“Anne and Jason were wonderful and took great care of our old dog Coco. They provided us with updates and pictures of our dog which gave us great peace of mind. She seemed so content with the care they provided that she almost didn’t want to come home. Would definitely have them watch my pet again.”

“We had such a great experience with Mike & Ja Hyung! They sent us lots of photos and updates, which really helped us feel relaxed while we were away. It was clear that our dog was being very well cared for and getting lots of attention and love. We also had to change our booking because our travel plans changed, and they were incredibly understanding and accommodating about adjusting the schedule. The whole process was smooth and stress-free thanks to their kindness and flexibility. We’re so grateful and would absolutely book with them again. Highly recommend!”

“We are very happy with the care that you give to the doggies. You and your family spoil them and we know they are well be taken care of. We look forward to booking with you in the future!”

“Eric was amazing! My sitter canceled last minute, and I’m so grateful Eric was available to take care of Coco. Coco usually has trouble eating in unfamiliar environments and can get very hyper, but Eric reassured me the entire time by sending constant updates and photos. When I picked Coco up, I was surprised she hadn’t lost any weight at all and actually looked very well fed and happy. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. Highly recommend Eric if you’re looking for someone caring, reliable, and attentive with pets!”
“Debbie and Bill took such wonderful care of our baby boy, Bodie! They were so easy to work with, they sent us photos and made sure to check in with us while we were away. I’m so happy to have found Debbie and Bill! Thank you for everything- we will definitely be rebooking!”

“Our baby girl Skye had a great doggie vacation with Julie & Justin. They gave her so much love & attention which was captured on the many photos they shared throughout her stay. Communication is excellent and we feel very confident entrusting our Skye with Julie and Justin.”

“I had just finished writing an extensive and detailed message, explaining how they were great with First timers using this kind of service, but then my phone froze and deleted that long detailed review and I’m not gonna take the time to do it again 🤣. Just know that they knew how to handle first timers. I highly recommend them.”

“I highly recommend Lauren. It was easy to communicate the schedule with her. She is flexible on the hours of pick up which we really appreciate. Her place is spacious and clean. We felt really comfortable leaving our dog with her. She sent a lot of pictures and videos of our dog.”

“Soonok was so wonderful in caring for our dog Enzo. If you’re looking for a compassionate dog sitter who gives lots of attention to your fur baby, she is the one! Enzo is usually anxious when boarding at larger facilities. We had a long trip and were worried he would be too stressed, so we found Soonok. After Enzo’s stay with her, he came home calm and relaxed. She sent us photos and videos and we could tell he was having a happy time with her. Thank you Soonok!”

“Magda was fabulous. My dogs felt right at home with her, and I dont even think they missed me while I was away! They had so much fun with her and she was very good about keeping an open line of communication. I will definitely use her services again!”

“Jenni was super accommodating and very communicative. I received updates about my babies and it really put my mind at ease knowing they were in good hands. Will definitely rebook with Jenni!”

“Jassie was awesome! Our first meet was to get to know each other and for Teddy to be comfortable. I set everything up for his weekend stay with her and knowing her calm energy was everything I needed to feel confident leaving Teddy with Jassie! She was very responsive to my texts and asked all the questions for Teddys care. She let me know where she’ll be and for how long. She sent pictures and videos of Teddy resting and playing in the backyard! Would recommend Jassie to anyone in need of pet care!”

“Sylvia was wonderful with our puppy, Harley! She asked about preferences, training, and routines. She was flexible and communicative throughout the time she had her. We received regular updates with photos and Harley looked so content! It was wonderful to be away for weekend with less worry because she was being well cared for. Thanks again for watching our girl, Sylvia!”

“This was Ness’s second time watching our pup Pretzel, and she was just as amazing as the first! Pretzel absolutely adores her, and it’s such a comfort knowing she’s in loving, reliable hands. Ness is warm, communicative, and genuinely cares; can’t recommend her enough. We’ll definitely keep coming back!”

“Great dogsitter, my dog always has a great time at her place. Very flexible with drop off times, very convenient. Has a nice yard for dogs to play in. Her husband and daughter are also very nice.”

“Patty and her home were both beautiful!! the dogs were calm and happy when we picked them up and we look forward to using her services in the future as well as our pups!! 🐶 definitely recommend!!”

