The only concern which is not directed at Jenny at all was that when I first put the inquiry in for pet care on Labor Day weekend, the app never mentioned anything about holiday weekend fee of $50 per visit - I am very new on this site and had no idea until Jenny came to visit and we went forward with booking and at that point I didn’t have any choice - that said, it cost me $150 when I anticipated $50 which was a total bummer!
