About: Growing up, my family always had at least two dogs at all times. Although I don’t have a dog of my own, I love taking care of and spending time with other people’s dogs. 🩷 I am a teacher by day (Aug-end of May) and dog sitter on the side! I love kids but dogs truly have my heart. The bigger, the better! I am a teacher, so I will be gone from 6:30am-3:30pm. I have watched dogs while I’ve been at school who are used to be alone for an extended amount of time but but I will walk them prior to leaving for work and then spend the evening with them once I get home. :) ***If your dog isn’t used to being alone while I would be at work, I do have someone who can check on your pet and also take them out midday while I’m at work! :) Although I do not have a fenced in yard, my neighborhood community has a fenced in dog park area to give your dog(s) the space and freedom to roam as needed. :)

Emily was fantastic! We had such a great experience! S’mores was so well cared for, and we felt completely comfortable leaving her in Emily’s care for the weekend. The picture updates throughout the stay were wonderful and gave us peace of mind knowing S’mores was happy and being loved on. We really appreciated the communication and attention to detail. Carter is a typical Dachshund who barks at a leaf falling from 5 miles away. He is my Velcro pup. Karrisa takes such good care of him in my absence and honestly, I do not trust others to care for him. Karrisa is the dog whisperer and for Carter …. Well it’s a vacation for him as he gets to hang out with his best furry buddies, Cheecha and Gomez! I highly recommend her pet sitting services in her home that is not only safe but fun for the pups.
Katlyn took excellent care of our dog while we were on vacation. Pictures and updates on behavior daily. Our pup was able to make herself at home with Katlyn...maintaining her usual "spots" on furniture, getting lots of snuggles and playtime, and keepinga similar bathroom/meal/bedtime routine while we were away. Katlyn was also quick to let us know of any abnormal behavior or possible medical concerns that we may not have been aware of. Can't recommend her enough. I don't go away often, but if a sitter is ever needed again, Katlyn will be the first one I reach out too!