“Vyanh is super sweet and personable. Very professional and punctual. I was worried that my cats would be lonely but she took time to give them scratches. My first time having someone come into my house to feed them but Vyanh was so great. Very good experience!”

About: I grew up with cats my whole life, so I understand that every cat has its own unique personality and comfort level. Some are social and affectionate, while others take more time to warm up to new people, especially strangers. I always respect each cat’s boundaries, move at their pace, and make sure they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. My goal is to provide patient, reliable care that helps your cat feel as relaxed and stress-free as possible.

About: I’ve had cats my whole life ever since I was a little girl. I’ve also been trusted by friends and family to take care of their cats while they’re away! I love cats so much and I understand they all have their own personalities and boundaries that must be respected!
“We had Jennifer do drop in visits with our cat over Thanksgiving week. She followed the instructions we left and wasn't afraid to ask questions when needed. She sent us thorough updates, both with texts and pictures each visit. Jennifer did a fantastic job and we would definitely request her services again!”
“Celia is low key and a Great communicator . She went above and beyond to maintain our 3 cat’s tidy care! We appreciated the moments our cats were captured in photos very much. She adapted without hesitation to timing changing due to unplanned guests at our home while we were away. Our frig also failed during her care! She made sure the feeding of wet food was safe and fresh. We definitely would book her care again!”

About: About 4 years ago I was really introduced to cats and spent basically every weekend with three different cat breeds. I never had cats before, so being exposed to them really helped me understand how cats need to be taken care of.
“It was their first time cat-sitting (drop-in visits), but they meticulously followed my instructions and kept litter box, fed my cat, and kept her company! Will definitely rebook.”

About: I love dogs/puppies and I make sure that every dog feels like family, especially by giving them plenty of attention and affection during their stay. Weekdays I work mornings and I have a flexible schedule after three pm. I am fully open during weekends for all your furry friend’s needs! I have a fenced backyard that they will have access to and I have no pets or children so they would have my full attention!

“Alyssa was AMAZING with my 3 kitties when she house sat for me for 5 days. She provided the best care and I could tell right off the bat how much she enjoys what she does! I wish I could give her 10 stars for a fantastic job — and I will definitely be using her again in the future!!!”

“Absolutely fantastic! Alexis made the process very easy and left me feeling like I didn’t have to worry about anything. He checked in and sent lots of photos everyday. One of my cats was very shy and didn’t want to come out much when he would visit but Alexis tried his best to make her comfortable and finally got her to open up a bit at the end. My other cat LOVED him. Highly recommend Alexis for your fur baby needs!!”

Working a part time job in the day during the week. If your dog is okay being left alone for four hours during the week, I can watch him/her during the week. “Amy did a great job with my two cats. She did a meet and greet with us prior to my trip, and communicated well throughout her stay. The cats were well cared for and my condo was clean and tidy upon my return. She was patient with letting the cats warm up to her, would book again.”

About: I’ve had cats of my own and looked after plenty of friends’ and family’s. Including the ones who vanish under the bed the second a stranger walks in. I don’t chase them out. I sit down, stay quiet, and let them decide. Drop-ins: food, fresh water, litter scooped, a check that everyone’s eating and behaving normally, real time spent with them, and photos every visit. I’ll bring in mail and rotate lights if you want the house to look occupied. House sitting: same care, but I’m there overnight which is better for anxious cats, or when medication timing matters. Medical care: I’m comfortable with insulin injections on a set schedule, oral meds, and senior cats who need closer watching. If that’s been the thing keeping you from traveling, it doesn’t have to be. Tell me your cat’s routine and their hiding spots. I’ll work around both and make sure they are safe and comfortable.

