“My wife and I couldn’t have been more pleased with Kristina, who house sat and took tender care of Murray: our energetic, loving, high-anxiety English Springer Spaniel. Kristina watched Murray for six days & five nights (while Fletcher had a different dog-sitting gig). Kristina made sure Murray’s daily routine of exercise, playtime, and being brushed didn’t miss a beat. She also kept his anxiety in check (which isn’t easy!) by being with him as much as she could. We know all that, in part, because when we returned home from our trip, Murray had plenty of licking kisses for Kristina before she left. Kristina also thoughtfully stayed in touch with us during our time away by providing daily updates & pics. She even went above & beyond what would be expected of a house sitter by going into our creepy unfinished basement at one point and climbing on a ladder to shut off a water valve to a leaking outside faucet. We returned to our clean home just as we left it, with the dishwasher run. We will happily use Kristina again (& Fletcher, too, who we met during a meet & greet and is clearly a conscientious dog lover)!”

About: I have been fostering rescue dogs at home for 5+ years and just absolutely love and have such compassion for animals. I have worked with plenty of “difficult cases” and learned how to respond to their cues to best set them up for success. I am professional, and not only have plenty of animal care experience but am also equipped with knowledge from other jobs in retail and child care. I am also a nursing student and know that I’m likely going to need pet sitters/dog walkers for my animals post graduation so I’d love to help someone else now! I am a recent graduate and still have a few months before beginning my new job, so I have an open schedule allowing me to best help you!! I can offer services in home such as feeding, taking them out for walks/bathroom breaks, or just keeping them company!! I cannot offer care in my home at this time.

“Alexander was great with Odie! I felt very at ease traveling knowing Odie was being taken care of. He was very respectful of my house as well.”
