“Nexsy was incredible. She helped on short notice and still snuck in a meet and greet. Polite, kind, and very understanding of our dogs. She went above and beyond during the time she spent with them by doing some helpful behavioral training. We felt they were in safe and capable hands. Highly recommended!”

“Julissa was wonderful! We have a lot of pets and she handled everyone with ease. I would absolutely recommend her and will definitely use her again! Thank you so much!”

“Robb has been working with our girls for the last few months leading up to a bigger trip we just returned from. He really helped keep our minds at ease with constant updates and was always reaching out for ways to help our anxious babies feel better. He really did care! We have many tedious tasks that we ask of sitters and he completed them all without complaint. We will definitely continue to use his services in the future and highly recommend.”

“We had a wonderful experience with Samantha as our dog sitter! She was incredibly professional and responsible throughout her stay. Samantha took excellent care of our two older dogs, Karma and Bailey, providing daily pictures and updates that gave us great peace of mind while we were away. She made sure Karma received her nightly medication and handled it with care and confidence. Samantha also went above and beyond in keeping our home tidy—cleaning up after the dogs in the yard and even starting a load of laundry with the bedding before she left. Her communication was excellent from start to finish, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about our pets’ well-being. We highly recommend her and would absolutely book with her again!”

“I used Adara for an overnight stay with my 2 pups. I came home to a clean house and happy pups! Good communication while I was away and lots of pictures. Will definitely use her again!”

“Thank you for communicating with me throughout your stay. I’m really glad to have feedback on how my dog is doing and what additional support I need to give him. I really look forward to you sitting with him again.”

“Kaitlynn was amazing! My dogs have special needs and their care instructions are very specific. She kept their routine and did perfect! She gave my dogs much love and attention. She is the only sitter I would trust with my dogs. After I got back home, I asked one of my dogs (she uses button communication) if Kaitlynn was nice and she said yes! 🐾”

About: Hi there! My family owned dogs my entire life. My brother and I both cared for all of our childhood dogs/pets. My grandparents raised Fidelco dogs and as I would spend my summers with them, I was always exposed to these amazing little guys. As a teenager I would spend my summers home with our two family dogs. In my early college years, I dog sat for a couple of my mom's previous work friends, sometimes for a week at a time. As an adult, I raised my parent's dog from a puppy and currently own a dog of my own. I've also owned other pets such as cats, birds, and hedgehogs. I love to cuddle and play! I have lots of love to give! I'm the crazy lady you see talking to their dog while they walk them. So if you're dog is a good listener and loves cuddling, petting, and fetching, we'll be perfect mateys! I’m a children’s librarian and have a bit of a weird schedule. I work one night a week and one Saturday a month. I’m a single dog mom and have the flexibility to stay with your pet or possibly have your pet stay with me. They just have to be ok with a cranky old dachshund! I can walk your dog before work (8 am) or after work (5 pm) or any time on weekends. I’m very careful with peoples pets. The decisions I make for my own dog isn’t what I will make for someone else’s. Your pet is your precious baby and I will treat them as such. I follow the rules and guidelines set out by the owner and if I’m giving the green light to, your pet will be SPOILED. Car rides, couch snuggles, and outdoor adventures!

About: I have owned one cat for 15 years until her recent passing. I own 3 big breed dogs currently, wether you need drop in visits, walks, play time or overnight care I'd love to help you! Experience with small and big breed dogs. Currently I am in school so I am available most of the day, I am also available at night or weekends. Please feel free to reach out to me. I'd love to care for your pets in your home or give them a walks throughout the day. Play time, love and care for your animals is a definite.

About: I’ve got a big Doberman and a goofy American Staffy of my own, so I’m super comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities. I’ve taken care of everything from little lap dogs to big, reactive pups—and I truly get them! I treat every dog like my own, with love, patience, all of the attention! Pet care fits into my routine easily since I have a flexible schedule. I’m available on short notice and can give your pup the attention and care they need throughout the day—whether it’s for walks, feedings, or just company. In my home, pets enjoy a calm, cozy space with lots of love and attention. I have a large yard, and while it’s not fenced, I always keep dogs safely leashed outside unless otherwise requested. I don’t use crates at the moment, but I make sure each dog has a comfy spot to relax and feel secure. In a client’s home, I follow their routine closely—whether that’s feeding schedules, walk times, or specific habits. I’m respectful, reliable, and always focused on keeping pets happy and stress-free while you’re away.

“Alissa was a real pleasure. We have a brand new 2yo rescue dog, Pixie, who is really sweet but can be a bit rambunctious and not 100% house trained. We needed to have someone come to our house who could follow our training regimen. None of our friends and neighbors were available. This was our first experience with Rover and Alissa was a gem. She was friendly, upbeat and enthusiastic about meeting and spending the weekend at our house with Pixie. Pixie is on heartworm meds and Alissa was on top of everything. She followed our training directions exactly and she send us great pictures and video clip. Not only was she a great dog sitter, our house was also tidy and she made sure to even take out the trash before we came home. It was a great first Rover experience and we will definitely invite Alissa back next time we need a buddy for our Pixie.”

