About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, from smaller breeds like dachshunds to larger dogs like Labs, so I’m comfortable caring for dogs of different sizes and personalities. I’ve also dog-sat for family members and a family friend, caring for their dogs while they were away. About: Being a dog owner is one of the most rewarding experiences to me! I enjoy the love, passion, and intelligence they have. I also understand it can be a lot of work especially when life gets busy, or sometimes you just need someone to stop in and check on them while you are out of town. I completed The Ultimate Canine Communication Masterclass by Larry Krohn, and working on a couple other courses with the intention of eventually getting certified in dog training. A lot of what I learned in those courses relate to proper equipment, dog behaviors and body language, communication, and foundation. About: I’ve grown up with dogs. My aunt owns a veterinary clinic that I used to volunteer at. I volunteered at the animal shelter all through college as well. I have a pup of my own but love all animals. I work part-time and have plenty of time to walk your pups and do drop in visits. I love meeting new furry friends and know how important it is to give the best life to our furry animals. I have a dog of my own who loves to sleep on the couch. She is crate trained and can be left alone for hours. I am comfortable with whatever care you want for your furry baby.

About: I've cared for dogs of various breeds, sizes and ages for family, friends, and now people on Rover. I must say, I've met some pretty awesome dogs and people through Rover. I am retired, but clean a couple houses and a furniture store on a part-time basis. The longest I'm away is typically 4 to 5 hours on cleaning days. I don't have a dog of my own at this time. My Ella, sadly crossed the rainbow bridge in December of 2021. Crazy how your life totally changes when they are gone. I miss all my dogs more than anything and will some day have another dog or two. In the meantime, I get my dog fix by taking care of other people's dogs. I will provide exercise and companionship for your dog(s) as if they were my own. I know how hard it is to leave them when you want some time away. I will do my best to keep them on the schedule and routine they are used to.

About: The two loves of my life were my dog, Abby, and my dog Bronx. Abby was a Siberian husky and Bronx a 15” lemon beagle. Bronx was part of my life for 20 years and just recently passed. I honestly can’t imagine a life without animals in it, and one day I wanna be able to reflect back on my life, knowing that I did as much as I could to help as many animals as possible, which is why becoming a part of ROVER is so appealing. I have an incredibly flexible work schedule that will enable me to schedule my work hours around my hours caring for animals. I truly believe that animals are every bit as important as we are, and I think pet owners will be able to rest easy, leaving their pets in my care, knowing that their health and safety will be of the utmost importance to me! I have a two-story condo that they would be able to spend most of their time in with me. I also have a heated garage that I’ve converted into a safe and comfortable area for animals to play in. In addition to that, I live in Woodbury, literally surrounded by parks, full of walking paths that will be ideal for a dogs exercise. One thing I would like pet owners to know is that I’m not doing this for the money, I’m doing this because I’m newly single and alone and can’t think of anybody better to spend my time with than animals in need. I wouldn’t just be some dog watcher, I would be their friend that plays with them and loves being with them.

About: I have spent my whole life with dogs, caring for our family dogs over the years and dog sitting for friends. I enjoy going on long walks and would love to have a buddy join me, big or small. I’m a graduate student and tend to be available either before 9am or after 5pm. I spend a good amount of time working from my apartment but sometimes have to unexpectedly run into the lab. I’m typically more free during the days on the weekend. I live in an apartment, and will not be able to host dogs here. the apartment is dog friendly so there is a chance i could bring a dog over temporarily, but not overnight. (though I wish i could!)