About: We have lots of experience in raising and loving dogs for over 40 years with the ability to care for any age or size. We've had dogs all our married life and our most recent dog, Reba is looking for some friends to play with. We're able to cater to your dogs special diets, continue to implement your training techniques and provide that loving home while you are away. As a retired husband and wife duo our schedules are quite flexible and we spend most of our time at home with our dog Reba. Drop off anytime between 7 AM - 8 PM (please inquire for drop off outside these times for availability). A doggie door provides easy access to our fully fenced in backyard with plenty of grass, a lovely patio and lots of shade to create the perfect space for your dog to lounge outside. Inside the home we're able to provide a safe space to eat and a cozy environment where dogs can lounge on the couches and escape the heat. While we don't allow dogs in our bed you're more then welcome to bring their favorite bed/blanket and we'll provide a quiet space for them to dream away. Our grandchildren visit often (ages 10 +) so kid friendly dogs are a must.
“For our first time using the Rover app it was a 10/10 we got lucky to find Lorena, our experience was great! It was our puppy’s first time staying at someone else’s house and we were nervous. Thankfully Lorena sent us pictures, updates and followed through all my pups needs and always responded right away. She was even kind enough to let us drop off our pup earlier than our scheduled time when we asked. We found our new dog sitter and we highly recommend her.”

About: My Shiba and Malamute have been teaching me that some dogs don’t obey-they decide. Working with them, and helping friends train theirs, is how I learned to read a dog instead of just managing one. If your dog is a bolter, a digger, a counter surfer, or just doesn’t warm up to strangers, we’ll get along fine. A day here looks like: morning walk, yard time (fully fenced), a nap in a quiet house, structured play, evening wind-down. I keep boarding to one or two small dogs, so nobody’s competing for attention. I’m comfortable with senior dogs and medication schedules, and with puppies still figuring out the house rules. If your dog is mid-training on something, I’ll keep the routine in place for you. Send me your dog’s quirks. The weirder the better. Pet care is what I do full-time, so early mornings, midday drop-ins, overnights, and last minute requests are all realistic. I usually answer messages within the hour, and I confirm exact timing before every booking so you are not guessing. If your pet is on medication with a strict window, send me the schedule and I will build the day around it. My yard is fully fenced and I check the gate every single time before a dog goes out. My Shiba taught me that lesson early, and I have never stopped double checking. I board only one or two small dogs at a time, so nobody has to compete for space or attention, and your dog gets to be the priority instead of one of a crowd. Leashes stay on until we are inside, I do not take client dogs to dog parks, and we always do a meet and greet first so the real day is familiar rather than new.
About: Dogs bring me so much joy, and I hope I can give them just a fraction of love and happiness that they give unconditionally. I lost my 5 year-old dog this year due to unfortunate circumstances, so I would be privileged to be able to spend some time with your beloved pup 🐾❤️ I work remotely (part time right now) so I have a lot of flexibility during the weekdays! I love incorporating pup care into my everyday routine to make sure both of us are happy and active daily. Being attentive is the most important thing when caring for dogs. Especially as someone outside of their family, it is extremely important to build trust and make sure dogs feel safe and comfortable sharing how they feel! I believe I have the patience, empathy, and attention to detail to create this type of environment for any dog!
“I had been searching for a daycare service I could truly trust with my baby for a long time. My dog has pretty severe separation anxiety, but even after Steven and Kim-Anh learned about it, they were very understanding and happy to take care of Mahur. She is usually very cautious around new people, but she seemed to feel safe and comfortable in their home. Both Steven and Kim are very passionate about training, and they spent a lot of time playing with and caring for Mahur. I finally feel relieved knowing that I’ve found a daycare I can trust completely. I would absolutely love to continue bringing her here in the future.”

About: I have 2 dogs, and have taken care of many dogs & cats over the years! I love being active (playing fetch, going on walks) and taking the time and attention to bring out the best and quirky parts of their personality <3 I work from home, so I am flexible with times/dates/working on the weekdays. I am a morning person, so am able to take them early mornings if needed! I take care of pets both at my house and at client’s houses. I have a large grass front yard, and a fully fenced off house. I also live next to a park and can walk them there everyday. I have a large Bernedoodle and a medium sized Lagotto Romagnolo at home to keep them company. We have a large crate if crate is requested/necessary.
“Jennell was more than extraordinary! ✨ Today was Bread’s first doggy daycare drop-off & Jennell made it such a great experience for him! Please note that Bread is currently recovering from urinary surgery & Jennell was great at accommodating of his specific needs. I appreciate the quick and thorough communication with updates and friendly pictures-videos of my doggo while I was away! Thank you Jennell! We’ll be coming back 🐾”

“Cristina really cares about animals and will make sure that your pup is welcomed into the pack the best way possible. Shes very accommodating for my "picky" dog. I would definitely recommend her watching your pup(s) for either the day or overnight.”

