“OMG so at the last minute my sister canceled on me and my flight was early morning the next day. Jovani was willing to keep Duce last minute. You could tell when I was dropping Duce off that Jovani was in his element and had a genuine love for dogs! Duce was a little nervous but Jovani calmed his nerves immediately. Jovani sent pictures daily to ease my mind and upon pick up I could tell Duce enjoyed his stay. This will be a second home for Duce as we travel a lot. Jovani will be seeing a lot more of Duce! About: I’ve taken care of neighbors dogs for a few years now and still occasionally take care of family dogs! I love spending time with pets! I work part time only, so I have plenty of time to care for your furry friend! I can be very flexible and attentive to your animal’s needs! I have a gated backyard and an open front yard. I take animals on long walks and to dog parks as well! I have treats for them and can use whatever you provide whether it be food, bedding, or toys!

How I wish I could give Kathleen a 10-star review! The Thursday before a holiday weekend, we discovered our dog, Leia (3-year-old 70-pound German Shepherd) sprained her ankle. Our family had plans to be away for the weekend, including kid sporting events and other activities - family members going in separate directions, with the inability to change plans or bring Leia with us. Because of her sprained ankle, Leia could not go to a local kennel where we have boarded her in the past. I was in a panic after striking out with asking friends for recommendations for a care giver. Leia is not the kind of dog who can stay home by herself and be checked in on periodically. As I scrolled through rover.com, I found Kathleen - after reading her profile, I crossed my fingers she was available. I was thrilled to learn she was! I was so upset Leia was hurt and that I couldn't stay home with her that weekend. Kathleen put me at ease, assured me I needed to continue with our plans, and explained what Leia's weekend would be like -short walks to protect her ankle, time in the backyard, a great spot on the couch to look out large windows, and plenty of toys and snuggles. Leia did great! I received text updates from Kathleen about how she was doing and lots of pictures showing me Leia was very happy and well cared for. I highly recommend Kathleen and look forward to her caring for Leia again in the future.
We left our baby Bella with Christine and I must say, she seemed like she did not want to come back 😂 She was in good spirits and clearly felt comfortable with her and her husband, Bella doesn’t like anyone carrying her but felt very comfortable with Christine. I would certainly recommend her for anyone looking to have their precious pup to have a loving and comfortable place to stay! Thank you for taking such good care of our precious little girl ❤️
Elaine was so great with my senior dog Pawly. Pawly is trained to go outside but somehow forgot all that with the stress of new surroundings. Elaine handled it like a pro. She went out and brought him training pads out of her own money. She taught an old dog a new trick to go on an inside pad which he has never done before. Pawly came home looking happy and well feed. Pawly cant wait to see his awesome pet sitter again! I would recommend Elaine with out exception. She has a big backyard and pets of her own that get along with their new friends.
I couldn’t be happier with the care Iger provided for my dog Waffles. She was definitely a bit hesitant and slow to warm up at first, but Iger clearly has a ton of experience reading dog body language and personalities. By the end of the week, the two of them had completely bonded! I received constant updates packed with photos and videos, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. It’s so reassuring to find someone who genuinely knows how to handle different temperaments with patience and skill. I’ll definitely be booking him again!
We are SO happy that we found Abby to watch our sweet senior fur baby over a long weekend. Abby was very attentive to our instructions and sent lots of updates every day, which really put us at ease leaving our dog with a new person. Our dog can be a bit timid but she warmed right up to Abby right away — dogs really are an excellent judge of character! Abby was also very flexible when we were facing some unexpected flight delays coming back to town. I highly recommend her and we are looking forward to rebooking with her!
