About: I have plenty of experience with animals especially high maintenance dogs as I have a German Shepard with separation anxiety. So I know the need for quality care! I go to school full time as a dental hygiene student but my evenings and weekend are free! As well as school vacations and breaks! I do not have a fenced in yard but have a hook out if needed & an outdoor kennel. I also live on a lake for dogs who like to swim!

About: My family and I have raised three dogs, two boxers and an English bull dog. From daily walks to nightly cuddles, I have cared for my pups in good health and post-oral and leg surgery. I have cared for my neighbors cats and have worked at a local shelter to take care of new litters (clean up, outside exposure). When I am at home in Maine, I often wake up to my dogs at my feet. I walk both of them (two boxers, total weight of 160) for at least an hour, feed them, cuddle, and give them an evening walk as well. When taking care of other's animals, I have a large backyard for dogs to play in. I live near many trails to walk on. I live in a communal space with housemates who would love to also play with your pup! When staying in your home, I have spent time in other's spaces when working as a summer cleaner. I will take care of your animal(s) to the best of my ability and can complete household chores if needed. My goal as an animal caretaker is for your animal(s) to feel comfortable and happy in the space.

“Shyne responded to a request to take care of our chickens while we were gone - an odd booking as there is no category for chickens. She had a great attitude about the job. Came by twice a day to feed/water. Made sure they were OK during the sub-zero spell. She texted updates and pics of the feathery flock in their enclosure. Shyne was pleasant and responsible. Definitely will hire her again for the chickens and may add the cat and dog!”