I’m working part time right now. My schedule is pretty flexible where I can work around it and fit my clients schedule if needed to take care of their pet. I make sure the pet feels comfortable around me. I can meet the clients and their pet beforehand so they can get to know me. I follow their feeding schedule and take them for walks and make sure they’re well taken care of.
“Our ruby loves going to doggy day care with Tiffany! She’s so excited to go over and hang out with her and her wonderful doggy! Tiffany takes such great care of our ruby with amazing walks and playtime! She sends pictures all day which I love !”

“James and his dog Molly are absolutely amazing! James is very prompt when replying to messages and answering questions, and overall very easy to communicate with. I really appreciated the photos/videos he sent of my dog playing and resting to help me feel more at ease. I would highly recommend James to friends and anyone else looking for a trustworthy dog sitter. Penny will see you guys soon! Thanks again for a great experience.”

“Christine went above and beyond my expectations by taking outstanding care of Lulu. Her apartment is tailored to a dog's comfort, and her dogs are very friendly and welcoming. Christine is a professional, and cares so much about dogs, in general. She is very tuned in with the needs of the dogs in her care. I had all day access through frequent photo updates. Lulu is very sensitive, and typically doesn't eat when we leave, but she ate her full dinner and laid down for a nap. I would highly recommend Christine to watch any dog. She is a gem!”

I have 3 rabbits that I change out their hay, feed at 7 am and 7pm sharp, make toys for mental stimulation, and keep them entertained with supervised free roam time. My 5 cats follow a similar schedule with scooping their litter daily, feeding them home cooked meals and playing with them using several different cat toys to keep them entertained. Finally, I have cared for countess patients each with gentle love and care to ensure their experience at the vet is the least intimidating it can be.

I have worked and lived with all sizes and sorts of canines. I love dogs and am willing to accommodate whatever your dog needs! I am currently studying Zoology at UCSB and love to work with animals! Depending on your dog’s needs, I will adapt to whatever needs to be done.