About: I have experience taking care of big and small dogs, shy and friendly cats, as well as aquatic life like salt water fish and turtles. About: I’ve been around dogs all of my life and cared for them for 4 consecutive years on my own while juggling life. I understand the ups and downs of taking care of animals and I carry no judgment! I am looking for something to keep me on my toes! What’s better than hanging out with animals! Making your pet happy makes me happy. “Absolutely thrilled with the dog-sitting service we received from Srikari! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Srikari was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure our dogs felt comfortable and safe. She kept us updated throughout the stay with photos and messages, which really put our mind at ease and allowed us to truly enjoy our vacation. Our dogs absolutely loved her, and it is clear that she has a genuine passion for animals. We’ll definitely be using her services again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring dog sitter!”

About: Nice to meet you! I’m thrilled you decided to visit my Rover page to read a little about me. Hi there! I'm Viki — a devoted, passionate, dedicated animal companion and advocate with a calm, caring presence and over 15 years of hands-on experience with pups of all ages, sizes, breeds, and temperaments. I have a deep respect for every pet's personality: Whether your furry friend is a playful, curious little one focusing on potty breaks and training support, to playtime and structure for those energetic adults, to gentle walks and extra comfort for sweet senior companions to those pups who are shy and sensitive, or those who require assistance or have wheels, or maybe you have that rambunctious pup and ya just can’t figure out how to get rid of that extra energy (or weight) — it can turn into things like lunging, reactivity, misguided aggression, I’m ready to meet them where they are — with thoughtful, personalized patience and care every animal deserves. My goal is simple: to ensure your family member is safe, relaxed, loved, and happy while you're away — and to give you peace of mind knowing they're in kind, capable hands. I’m reliable, intuitive and we’ll tailor your pet’s care plan to meet their specific needs, requirements and routines. You’ll receive open and honest communication and your pup will receive a tail-wagging good time! If you’re looking for someone who truly understands animals, and will care for yours with compassion and skill, I’d love to meet your fur family and you! **Please contact me for current rates** rates may change without notice / rates are non-negotiable. (No boarding at this time). Pet care is a regular and important part of my daily and weekly routine. I structure my schedule around the pets I care for ensuring I’m available for their walks, appointments, drop-ins, feedings, medication administration, special needs and playtime. I’m organized, consistently on time and I ensure every furry friend receives the loving care, attention they deserve and they are comfortable before I leave the home. I also build flexibility into my schedule depending on situational needs of my clients. I sincerely enjoy spending time with my each one of my furry friends as their care is my top priority. My expertise comes in, to ensure the needs of my furry friends are met as their parents deserve peace of mind when they’re away. Safety is my Priority! Family’s and I meet before beginning a new journey together. Normal steps for getting to know a new family and their furry family member are the following: — Introductory Phone or Video Call: depending upon technical connection and circumstances. — Schedule a meet and greet: 1/2 hr to 1hr —make a schedule This establishes trust between both parties by getting to know one another, and while I’m there I can do a safety check, at no cost to new clients. I also take meticulous notes during our meeting so nothing is missed.

“Hannah is awesome!! She took very good care of my pup, Lou! She spent a good amount of time with him each visit and kept me frequently updated with texts and pictures. She loved Lou like her own pup.”

Alexandra R.
“Alexandra grew up with dogs always in the home - anything from a Rottweiler to a Chihuahua. This also included being involved as part of a foster family to German Shepherd puppies that were going to be used as guide dogs for the blind. She took responsibility at a young age to take care of dogs (feeding, bathing, vet visits, etc.) and it has continued into her adult life with adopting her own dog from a shelter. She loves her dog and any other dogs she may meet in her daily life...she doesn't mind dog kisses either!!”

Viki V.
“Viki and I go back several years ago. We met when I was walking my service dog, Cami to the park. Cami absolutely loved Viki. Every time we walked past her house, Cami would look back to see if she could see her. Viki helped me set-up a foot washing basin for Cami's feet to wash in the Winter months. Helping get off the rock salt and other stuff. Viki is kind and considerate and loves animals. She offered to cut Cami's nails and gave other care tips. I used some of her suggestions. I think Viki would be very helpful to someone who needs pet care.”

East Springfield pet parents share their Rover experiences
Georgia was great during her 32-day house and pet-sitting stay. I can't recommend her enough. We felt completely at ease leaving our home and dogs in her care. She's trustworthy, communicates well, and clearly knows what she's doing with pets. Our dogs are usually off their game after we've been away for a few days, but they seemed totally normal when we got back. The house was well taken care of and exactly as we left it. We'll definitely book Georgia again and suggest you do the same if you get the chance.

Julissa was great! We had a family get away, and Julissa took care of our clingy frenchie, and our 7 year old yellow lab granddog. We were nervous, as our frenchie puppy has never been away from us. When Julissa sent her first photos, I could see both dogs were very happy. When we arrived home there was no panicked, frenzied welcome, they were both content yet happy to see us.
