Do you need a Furry Vacation?
***NEW*** We now also have 2 fenced in areas. One is 50 feet by 40 feet and the adjacent one is 20 feet by 20 feet.*** I am a 40 year old stay at home mom of three. I have grown up around dogs of all sizes. I really enjoy learning the personalities of the dogs. Dogs have a lot of human traits the love of an animal is one of the best love types there are. I have two dogs and both of them are great big babies. They love playing with other dogs. I love waking dogs and playing with them. I feel like a little kid when I am around dogs. I brush them to make their coats look the best they can. I cuddle with them. My kids love dogs just as much as I do. They are a great big help with walking, feeding, bathing and exercising the dog. My kids are always supervised when they are helping with the dog. We have a huge back yard that dogs love to run and roll around on. I am a stay at home mom. I have a very flexable schedule and would love to work with you to find just the right schedule that works for both of our needs. I have a large field for the pups to run in to let their energy out. My two pups will help to make your pup(s) feel more comfortable. I will follow all instructions given for the entire visit in your home or ours. Pups are treated like family. I work from home. My schedule is very flexible to work with families and their pups. Sunday pick ups and drop off are preferred before 9:00am or after 12:00pm. With notice I will work with you with. I have a huge back yard. I offer runs if dogs are used to them. I have a 40 for lead line so pups think they are free when the are actually on the leash. I have crates if your pup needs one. We offer the pups, blankets, toys, snacks (if allowed), unlimited access to water, and the meals at meal time. Pups are allowed on the furniture if allowed in their home.

Karen was awesome! She agreed to keep Lincoln on short notice when I was in a pinch. I felt very comfortable that Lincoln was enjoying his time with her family while we were vacationing. She sent pictures and updates regularly. Would definitely recommend!
Best dog sitter I’ve used! We were staying in Franklin on vacay and realized we couldn’t hike the more challenging trails in Acadia or go sailing with our pup (she’s 1 year old and rambunctious). I found Karen and she was absolutely the best find in Acadia. Karen is amazing with our dog and she worked long days to care for Roxie so that we could enjoy our vacation. I simply cannot say enough. She sends pics and updates throughout the day so feel assured and informed and once you meet her, you will understand how she is so great with animals. She exudes warmth. Thank you Karen and I highly recommend!
Karen is a wonderful caregiver! She has built big fenced yards to provide space and activity for different size dogs. My dog was so happy! Lots of pictures. Great experience.

Schedule
I'm a stay at home mom with plenty of time to play with your pup. I'm usually pretty flexible and will work with any schedule.

Safety, trust & environment
I have runs that the dogs can be on if there used to being on runs. The pups are never outside without me or my husband. I have crates that the pups can stay in if they're used to that.

A typical day
We go for walks around the neighborhood, playing fetch in the back yard, and possibly swimming. We have a large back yard where the dogs and kids love to run around.

- Please let me know of special needs (food, meds, crating, handleing ect.). I have no problem with giving meds. It is good to know if the dogs need to always be on a leash or listen well enough to run free. It is good to know if you allow your pups on the furniture. It is good to know if your pup is allowed to have treats (we do not give dogs table food unless instructed by their owner).
