispose properly. • Aftercare: Ensure they have fresh water and are safe/comfortable when you leave. DROP-IN VISITS • Feeding & Watering: Refill bowls and administer meds if needed. • Bathroom Break: Let dogs out or clean litter boxes/cages. • Play & Comfort: Spend a few minutes playing or cuddling. • Home Check: Make sure the home is secure and pet is safe before leaving.

I honestly didn't create this account solely for a few extra dollars, although that's a nice bonus. I just love having extra dogs around, and my dog appreciates the company too. Socialization is (should be) a life long process after all. I have a fully fenced yard for potty breaks and we get out for walks daily. A little about me...I'm 37 and I've been in Duluth for 19 years. I moved here to attend college, and loved it so much I never left after graduating. I work from home full time for UnitedHealth Group, which my dog, Copper, is a huge fan of. I adopted him in April of 2023 and I'm looking forward to showing him a lifetime of adventures. I'm well versed in the areas of dog training and behavior, as well how dogs communicate with us and with one another. A little about my pets... Miss Nala, who's pictured in some of my photos, passed in February of 2023 after almost 14 years of being the best bud I could've asked for. I absolutely think Pitties are the best dogs out there, but decided on a breed that would be a little more hardy for our MN weather this time around and that's how Copper came into my life. I'd be happy (perfer) to set up a meet & greet before hand for everyones peace of mind. Just like people, two friendly dogs may not always get along. Of course, there's no fee for this! Please note, although I work from home, weekday availability begins at 3pm unless the pet is okay being crated or trusted unsupervised during my work hours (to be let out for playtime/potty breaks while I am on break). Your pup will be treated like family and will have my undivided attention while in my care. Lots of space for playtime in my fenced backyard and plenty of comfy furniture inside to relax on. :)
