“Mike really went above and beyond! He showed up early and spent extra time on the walk with Boost. He was also very responsive as well. We love the notes and pictures on rover cards! Thank you Mike!”

“Longlong is such an amazing Dog Walker. He takes the time to get to know and meet, to understand the nuances behind your particular, and shows up as promised. It was really hot the days that long long came to walk my furry friend, but he reassured me that he would make sure to give my dog a chance for a potty break and to stretch his legs, but ensure that it wasn’t to the point where his paws kept burned from the hot. He is thoughtful, dependable, and punctual. Highly recommend him to anyone in the SGV area”

“I have two big fun dogs that require attention on two different energy levels and the right person to keep them happy. I found Bobby to be reliable and flexible depending on my schedule. He communicates well. I won"t hesitate to call him again. Thanks Bobby!”

About: I’m currently a proud cat mom to a sweet orange tabby named Cheese! I also have hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes and ages. I previously volunteered with the Dog Adoption & Welfare Group, where I walked, bathed, fed, cleaned up after, and played with dogs regularly. I’ve cared for energetic puppies, gentle senior dogs, and large breeds, and I’m comfortable handling different temperaments. I genuinely love spending time with animals and always treat every pet like my own—with patience, attention, and lots of love. I’m a freelance graphic designer with a flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate quality time to pet care. I’m available for morning and evening visits or walks, and I can easily adjust my routine to meet your pet’s needs. While I’m generally unavailable during midday hours, I make sure mornings and evenings are calm, consistent, and full of care and attention. Whether it’s breakfast cuddles or a peaceful evening check-in, your pet will have a reliable and loving companion. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat the space with the utmost respect—just like I would my own. I make sure your pet stays safe, comfortable, and calm in their familiar environment. I always follow your specific care instructions carefully, from feeding schedules to favorite toys and routines. I pay close attention to details, whether that’s making sure doors are securely closed, food is stored properly, or litter boxes and water bowls are kept clean and fresh. I believe in building trust through consistency, patience, and open communication—so you’ll always get updates and photos, and your pet will always get gentle, loving care.

“Thanks Christine for taking such great care of both Bowie and Nellie! They had a great time with your dog! I’m so happy we connected! You did a great job! Looking forward to the next time I need help with a Bowie!”

About: I’ve cared for dogs of all ages—from playful puppies to gentle seniors—and always make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable. I have experience with daily routines, giving medication, and adapting to each dog’s needs. I’ve been a dog lover since I was young and one of my dogs lived to 19 years old. I now share my home with a sweet 1½ year old Labradoodle. I’ve also volunteered with rescues and fostered a dog, which taught me patience and how to help pups feel at home. I’m a full-time mom and home most of the day to give dogs plenty of love, care, and attention. I have two children, ages 12 and 15, who both love dogs and are great with them. The only time I step out is for school drop-off and pick-up, which is never more than 30 minutes, so your pup is never left alone for long. I prioritize safety and comfort for every pet I care for. I follow your pet’s usual routines, supervise playtime, and make sure meals and medications are given as instructed. I treat your home and pets with respect, keeping everything safe, calm, and comfortable while you’re away.

About: I have liked pets since I was a child. I want to get in touch with more pets, learn more about pets, and help more pets. Pets are not only friends but also family members. I have time every day to help your pet relieve stress, play with your pet, take care of his body or learn more skills. I hope you can choose me. I can record videos of pets for you, such as eating, drinking, playing and playing with other animals. I have my own yard for pets to play. If there is any problem, I will communicate with you in time. If he likes frisbee, I can also take him to the dog park.

“Kimberly has been great with Ivy! Ivy can be very skittish with new people but Kimberly did a great job moving slowly and trying to get her more comfortable. Kimberly is responsible and shows up on time. We have Kimberly take Ivy on walks twice a week and each time Ivy seems to be getting more comfortable. I really appreciate that Kimberly also boards dogs at her home, so that if we need that service, Ivy will already be comfortable with her. Overall it's been a great start!”

About: I’ve spent the last 30 plus years growing up around cats, dogs and a variety of furry friends of all shapes and sizes. Whether it’s a playful game of fetch, a leisure walk, or some cuddle time, I enjoy making pets feel safe, happy and loved. I hope to give your pets the same attention and joy that I have given my own! I currently work on a mixed schedule with some weeks being busier than others, but that still gives me time to care for pets on my slower days. I do have the ability to block off dates given current or upcoming needs. I care for pets by making them feel comfortable with a warm presence and by providing them with the play and attention a close friend/family would offer!

