About: Hi there! I have been a pet sitter since I was 14, with multi-species experience including: dogs, cats, chickens, hamsters, fish, turtles, and rabbits. I am a life long pet owner as well. I am in my 4th year of studying Animal Behavior, which feeds my interest in enrichment and proper welfare for all animals. I have experience with: • oral medication administration • pets with anxiety • grooming and nail trimming (*depends on your pet's temperament) • enrichment I am available for drop-in visits, walks, or pet-sittings. ***I do not offer boarding due to my own pet for the safety of all pets involved! I'm currently on break for the summer and have full availability during the week to stop in and take your pet for a walk or play session, or house sit for a longer period. I tend to stick to the instructions provided as to keep a normal routine for your pet. For a first time visit, I will get aquainted with your pet and offer a treat if allowed. I will send photos of your pet when I arrive and leave to offer some peace of mind. For walks, I will take your dog on a stroll around the neighborhood so they can let out some energy and use the restroom, followed by a treat after returning home. Drop-ins are similar where the pet will be taken outside for the restroom if needed and have some playtime to let out some energy. For pet sitting jobs, I tend to ask more questions about your pet to get a better understanding of their needs as well as anything else that will need taken care of such as collecting the mail, or watering plants. No matter the species, each visit will include playing, treats, and lots of pets! When entering or leaving your home, I ensure that the key is placed in the correct spot (to prevent lockouts!) after locking to keep your pet and home safe.

HOT WEATHER: for dog-friendly clients, i am able to provide outings to low stress trips to uncrowded, pet-friendly stores/facilities for stimulation and enrichment (including a potty break outside before and after, of course!) i am also happy to walk earlier/later in the day to avoid the heat as well! i also enjoy keeping pets company in home, whether its playing with toys, using lick mats, or just spending some time together! because i work evening and overnight shifts, i have guaranteed availability every morning and midday for your dog’s routine. whether you need a recurring daily walker or a same-day visit because you’re running late, i'm local and ready to jump in! my current job is closing in a few months, so i’ll be even more available for your schedule soon :) in public, i use a short-leash grip, stay hyper-aware of our surroundings without distractions like phones/technology of any kind (aside from photos, of course!), and avoid unknown dogs to keep your pup protected. i pride myself on being a trustworthy, punctual communicator, providing frequent photo updates so you’re always in the loop. i am very confident in my ability to kennel/leash pets & i consider myself well-versed in administering medication. i am keen when reading animal stress signals, ensuring your pet feels safe and understood under my care! as of early may, i am taking dog training certification courses to better my understanding and confidence in dog training :)

About: I am American Red Cross certified for Cat and Dog First Aid. I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs for a little over 10 years, though have grown up with pets in the house for my entire life. I have experience with pets little and big, young and old, as well as a range of personalities and energy levels. I have provided care to dogs belonging to family, friends, neighbors, and even teachers and I have loved each pet as if it were my own. I have experience administering different medications including allergy meds, pills, and joint supplements. I’m currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to care for pets. I am available for walks during the day as well as overnight stays. I do not offer pet care in my home, while I do have pets of my own they do not do well with new animals so in interest of keeping both my pets and yours happy and safe I only offer services through the client’s home. The care I provide for pets inside of the client’s home will be a combination of the instructions provided by the client so that I can provide the pets with their unique routines and my unconditional love and respect for their boundaries and needs. I love taking pets on walks, easing their stress, giving them lots of belly rubs, and making sure they eat all of their food and drink plenty of water!

About: I have hands-on experience caring for family pets, making sure they’re well-fed, bathed, exercised, played with, and given plenty of love and attention. I’ve also owned and personally trained my own dog, which is where my training experience comes from. While I wouldn’t consider myself a professional dog trainer, I’m comfortable reinforcing basic commands such as sit, stay, lie down, no, and off. Additionally, I’ve worked in a doggy daycare facility, where I monitored dogs and their behaviors, helped maintain a safe and fun environment, and responded quickly to any issues by assessing situations and working with staff to ensure every dog’s safety and well-being. I work Monday - Thursday from 6:30am - 2pm and Sunday 8:30am - 3pm I am able to provide constant updates and plenty of photos throughout your pet’s stay during my days off as-well as on the days that I work. I’ll follow all requested feeding schedules, take your loved one on walks, and make full use of the fenced dog park at my apartment. I’m dedicated to making sure your pet stays active, happy, and surrounded by love and attention while you’re away! Although I live in an apartment, your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being are always my top priority. My living space is open and uncluttered, giving pets plenty of room to relax. They’re welcome to use their own beds and toys or any toys I provide. Pets are always closely supervised, including during visits to my apartment’s dog park. For added safety, the kitchen will be gated off, and bathrooms and my main bedroom.
