“Our dogs just had another great stay with Donna (& Jon). This was just one of a number of bookings, 2 of them lasted for the entire week, over the last few months. All stays have been exceptional. Donna is consistent in the excellent quality of care, her communication via text, Rover messages and by sending pictures during every stay. Our dogs appear truly happy every time we drop them off. They know that they'll be loved and sufficiently spoiled at their 'home away from home'. We're pleased to have found Donna and look forward to continuing to be a very satified repeat customer.”

“Chayna was very accommodating to our needs & she was wonderfully welcoming & attentive to our dog, who is not accustomed to other dogs or being at a sitter. The large fenced outdoor play area. & the indoor rest/sleeping area are well put together ~ a great place for pups to be well cared for. We felt comfortable leaving our pup & are grateful for Chayna's caring help🐶!”

“We have used Sean a few times now and he has alway taken good care of Charlie. He is also very good at communicating drop off/pick up and always sends us pictures of what Charlie is up to that is always appreciated during his visits. I would highly recommend Sean as your next sitter.”

“Tim has stayed with Caylei multiple times, and every time is great. He cries when we leave. Caylei was very flexible with me this time, as the weather was bad and I was nervous to drive on the day I was supposed to pick him up, so she let me add an additional day at the last minute. I really appreciate the flexibility. And as always, I appreciate that she loves my boy!”

“So thankful for Cassandra watching our pups! They had so many friends to hang out with and we received pictures everyday!! They left happy and slept for two full days after they left from having so much fun!! Thank you Cassandra!!”

“Stacy took care of Bear as if he was her own pet and provided us updates throughout his stay. Bear seemed like he was having a ball and was comfortable with her family in their home. We highly recommend Stacy and will definitely book with her again!.”

“Alexandra was amazing with our little boy! She was so patient and took such good care of him while we were away. They went on lots of trips to the park and we got lots of updates. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!”

About: I’ve been a pet sitter for more than 25 years. I specialize in senior care for dogs as well as young adults . My dogs are both rescues . I’m currently semi-retired and your pet is my priority. I am available holidays and weekend's. I have two small dogs, they are gentle and like other dogs. I have a fully fenced yard, and a doggie door leading to my backyard. I can crate your dog if that is what you prefer.
“Diana was wonderful. I appreciated that she accommodated our situation on short notice and made modifications so that my dog was as comfortable as possible. Appreciate her flexibility.”

“Sara took excellent care of our pup! She was communicative and accommodating and it was such a relief to find her and her family when our other care fell through suddenly. Our pup was immediately comfortable with her and was a happy tired but seemed not at all stressed when he came home. I would highly recommend her and we will definitely book again!”

“Luciana was incredible!! She went way above and beyond to take care of my cat Camille for an extended stay while I was overseas. Communication was excellent, and Camille was clearly very well taken care of.”

“Jeff was a great sitter! He responded quickly and was flexible on drop-off/pick-up. He took Leila to the dog park a few times during her stay, she came home exhausted! Would definitely book with Jeff again + recommend to a friend.”

“Becky was so kind to my sweet baby girl. Dora is an only kitty and took some time to adapt, but Becky was patient and loved on my kitty. Thank you for taking care of her.”

“Bailey was the first sitter I booked on Rover and I am SO grateful for her kindness and flexibility! She made me feel safe and comfortable to trust her with my fur baby. She sent updates and pictures of my girl daily and responded quickly to my messages. I am so sad her availability is limited, but I would 100% recommend Bailey to everyone! Thank you so much!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Royston
A wonderful experience! Zoey was easy to talk with and book Chester's stay. Zoey sent plenty of pictures of Chester getting along with her dogs. This really made my wife happy! Chester got plenty of attention and now he's kind of bored at home! Already booked another stay in April! Thanks Zoey! Glenn and Janice

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
