“We have used Sean a few times now and he has alway taken good care of Charlie. He is also very good at communicating drop off/pick up and always sends us pictures of what Charlie is up to that is always appreciated during his visits. I would highly recommend Sean as your next sitter.”

“Angel was flexible and took amazing care of my dogs. They are big and can be a handful, but I know they were well taken care of. Angel sent photos and kept me in the loop.”

“Brenda and her husband Tim were awesome keeping Miles. Miles is a very senior dog with osteoarthritis in his back end, so his hind legs are weak and he's on meds for that. They kept to his feeding/medication schedule, and they accommodated his walking by avoiding steps. Brenda was great to send me updates with pictures and short videos. Miles came home a happy old man.”

“Zeke loved his stay with Gingi! We hadn't left Zeke's side for 10 months so we were a bit nervous to be going away for almost 2 weeks, but we knew Zeke was in great hands. We got daily updates and we knew Zeke was super cozy in Gingi's home. We'll definitely be reaching out in the future whenever we need a dog sitter again.”

“Stephanie was everything we could have asked for in a sitter: kind, gentle, caring. Kept us up to date with pics and messages and answered any questions we had. Lucy was very happy when we picked her up and I got the feeling that she wouldn't have minded staying a little longer (if not forever😁)”

“We are now satisfied repeat customers of Donna & John. Our dogs, Burt & Dolly had no hesitation returning to their 'home away from home' for their 2nd stay. Donna continued her excellent & timely communication before, during (complete with pictures) and after this stay. There were no problems and we had no concerns at all. We have already made another reservation and plan to continue to have Donna take care of Burt & Dolly as needed in the future.”

“Sean was nothing but transparent. My energetic lab stayed for 3 days and came back just as joyful. It was nice to have honest updates on how it’s going along the way, I’ll definitely have him care for dog again in the future if he could.”

About: I am a veterinarian technician and in school to become licensed/certified. I have been in my position for 3 years, but have owned and pet sat animals for years prior. I do well with dogs of all ages, though seniors and medical needs do have a special place in my heart and I am comfortable and capable of administering any needed medications. I do well with all animals, but primarily pet sit cats and dogs. Will happily train and work with them as well! I do work full-time, so I primarily pet sit on weekends. I can pet sit during the week if the pet will be boarded at my home, but owner must be comfortable with pet being crated and/or brought with me to work. I always make time for the additional short term pets, and treat them like my own! I currently only board in my home, and always take exceptional care of the pets. I can provide exercise as needed, medications, and of course food. I also spend time with them and love to get to know them! I do have dogs and cats of my own, so allowing them to interact if your pet wishes is always good for socializing and quite fun!

“Usually Whitley has just been coming over for visits and play time with our little guy. We asked her to fill in last minute got boarding and she readily accepted. I know our puppy loves her because he was so happy to see her. As always she was prompt and timely with her photos and updates. She went above and beyond by returning him back to our house and saving me the trip upon landing. She does all the little things that helps ease the stress of busy dog owners always on the go. I am so grateful for her!”

“Bronson and I can’t say enough good things about his time at Julie’s. ( I spent a lot of time in the Clemson area while my son was in college. I wish I knew about Julie then). I was back down this week for a family funeral. My 8 year plus 120 lb lab Bronson isn’t kennel material because he needs real grass. Julie provided him a home away from home. She didn’t shy away from his size and her 13 year old dog Duncan made him feel right at home and even shared his toys. I would recommend Julie to anyone needing a home away from home for their pup. She provided pics and updates which made me feel secure that he was in a loving home.”

About: Hi there! I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life and can’t imagine a home without them. I grew up with two cocker spaniels, then added a beagle and a spirited Jack Russell terrier to the mix. Now, I share my life with two beloved cats and recently took in a sweet rescue dog. I have a calm, reassuring energy and a deep respect for each animal's personality, needs, and quirks. Whether your pet is shy, active, elderly, or just needs company while you’re away, I’ll make sure they feel safe and cared for. I'm happy to do house sitting, drop-in visits, and dog walks—always on time and with updates so you never have to wonder how things are going. I’ve also cared for senior pets, administered oral meds, and navigated anxiety and reactivity with patience and kindness. Let’s talk about your pet’s routine and how I can help. I’d love to meet your furry friend! I am currently unemployed and looking for part-time or full-time employment, so feel free to reach out! I can devote a lot of time to the care of your pets 🐾 Drop ins and dog walks, I don't usually house sit. I can pick up your mail if you're out of town. I prefer clients that live in Abbeville County but can travel as needed.

“Patty was the absolute best with our new puppy when our other sitter fell through. She was patient loving and kind and even had to take her to the vet while we were out of town. I can’t recommend her enough.”

“This was our 1st experience using rover.com and was super blessed that Zoe exceeded our expectations! Not only was our puppers cared for but she went up and beyond to treat Ellie as her own. Her professionalism and consistent follow ups really did put my anxiety at ease, especially when I'm three states away for a week! Hands down, we would rebook with Zoe again.”

About: I’ve had animals my whole life, both my grandma and my mother have worked in animal clinics. I love being around animals and taking care of them. Being in college can be lonely sometimes and taking care of animals brings me company. As a military college student in Dahlonega, I know how busy life can get, but pet care is always a priority for me. During the school year, I balance my studies with my passion for animals, offering pet sitting and dog walking whenever I can between classes and study sessions. Now that I'm back in Elbert County for the summer, I have more flexibility and can offer even more personalized care for your pets. My daily routine revolves around giving them the attention they deserve—whether it's morning walks, midday playtime, or evening cuddles. My schedule may be a bit unconventional, but the love and care I provide are always consistent. Your pet’s safety and well-being are my top priorities. Whether I’m caring for them in my home or yours, I make sure they feel comfortable and secure at all times. I keep a close eye on their needs, routines, and health, and I’m always prepared for any situation that may arise. In your home, I follow your instructions to maintain their familiar environment, while also providing them with the love and attention they need. In my home, I create a safe, pet-friendly space where they can relax and feel at ease. You can trust that I’ll treat your pets like family, with the same care and responsibility I would give my own.

“Couldn’t have picked a better person to watch my dog, my dog, Mochi doesn’t like anyone he’s scared of almost everyone so I was worried but as soon as we got there and he saw the goats he instantly warmed up to her and liked her I have never seen him warm up to a person that fast and to let them pet him and play with him. Will definitely come back.”

“Jade did a great job pup-sitting in her home for my senior dog, Pino! She communicated with me several times every day and sent me pictures which I appreciated as I hate leaving him. He seemed very happy with them when I picked him up and he wasn't even that excited to see me/go home so he must have really enjoyed his stay!! Would definitely choose her to pup-sit again :)”
