“Our first Rover experience turned out well. Sean is clearly very good with dogs and our Jasper went right along with him. Sean was quick to respond, easy communication, sent a couple of inside pics with Jasper and updates, no hiccups with drop off or pick up. We would come to Sean again in the future - thank you!”

“Nicole has watched my sweet pup, Gunner, multiple times now! She even is watching him again on an upcoming trip of mine. She makes sure to send photo updates every day, and Gunner comes back so so happy every time he leaves there. He absolutely loves it there and I can't be more thankful or impressed of how loving and caring she is towards every animal she watches! 10/10 would rebook and recommend :)”

“Tara was great with Trapper. She was super flexible and easy to work with and sent several pics so we knew he was having fun and being well taken care of. We weren’t sure if he’d be ok playing with her dogs, but they were super sweet and immediately accepted him as part of the group. He had a blast while we were away.”

“This was the first time we ever left Ziva with a sitter. She usually travels with us but we had a trip planned that we could not take her with us. We were very pleased with Justine & Roman upon meeting them and introducing them to our pup. Ziva seemed well taken care of and they told us they really enjoyed having her. We will definitely consider them when the need for her to be boarded again.”

“Emily was awesome! She kept me updated daily with pictures and text messages. I felt very comfortable with leaving my dog while on vacation with Emily. I'm very pleased and will use her for the future.”

“This was my frost time using Rover and I was really nervous leaving my puppy. Donna was the best she took great care off out baby, she even sent us pictures during his stay. I highly recommend Donna if you want the best for your fur baby ?”

About: I grew up on a farm caring for all types of animals. I’ve always had to make sure all of them were feed and water. I’ve dog sit for family friends before while they went out of town and i had to go to their house and feed, water them, take them out to play and use the bathroom, gave them baths if they need them. I took care and dog sit all kinds of animals and sizes, from puppies to older dogs, and even cats too, all up to farm animals. I’m a stay at home mom to a 2 year old. I have a 3 year old male dog that’s unaltered. I’m available anytime to dog sit or board. I have a house with a nice little yard for your fur babies to run and play! I’m always going outside every 2-3 hours almost to walk my dog. Of course I will walk your dog first because I know my dog can hold it until afterwards
“My two dogs loved it, they had plenty of space to roam & play fetch. They were so excited to see us, as if to say “we had a great time”. Such a great location, 2 fenced acres to run & play! Pepper sent pictures & video, great comfort. We were traveling to Greenville for a conference & had no idea what to expect. Very happy.”

“Ann is absolutely wonderful! Riggs was taken care of so well. I received pictures from Ann and texts to keep me updated throughout. From start to finish Ann was welcoming and it was quite obvious Riggs loves her and her family!”

About: I have always had dogs and can't imagine my life without them. I have a special love for large dogs and currently have a 6 month old Great Dane. I have raised and loved several other dogs throughout my life including Great Danes, German Shepherds, and a Rottweiler. I would be grateful for the opportunity to share my love with your fur baby, large or small. I currently work from home and I am available Monday through Saturday from 7:00am to 7:00pm. I have a Great Dane puppy so pet care in my home is around the clock. I have a large fenced backyard and climate controlled basement along with an active Great Dane puppy to keep your fur baby company. Every day will include outdoor play, weather permitting, and indoor activities catered to your pet.
About: My home is a dog-friendly, warm and inviting place where your special family member will be loved and cared for. I was a dog owner (lab rescues) for the last 12 years, but sadly my last guy recently crossed the rainbow bridge. I have a lot of love just waiting to be shared! I work from home so our time and availability is flexible! I love to take frequent walk and play breaks. And I am always up for some cuddle time! My yard is shady for dogs of all sizes. The neighborhood is pet friendly with lots of walking. I previously managed a pet sitting business within our Virginia neighborhood and can provide references.

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in SC ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
