“Bonnie has been my saving grace this past week. This was my first time away from my kitten Jade and it was tough, but she sent me adorable pictures everyday and took such good care of my baby. I will definitely recommend her to everyone I know, and I will definitely be rebooking with her too.”

“I contacted Emily pretty last minute she was very accommodating and was able to drop in and care for my three monsters. This was my first time using the service so of course I was nervous, she was great really allowed us to relax and enjoy our time knowing our babies were being well cared for. I will definitely use her again and definitely recommend her if you are looking for a reliable sitter. 🐾🐕🦺🦮🐶”

“Relinda did an excellent job watching Harry Pawtter over multiple days! Trustworthy and Responsible are two words that come to mind as Ralinda watched our cat. This was a very unexpected trip due to the death of my Uncle. Ralinda made this trip much easier by taking care of Harry in such a first class way. From pre-booking communications, to an abundance of pictures, and appropriate questions, Ralinda took the concerns about Harry away, and let me concentrate on family. I truly appreciated her professionalism, and would not hesitate to book her again! Thanks so much!”

“Kayla was amazing, she really put me at ease about leaving my pets for the week. She provided updates and pictures with every visit and she even won over my anxious cat who normally hides with new people!”

“Kristina is an amazing and loving pet sitter. She is quick to respond to requests and easily made day before changes to the schedule due to our needs changing. She takes the time to get to know the needs of our pets. Most importantly the pets were happy and clearly well cared for when we got home.”

“Both times Samantha has taken care of our pets, it has been a rather last minute booking. She asks good questions and we get photos from each visit. All has gone smoothly and I appreciate that she was willing to come for an introductory meeting before the first booking. I will definitely hire her again.”

About: I’ve dog sat for friends and fellow cast members for over 20 years! I’m truly devoted and prefer to keep your dog in its familiar surroundings. I’m a full-time Disney cast member that have scheduled Fridays and Saturdays off and would be more than happy to watch your baby over the weekend. I prefer to have the dog in its familiar environment and to have a comprehensive plan feeding, sleeping, emergency veterinarian etc. Comfort is the key word!

“Once again Bradley went above and beyond. We had already booked him for a fun getaway but we had a family emergency instead. He noticed Knox was not eating and was not his normal self. I assumed it was because Knox was anxious because we were running around like crazy trying to pack and get out the door. When I got home I monitored Knox because Bradley was so specific on Knox’s demeanor. He refused all treats which is 100% not him. He even brought different treats over for him to try. I took Knox to the vet today and he has elevated liver enzymes. I honestly don’t know if I would have taken him if Bradley had not given us the proper updates. Knox is now resting and on meds. Bradley, you are amazing and we are so grateful for you!!!!”
“Shawnee was awesome! It’s comforting to know your furbaby is in capable hands, and I never doubted her abilities. Daily pictures provided a great connection with Precious while I was away and assured me I made the right choice in trusting Shawnee with my most treasured little companion.”

“Karla has been absolutely wonderful with Bow & Max! She’s very responsive and has great availability. I know my pups are safe and well taken care of ❤️ They are always happy in the pupdate pictures I get! Thank you Karla! 😃”

If your pet is one to cuddle they will be allowed on beds and couches or if you prefer them to be crated I will follow along with your instructions as well.
“Samara is amazing, and you won't regret booking her. She sent me tons of videos and pictures which made me feel like I wasn't so far away and missing my cat. When I got home, he was happy and well fed. Thanks again for making my long trip less stressful and keeping my little dude taken care of.”

“Shannon is not only a pet sitter. She gets to know you and your pets before even starting!! She became a friend and made me feel so comfortable while I was away!! Thanks Shannon :)”

“Emely was amazing. Constant contact, and sweet photos of our fur babies. She cared for them as we would have, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how well she took care of them and spent the time with them. I will definitely use Emely for future pet sitting!”

“I am beyond grateful & thankful for Lynn. He is amazing with Ziva. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't be able to work. He is so kind & patient. I highly recommend him. Great communicator both on and "off" the clock. So thankful.”

“I had Isabella drop in for a one-day visit for our dog Grady and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! She was prompt, friendly, and took great care of Grady making sure he had food, water, and plenty of attention. We really appreciated the updates and photos she sent, showing that Grady was relaxed and happy. It gave me peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. I’ll definitely reach out again! Highly recommend”

“Stephanie was great and gave us updates for each day we were out of town. She also was willing to stop by to meet our dog first to make sure she was a good fit before we left as our dog doesn’t always do well with new people”

“This was our second time using Isabella as our sitter and of course she over exceeded our expectations! She’s amazing with communication and the way she cared for our dogs she treats them like they’re hers. My dogs love her, we love her! I don’t think Isabella truly understand how much we appreciate being able to go on vacation and not have to worry about our babies, she’s the best!”

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
