About: I have owned dogs all of my life and understand that they are family members and should be treated as such! I love all dogs from big to small and young to old. While I do not have any pets of my own right now, I would love to help care for yours whether it be feeding, walking, playing, loving on them or more. I am currently off for the summer leaving me plenty of time to care for your pets. From August to May, I work 2 days a week so I will still have plenty of availability. I have two daughters who live with me part time ages 9 and 7 who love pets as well. I would love to care for your pets as you see fit in your home! Just let me know their daily routine and I can accommodate.

This trip however had some exciting new developments- our little pitty is slow to warm up to people and it was evident in the photos and notes that she has grown to trust August after just three stays! She also showed significantly less anxiety when we returned, giving this helicopter parents much relief. August was also great about following up to make sure we made it home safely, ensuring Mina wouldn’t be without care. As always, he’s been incredible to work with!”

About: Ever since I was young, I have loved being around animals and helping take care of them, especially dogs. Watching dogs has always come naturally to me because I am patient, responsible, and genuinely enjoy spending time with them. What makes me different from other dog sitters is that I treat every dog like they are my own by giving them attention, affection, exercise, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I understand that every dog has a different personality and needs, so I take the time to get to know them and build trust. My love for animals motivates me to provide the best care possible and create a fun, caring environment for every pet I watch. Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine because I enjoy spending time with animals and have a flexible schedule that allows me to give them the attention they need. I am organized and responsible, so I can easily plan my days around feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and check-ins. When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while keeping them on their normal routine as much as possible. I provide fresh food and water, regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, and lots of attention and affection. I also make sure pets get plenty of exercise and companionship so they stay happy and relaxed while their owners are away. In a client’s home, I respect their space and carefully follow any instructions they leave regarding feeding schedules, medications, routines, or special care needs. My goal is always to create a calm, caring environment where pets feel comfortable and well cared for.

About: I have had animals my whole life, and have worked in the pet industry for 6 years. My day job experience has been at 2 different local pet food stores, where I’ve learned a lot about the needs of dogs and cats, as well as body language. My old job had foster cats, so I have experience taking care of up to 10 cats at a time (feeding, litter cleaning, meds, and playtime). I also have pet sat for many of my friends and family members. I love walking! I enjoy taking my own dog on short walks or really long walks to get his energy out. I have experience with high energy dogs that may pull or not be comfortable around other dogs or people. I also have experience with puppies and kittens, and special needs pets. I’ve owned 2 disabled dogs that required diaper changes, meds, and regular bathing and cleaning up after them. I am currently going to school full time at UNM. My schedule is pretty flexible though, and I am willing to work with you! I can come before, in between, or after class and on weekends! I will always want to come meet you and your pet before I start the service. I will take notes on everything so I can keep your pet on their routine, no matter how specific. I want to make you and your pet 100% comfortable! I am experienced with reading body language with pets, so I can tell if your pet is too overwhelmed or nervous. I also love sending updates, including photos and videos, to let you know how your fur baby is doing!

About: I am a dog owner myself and absolutely love my girl Louise and understand how important pets are to their people and vice versa. Dogs and cats have always loved me. My style is to allow them to get comfortable around me before I try to engage with them. Once we are comfortable with each other they will enjoy regular walks outside and indoor games of fetch, hide and seek, and belly rubs! . About: I’ve lived with and cared for dogs all my life. In fact, my mother used to throw fits when she'd wake to find that I'd snuck out of my room at night to sleep in the dog house with the hounds! Having shared my home with more than 30 dogs of my own, I have fostered close more than 50, most recently senior, special needs, and medically fragile dogs. I also transport rescue dogs once a month from Texas to Utah. If you have dogs with special needs, medical issues, or healthy dogs, I'll take care of them with skill, patience, and love. Boarding or Day Care: While I'm happy to take all dogs over 25 lbs, I have an affinity for large, XL, and giant dogs. My home has XXL dog doors, dog beds, and 3 acres of fenced yard.

About: I have grown up with dogs all my life, from Yorkies to German Shepherds. Providing the love and care to other dogs while you’re away is my priority! To give you the peace of mind your fur baby is both physically and mentally stimulated during our time together. I am very active, love going on hikes and finding new parks in the area! I am in the end of my surgical residency making my schedule relatively flexible. While I am unable to have a dog of my own full time, I can care and love for others in the mean time! While I do live in an apartment, there is a park with walking trails right across the street that I walk daily. Staying active is an essential part of my life!