About: I’ve always grew up with dogs. My family also has a variety of different breeds which helped me gain experience around different types of dogs. I enjoy training puppies as well! I love to give dogs the best cuddles and pets, oh and of course those belly rubs!!! I am currently a sahm. My kiddos go to school so it’s just me by myself all day until it’s time to pick them up. In the late afternoon I take the kids out to play and then it’s time to get ready for bed. I have a fenced balcony that has a couch of pet would like to hangout outside for some fresh air. I also have a trail to walk when going for walks. I always make sure they have food and water when needed and make sure they get lots of loving while in my care!
About: Hi there! I have 6+ years of experience caring for dogs of all breeds and ages, providing walking, feeding, bathing, and more. My home is extremely pet-friendly as I have a 6 year mini doodle (Benzi!) that loves to socialize with other pets (if yours permits). He has a slight favoritism for dogs bigger than him but he welcomes all friends. I've had Benzi since 2020 and trained him myself as we were locked in quarantine together. Make a circle with your arms and say "Circus!" to Benzi, and he'll jump through your hoop hands (it's his party trick). I've cared for my friends and family's dogs (and one cat) as they were on long periods of break or holidays. He is up-to-date on all vaccines including Canine Covid and Canine Influenza. I walk Benzi twice a day, in the morning from 8-9:30am to the evening 7pm - 8:30pm. I take him out to pee/poo additional around 2-3:30p. I feed Benzi after each walk. Since I WFH, during my own breaks, Benzi and I play around and I ensure he gets stimulated and tired from play. If he doesn’t want to play and wants to sleep, I respect that. Benzi meets other dogs in the neighborhood and plays with them, as well as greeting neighbors. I ensure that the home I own is pet-friendly. Everything is non-toxic for animals — plants, cleaners, etc. I do not have a yard or a fence, but I live on the third floor of a gated community that is extremely animal friendly and has other dogs living here.
About: My name is Ji, I have experience training dogs from 7 weeks old to adulthood. Currently I am only very focused in walking your dog! I have taught dogs to sit, stay, lay down, high five, bark, roll over, beg, touch, bite down, play dead, go to your bed, go to your room, hop through my arms, weave figure eight, weave through walking and more! I have potty trained, and lead trained puppies. I do not condone yelling or violence towards any animals. I take care of dogs with love and reward good behavior with treats while training. I am available any day of the week and will respond to you in prompt manner. Your dog will be well taken care of during his or her stay with lots of provided exercise. If you would like to see my dog doing tricks please youtube "Kunkka the pekingese doing tricks" Help me get my steps in by walking your dog! Im looking forward to it. Both me and your dog can benefit from this. :) I would love to develop a long standing trusting relationship with both the owner and pet and can provide pictures or videos of how the walk is going!
About: I grew up around both large and small dogs, taking them for walks and giving them lots of loves. In high-school we transitioned to cats and I eventually got two of my own. Both long and short hair for both animals, so I know the importance of brushing. I work mainly from home full-time. I give myself and pets regular breaks and plays. Other than that, I normally stay at home and know how to occupy myself and pets well. I am a programmer, and therefore, good at following instructions to the letter (x). I also understand the importance of health & safety restrictions and care, as I have been able to identify & get help for health issues for my own fur babies in time. Afterwards, keeping to medicine and routines is vital for the health of any pet. As is maintaining calm in situations.
About: I love dogs and dream about getting my own. I’ve pet-sat for families since I was 10 and grew up with my two Goldendoodles, who I absolutely adore and consider my babies, named Olive and Cedar! I’m comfortable with daily walks, playtime, feeding routines, medications, and making sure pets feel safe, loved, and cared for while their owners are away. I naturally connect with animals and treat every pet like they’re my own. I’m reliable, attentive, and love being active with dogs—whether that’s going on walks, giving them attention, or just making sure they feel comfortable and happy. I currently work 1–2 days per week at the hospital as a pediatric oncology CNA, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to pet care. On my days off, I’m available for dog walks, drop-in visits, and overnight stays. I’m able to be consistent with routines like feeding, walks, and playtime, and I enjoy spending my free time being active and caring for animals. My schedule allows me to be reliable and fully present when I’m caring for pets. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize keeping their routine as consistent and comfortable as possible. I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walk times, medication needs if applicable, and any specific care preferences the owner has. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, playtime, and exercise, especially walks for dogs to help them stay happy and calm while their owners are away. I also focus on creating a safe, clean environment and making sure pets feel secure and not stressed in their owner’s absence.
About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was 13. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to take care of their pets while they are gone. Rover is my job for the summer so my schedule is pretty much open. I might have some trips in the future but nothing as of right now. I’ve grown up with dogs so I know how to take care of them. I have worked with cats before so I know the basics.

“Bernard and Hung Both took very good care of my Belgian Malinois for total of 4 days! She is a very active dog, and requires a lot of attention (which she received). I am very pleased and my baby was happy as well!! Very satisfied, will definitely come back!”

“Second stay for our boy Rip with Sabrina! Consistent updates with great pics! He is so comfortable staying with her in her home that for my partner and I, there’s NO other sitter option for our little buddy. Thanks again Sabrina for the over the top amazing love and care you give to our pup! We went on a cruise and had no reception but also had no worries knowing he was in good hands. Gave us the ability to relax, and Rip seems to have also had his own spectacular mini vacation! Can’t say thank you enough!”

“I have used Rover.com several times with different sitters. Tiffany J. is by FAR THE BEST!!! Her attention to detail, friendly and knowledgeable experience makes her the "GO-TO" sitter! Zefram absolutely enjoyed his time with her and her dog Kona. She sent me many pictures as she took Zefram on regular walks. She kept telling me how Zefram is such a "sweet boy"! I am so grateful for the exceptional care she took of my fur baby while I was on vacation for 4 days. I will use her again for sure...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! **********10 stars**********”

“We left our doggies with Mel for 4 days and he did such a great job with them. He was able to meet their needs and change things around according to their personalities and kept us updated throughout the 4 days. We felt reassured the whole time we were away from the dogs and won’t hesitate to book our dogs with him again. Thanks for your help, Mel!”

“Carolyn and her family took great care of Noelle over the holidays. Noelle stayed with Carolyn for a week and seemed extremely happy. Carolyn was a great communicator and sent frequent photos and updates. Noelle enjoyed walks, toys, and games at Carolyn's home. Carolyn also managed Noelle's medication routine which involved several different pills. Noelle even received a special dog treat package for Christmas! We would definitely send Noelle to stay with Carolyn again in the future.”
