“If you are looking for an experienced, considerate, and dedicated dog walker/sitter, then you've found your match! Gregory has provided dog walks and overnight care for our 60lb hound mix multiple times over the last few months and we couldn't be happier with the care he provides. He is incredibly communicative, provides very detailed updates after every walk (with plenty of pictures included), and has shown the utmost dedication to understanding our dog Izzy and her specific behavioral needs. We have worked with many positive reinforcement trainers in the past to address our pups over-excitability and leash reactivity and Gregory using much of the same language as these dog trainers when discussing strategies he used on his walks with Izzy to help redirect and keep her focused and safe. Our pup is very scent driven on walks which can require a lot of patience and steady redirection, and we are so grateful for how kind and gentle Gregory is when handling Izzy. We've only had one overnight experience with Gregory so far and he took great care of our home and left the house spotless! He also ensured us that he only books one overnight stay at a time to avoid any conflicts in schedule and make sure our dog has company throughout the night and to keep her safe in the event of an emergency. All that being said, you will have no regrets choosing with work with Gregory and we feel very fortunate to have found him!”
About: I have had dogs since I was 2. I currently have 6 dogs that I take care of on a daily basis. I’m ready to make a career out of caring for dogs. I love animals and would prefer to take care of them because in the past dogs have taken care of me. Everything is easier when life is full of dogs and the consistent love that they provide. About: I have many years of experience working with dogs, cats, and horses. I grew up horseback riding, volunteering at 4-H events, and helping at our local animal shelter, which has given me a broad and hands-on background with all kinds of four-legged friends. Whether it’s caring for farm animals, taking a neighborhood walk or check-in, or administering a shot (as I’m a Type 1 diabetic and comfortable with injections), your animal’s needs will always be my top priority! About: I have experience with cats with health issues and giving medications. My 18 yr old has CKD and a few other issues he gets supplements for that keep him going. I have volunteered with cats at an animal shelter and helped with dog adoption events as a dog handler. My schedule is very open at the moment so I'm available for whatever is needed. I have 3 cats so I do need to be home several times a day to care for them. My cats are indoor only but I take my 18 year old out on a leash on walks around the yard, but he mostly prefers to be carried. He celebrated Thanksgiving with Pat and her family, again making himself at home sitting on the couch with her soon to be son-in-law watching the game! We didn't worry at all about Jeffrey. Pat kept us updated with pictures and adorable videos of his days there! We were able to enjoy a few days with my husband's family for Thanksgiving without a single worry. I know Jeffrey can't wait to see his new family again!”

She went to both of them for love when we got inside; her tail a wagging! We were pleased with her response.