About: I personally trained my two dogs with sitting, hand shakes and spin. They can understand my easy instruct. I love to walk with pet and playing with them as well. Also I had cat during my childhood period, very healing my heart. I can catch pets’ most mood and take care of them I love pets! I’m working part time now, available boarding in weekdays after 2:00pm and weekends 12:00pm. Any special requests are welcome to communicate with me to adjust I’m experienced in handling pet waste and creating balanced diets for pets. I also tailor playtime to each pet’s unique personality—whether they’re energetic, shy, or somewhere in between. I completely understand that busy schedules can make it hard to spend enough time with pets, especially dogs, who need regular walks and interactive activities like fetch, toy play, or frisbee. I’d love to help ensure they get the attention and exercise they need!

About: I grew up with both cats and dogs. I have experience caring for kittens, puppies, as well as exotic animals. I currently have a pet bearded dragon and my wife and I raise Monarch Butterflies. I spent my summers home from college working as a dog groomer so I have a great deal of experience meeting new dogs in a loud and hectic environment. I have experience with pets who have health complications. My cat had an enlarged heart, the vet said he would be lucky to make it to 6 years old, and I'm very proud that he made it to 13. Last year my wife and I lost our Miniature Schnauzer of 14 years. She had Cushing's disease, and towards the end we learned how to give her a subcutaneous fluids IV drip so she could be comfortable and feel safe at home. I currently have a 65 pound American Pit Bull with my wife, he just turned 10, and is a very sweet, head strong boy that forgets how big he is and that he is not a puppy. I've worked extensively with him on obedience and leash training. I also helped to train my parents dogs, a standard poodle and golden retriever. I have worked as a cat sitter for family and friends, and from my experience I know how long it can take to build a relationship of trust with a cat, especially when his or her owner is out of town. I have found that projecting a sense of calm is very important when building a relationship with new animals. I work part time through the week, generally off on Mondays and Tuesdays and work a lighter schedule on the weekend. I can find time throughout the day or in the evening to check on pets, and I can bring smaller dogs with good leash training to work with me. I have a fenced in back yard, but I am generally wary of introducing new animals to my home because I worry about the effect it can have on my own dog.
About: My husband and I had 4 dogs and many cats for over 15 years. Our baby Pomeranian was fifteen and passed away 2 months ago. I also rescue cats. I am home most of the time and can give your fur baby the attention they need. My time is very free. Weekday and weekends are ok for or me to take care of pets. Just let me know a couple hours beforehand. I live in a one level condo. I will take care of the pets at my house. We can take a walk in our pretty community. That's what I can provide.

About: I have two dogs (a golden retriever and a german shepherd) who are both around four years old. I took care of them since the pandemic and trained them all on my own with commands like sit, lay down, paw/handshake, etc. I'm also certified in dog and cat first aid and CPR by the Red Cross and have experience in walking large dogs. I can work any day of the week at any time other than Tuesdays and Thursdays after 6PM. I am most likely able to accommodate schedules as needed. I will follow instructions as to how you would want me to take care of your dog at your home, and would be willing to do other tasks as needed. I would happy to discuss other tasks once we make contact.

“My dog loved walking with Weiki and was well exercised by the end! She was able to walk him despite my last minute late request which I am really thankful for. Super nice and considerate, definitely going to book her again!”

Max D.
“Max took cared of my senior miniature schnauzer when I was out of town. My dog was a character and can be very stubborn and not trusting to new people. However, Max was very patient with her, so my girl warmed up to him naturally. Max made sure my girl got lots of quality play time, attention, and food and snacks throughout the day. He is amazing to work with and very easy to communicate with. I am extremely grateful for his help.”

East San Gabriel dog parents share their Rover experiences
I’ve had such a wonderful experience with Evonnie! She’s been incredibly sweet and attentive to Bori from day one. She even came a little early just to spend some time bonding with Bori before the walk—which meant a lot to me and clearly made Bori more comfortable too. Even when I gave her a long list of instructions (which I know can be a bit much!), she handled everything with patience, kindness, and total flexibility. You can really tell she cares—not just about doing the job right, but about making sure your pup feels safe and happy. She’s reliable, communicative, and has a naturally calm and caring presence. I feel totally at ease knowing Bori is in her hands 🩵🐾

Both my large breed puppies came back less destructive . Even though they ate early this morning, they’re already wishing dinner was happening at noon vs 4pm. My older dog W is napping in the sunlight and still barking at anything that moves beyond our gate. In my opinion, this was a good investment . I need them to learn sometimes Mommy can’t always be by their side for EVERYTHING. Happy they’re warming up to Rachel

Roberto has been doing a great job with taking my Bella on walks and spending some time playing with her. He also checks her food and water to make sure she is ok while I am at work. Roberto’s care makes me feel more at ease when I have to leave my dog home alone all day.
