This was my first time leaving the state and needing to house Appa for a long period, and I'm so happy I decided to go with Kate. She was very communicative, attentive, and easy to work with. She was able to meet a last-minute rrequest to give Appa medication for a sudden ear infection, and this was done without any issue. In addition to Kate being wonderful, her home environment was perfect for Appa, who can be a bit anxious at times. Through all the pictures and videos Kate sent me throughout Appa's stay, I could see she was happy, calm, and having fun. I will 100% be using Kate again in the future. Thank you!!”

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 15yrs I have had 3 dogs and I have 1 dog currently that is our baby!!!!!! My schedule is pretty flexible since I am home all day and I can take care of your fur babies pretty much all every time !!!! I have a huge fenced yard that your fur babies can enjoy all day long and my house is pretty big too so they would be very comfortable with me!!

About: I have always had at least two dogs in my life since the day I was born until attending college and currently have two living at home in Florida with my mom. I’ve been dog- and cat-sitting and walking on and off for years, both in NYC and around the world. I also have extensive experience with senior dogs and puppies, having owned and cared for both. I’m that person who stops to smile at and pet every dog I pass by. I just moved to New Jersey and want to continue to spend time with animals. I will treat your pets like my own! :) I just graduated from grad school at Columbia and I work part-time, remotely, and on my own schedule, so I have lots of flexibility and time to care for and play with your furry friends! I have cared for pets of all ages and sizes throughout my life, from dogs, cats, horses, and more, and I love being around animals! I am comfortable with high strung puppies, low key older animals, administering medications, going on walks and to play times, and everything in between. I just adore time spent with animals. About: I’ve owned dogs my whole life and have helped care for others’ of every kind ever since I was able. Friends and family always rely on me to help out with their animals as they naturally gravitate towards me and are safe with me! I also volunteer at various animal shelters and events. It is truly a passion of mine and since I am unable to own my own dog at the moment, this is the next best thing in which I would be happy to help. I recently moved out of my parents home with 3 dogs whom I try and visit everyday if I can! I am able to have dogs in my home or come to yours. I will offer walks, feeding, play, cuddles and care. I am a teacher, so I have to abide by the school year schedule. However, weekends and breaks, I can assure 24/7 care. During the school year, my hours are 8-3. I am open to pets of all ages! For some reason my settings say 1 and up, but I am definitely open to under. I am currently an art teacher working with students k-8. My schedule varies based on the school year. I can have full availability during weekends, summer, and evenings during the school year. I have a small fenced area and a large grass area I can use for walking on leash. I have a roommate that owns a cat, but her cat stays in her room with the door closed. I can follow various specialized instructions.
