My family and I needed a dog sitter for our 11-year-old Pug Bandit for a few days. We had never utilized Rover before and were a little apprehensive as we’ve only ever used family or friends for pet sitting in the past. We found Eric on the app and noticed he had a lot positive reviews and repeat business. Additionally, he was located close to our home. I dropped off Bandit and found Eric friendly and easy going. Bandit has a couple specific dietary needs and Eric was very accommodating. During our 3 day trip to the Central Coast my family and I received piece of mind as Eric sent me several pics of Bandit throughout the day and kept us updated on how he was adjusting. Bandit is a big part of our family and we were very pleased with the care Eric showed him. Would recommend and will definitely use him again.

Mike & Ja Hyung were the best dogsitters!! My dog Poluna is a small Shih Tzu-Maltese mix and honestly thinks she’s bigger and better than everyone, so she’s not always the friendliest. But Mike & Ja Hyung were so sweet and let us stop by ahead of time so our dogs could meet—and everything went great! Their dog Bendy was so sweet and calm, he was exactly what Poluna needed to learn how to be friendly and adjust to a new home for a few days. One of my family’s biggest concerns is making sure Poluna is safe and secure wherever she stays—and also that the place is clean because she will literally eat anything off the floor. Mike & Ja Hyung totally reassured us that if the dogs were outside, someone would always be with them, and that they were going to clean the floors the night before in preparation. SO AMAZING. We’ve never felt so comfortable leaving Poluna with anyone. They sent updates, pics, and videos all weekend, and were just the sweetest couple. They accommodated everything we needed, and we’ll definitely be using them again. Poluna came home so tired after her weekend-long playdate with Bendy—sign of a good time!

Susanne and her husband were very nice and helpful. I booked very last minute and they took my request. I didn’t have a chance to meet them beforehand, but as soon as I got to her house and met her, I had full confidence my dogs would be taken care of. They sent lots of pictures and made sure my dogs felt loved and safe. I was very impressed and grateful for their help! I would definitely make Susanne a regular sitter if I lived closer. She provides excellent service at a great price.
I would highly recommend Kristen and her mom, who were wonderful to my dog during her week-long stay. After seeing pictures of my dog looking happy and going about her daily routine, I felt she was in very good hands! When I picked her up, she went back and forth between me and Kristin and her mom, who was helping to care for her. In that moment, I knew they were good to her; otherwise, she wouldn’t have exhibited so much fondness for them! I will definitely contact Kristin for future boarding needs for my dog!
I cant say enough about how wonderful Chris is. I had never left my dog with anyone but family and I was hesitant, but since the 1st moment I met Chris I knew my Jay would be in great hands. She sent me updates on a daily basis with pictures and my dog looked so happy, you could tell that he was truly enjoying his stay with Chris and her husband. I had to leave my dog for additional time with her and she was so kind to keep him for longer. I would highly recommend anyone to leave their furry friend with Chris, she is the best, and I will not hesitate to leave my pets with her!
