About: My husband and I have both grown up with pets and have continued caring for animals throughout our adult lives. We have extensive hands-on experience with dogs and cats of all ages and temperaments, and we currently care for a variety of animals in our home, including fish, a bearded dragon, a leopard gecko, a hamster, and hermit crabs. This has given us a strong understanding of different care needs, routines, and behaviors across species. We’re attentive, patient, and comfortable following specific instructions — whether that’s maintaining feeding schedules, administering basic care, or helping pets feel calm and safe in a new environment. We truly treat every pet as if they were our own. Because we work from home, pet care naturally fits into our daily routine. We’re around throughout the day to provide attention, playtime, feeding, and companionship, not just quick check-ins. Our flexible schedule allows us to adapt to each pet’s needs, whether that means extra cuddles, medication reminders, or keeping a consistent routine so pets feel comfortable and secure while their owners are away. We care for pets as if they are part of our own family. In our home, pets have plenty of space to relax and play safely. We live on 10 acres, which allows for supervised outdoor time, walks, and fresh air, and we also have a large outdoor kennel available when appropriate for a pet’s comfort and safety. When caring for pets in a client’s home, we focus on consistency, attentiveness, and respect for each pet’s routine. We follow feeding schedules, exercise needs, medication instructions, and any special requests closely. We make it a priority to be responsive, communicative, and attentive so both pets and owners feel comfortable and confident while they’re away.

About: We’ve owned and cared for dogs and various other animals for most of our lives and have pet sat for neighbors, family, and friends over the years. We have experience with basic obedience and agility training and dogs of all sizes and ages. When it comes to dogs, we’ve owned Cocker Spaniels, English Pointers, and Labs. I work from home with a flexible weekday schedule, and while we have family activities some evenings and weekends, one of us is typically home. We currently own one English Pointer who enjoys having other dogs around. She loves to run and play outdoors and being a couch potato indoors. Our home sits on 5 acres, with plans for a large one acre fenced yard by May 2026. This gives dogs plenty of safe space to explore, play, and burn off energy. With a flexible, work from home schedule, we can easily adapt to your dog’s routine and needs, and your dog will enjoy consistent attention, playtime, and a loving environment. Our home includes four school age children who are always eager to snuggle, play, or help with meals and treats. Your dog won’t just be watched here- they’ll truly become part of our family.

About: Please note*** I cannot board pets where I live, all pet sitting (days and overnight) is done at your residence. Hello! I've had dogs and cats all my life. I am the type to keep my dogs active whether it be playing fetch in the yard or throwing the stick in the lake for them to fetch. I believe in lots of play toys and chewys so they never get bored. I also understand the dog who might be more calm, maybe a little shy and likes time alone, and that is very understandable. I am a retired nurse and know pretty well the signs and symptoms of pain or discomfort. I understand the importance of proper nutrition and availability of fresh water. I lost my 14 yr. old lab to old age 2 years ago, and just recently got a new yellow lab puppy here in March. I really missed having a travel companion! I'm a unique pet/house sitter in that I travel in my beautiful Canadian Roadtrek Campervan and can house "watch" while taking care of your pets. I do not need to stay in your home. Any additional duties other than "watch" your house can be negotiated- like water a few houseplants, etc. I do ask that you provide a household electric (120V) outside plug in. My small RV uses approx. $2-$3 per day of electricity. I love animals. I have a 3 yr. old yellow Labrador myself! I travel often in my RV and we make great travel partners often stopping at dog parks 2-3 times a day on our adventures. Beau would love to have playmates! Currently I am mobile in the Western AZ / Southeastern CA area. I will come to you. I can stay as long as you need for your pet care - up to 2+ weeks if needed. I can only provide mobile pet/house sitting. I am unable to pet sit in the home I live in. I am a recently retired nurse. I am trained not only in human CPR, but I also have dog and cat CPR training. I have given pets medication, induced vomiting -per instructions while on the phone with a vet tech (after dog ate 1 1/2 lbs of bing cherries - pits and all. Happy ending! :). When I go into a home I find myself scanning countertops and floors for potential hazards for pets - things like medications, foods, hot boiling water on stovetop with handles pointing out, etc... I am constantly monitoring for potential dangers. Sometimes things happen though, unfortunately, that can't be avoided and that's when first aid, CPR, poison control line, and Vet info need to all be available and handy. I ask that all instructions be written down and text/emailed to me 24 hours prior. That way if I have any questions, they can be answered before you leave on your relaxing worry-free vacation!

About: I’ve had pets in my life since I was a child. When married and had kids, we’ve always had dogs and have cared for our dogs in every aspect, walking, bathing, grooming, vet care, etc. Currently we don’t have a pet, but our house is a perfect set up to take care of yours. Currently we are retired. We would have plenty of time to go for walks, play and relax. Our dogs in the past have used our very convenient doggy door into a fenced area for potty breaks. Your dog will be treated like one of our own, getting lots of love and attention during the day and can sleep overnight in a doggy bed or crate whichever is preferred.

About: I have loved and cared for animals my whole life and get a deep sense of joy when I am able to care for them! I have been a Certified Veterinary Technician for 15 years which has provided me experience with all kinds of animals with all types of personalities. I have an animal medical background which helps me provide safe and sound handling techniques and animal care skills. I have owned an array of animals: dogs, cats, horses, chickens, ducks, rabbits, rats, and mice. I also have cared for other farm animals such as cows, goats, and sheep. I have fostered puppies through Ruff Start Rescue for 7 years which has given me extensive experience with potty training and leash training. I work at a school which gives me summers and weekends available for animal care. I am often available in the evenings year-round also. I have a quiet neighborhood and a large yard. My dog is young, playful, and very friendly. I am familiar and comfortable with crate training and dog-safe practices within the home. I am aware of pet toxicity and safety concerns with pets.

About: I just recently had to put my 14.5 year old Yorkie Poo to rest. I miss having a buddy at my house but not ready to take on another animal full time yet. I supported my dog through pancreatitis, congestive heart failure and other health considerations. We had him since he was a couple months old until his golden years. I have watched family members, friends, Rover friend's and neighbor’s dogs and always treat them like my own! Additionally, I have stopped into cat owner's homes to check in on them, clean the litter box, feed/water them, and spend time with them! I currently work from home as a Master’s level Social Worker and have very flexible hours. My children are very comfortable and respectful to animals. My children are at school during the day and will be home during the summer months. The pet would be with me with most of the time, outside of errands, etc. *Please reach out in a message regarding availability! My availability changes and I would like to give you the most up to date information! Thank you!* I currently do not have any animals in the house. I can take the dog on walks and out to use the restroom throughout the day as I do not have a fenced in yard. I have a large yard if your dog can be trusted off leash with supervision. I love to have dogs snuggle, so they are just like any other family member, allowed on the furniture. I will be home to either schedule feed, have them graze eat or kennel as requested.

About: I’ve fostered dogs since I was in fourth grade, sometimes multiple at a time. Varying in size and age, sometimes cats as well as dogs. I am currently a junior at UWL and work an on campus job. I am going to school full time and my job does block off some of my time but I am willing to work my schedule around the fur babies. I live in the dorms so I will not be able to take the dogs into my home but I can easily take care of them in your home and easily crate if necessary. They will be provided with plenty of love and attention.
