“I adopted my dog Nomi at the end of 2025 and knew I had a lot of rehabilitation ahead of us since she is highly fearful and skittish. Nomi came from a hoarding house in Puerto Rico where 100 animals were removed from the property. Today was the first day since Nomi's adoption that she stayed with anyone other than myself. About: I've been a dog owner and animal lover my entire life, both as a child and as an adult. Over the years, I've cared for several dogs of different breeds, each with their own unique personalities and needs. Spending time with dogs brings me so much joy, whether it's going for walks, playing, or simply providing companionship and care. Animals have always been an important part of my life, and I truly can't imagine a world without them. I treat every dog as if they were my own and strive to make them feel safe, happy, and loved. I also have fostered several litters of puppies, and administered medications with ease. I work out of the home but I am able to drop in to play and let dogs out everyday around lunch. Maximum 3 hours in crate at a time. I treat each dog like a family member. I will make sure to update you daily on how they are doing! Pictures are so important!
“This was the first time our 14 year old rat terrier had stayed with anyone but a family member. It was easy to locate Brandon on Rover and to arrange for a meet. Brandon has a dog of his own and both dogs made friends immediately. Brandon’s inside play area for the dogs was clean and spacious. There was a park adjacent to his apartment, so we were confident that all would work out well. After an initial getting settled in, everything was fine. About: I have returned to school to earn my PhD as an adult in my 30s, which means I have both many years of experience with animals and significant flexibility to help out as your schedule requires. I have spent my whole life around animals - I grew up in a house with two cats, a dog (chow chow), and a multitude of fish; I worked for a stint on a farm as a teenager; and as an adult I have two sweet cats! I have been pet sitting for family and friends since I was young, most recently caring for a variety of cats and dogs for friends during work travel, vacations, and weddings. About: I've been caring for pets for a little over 5 years now. I used to work at a pet store handling fish, birds and small animals as well. I have a 5 year old golden retriever as well as 2 cats. I can help administer medications for dogs and cats that need it. I can also care for elderly dogs and puppies. I don't mind bathing them or doing nail trims either. I felt at ease from the time Max was dropped off till the time we picked Max up. Anish took the extra effort to make sure Max was taken for walks even in the pouring rain, and give him plenty of exercise and company. Max returned home happy, rested & well exercised. I highly recommend Anish to take care of your pet, its their home away from home.”
About: I've been a dog owner and animal lover my entire life, both as a child and as an adult. Over the years, I've cared for several dogs of different breeds, each with their own unique personalities and needs. Spending time with dogs brings me so much joy, whether it's going for walks, playing, or simply providing companionship and care. Animals have always been an important part of my life, and I truly can't imagine a world without them. I treat every dog as if they were my own and strive to make them feel safe, happy, and loved. I also have fostered several litters of puppies, and administered medications with ease. I work out of the home but I am able to drop in to play and let dogs out everyday around lunch. Maximum 3 hours in crate at a time. I treat each dog like a family member. I will make sure to update you daily on how they are doing! Pictures are so important!
