About: I am currently a Second Year Veterinary Student at N.C. State CVM and an employee at Animal Emergency Hospital & Urgent Care! I have 10+ years of experience with a variety of different species ( dogs, cats, rabbits, turtles, ferrets, bearded dragons, tortoises, snakes, cows, horses, goats, sheep, pigs, and chickens). With that said, I have experience providing ear, eye, skin, oral, and SQ medications, assisting in post operative care/critical care, providing medicated baths/non-medicated baths, helping our older friends walk and go to the bathroom, taking dogs on walks and to the dog park, and aiding in training routines/commands. Additionally my goal, is for you to feel comfortable in knowing your pet/home is well taken care of. I love to send text/picture updates, and I do not mind watering plants and bringing in the mail. I currently work one-two days a week on the weekends (I make my own schedule so if you book ahead we shouldn’t interfere) and I am in class 8-5pm M-F for class. I have time to take pets on walks before class/work, during my lunch break at noon-1pm, and after work or class. I work as a overnight pet sitter periodically where I stay over ones house and follow a list of instructions provided by thee owner, having time to take out the pet in the morning, again ( if a dog(s)) around 12-1pm. As class begins again at 1:10pm. I additionally can take pets on walks after school, as instructed or requested by the owner. If it is a cat(s), I get everything set before I leave the home and make it back at night. About: I love animals but most of dogs because they keep me in a good mood. I make sure that dogs eat , get the right exercise, and got to the bathroom on time. I also own a dog of my own back my hometown. And we have a great relationship! I know what she wants just by her body language and her speaking to me lol kind of cute. Dogs are like humans. I love to play with dogs. Dogs give me a since of joy and calmness because I know when they are taken care of they trust me. I make sure that dogs retrieve the right nutrients that they will need as requested by the dogs owner. Dogs are my best friends. Safe!
About: I'm very good with all animals, I think it's because they can sense I care, or it could be because I spoil them who knows lol. All my pets are healthy and happy. Everyone and every pet that comes into my care is always treated like they are family. I will always follow the wishes of every pet owner because you know what's best for your fur baby. I will work with each client to figure out the best and safest way to care for there pet while making sure my pets are safe. If I am going to a clients home I will make sure to follow any directions given. The only thing I can't move around is I take a friend to work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 4 am and pick her up at 1pm but I'm available before, in-between, and after those times. I usually don't work on Sundays, it's our family day but if I'm needed I might be able to work something out. I follow any rules and directions given. I always do at least one meet and greet at your home so your pet will know I'm a friend and will trust me enough to take care of them and hopefully play with.

About: Does your dog like nature walks or is it more of a structured walk play type of animal? I can provide both. We can take long walks outdoors or we can find an area that is more city like and spend some time walking around. I have over 20 years experience caring for dogs. I do not have a preference on the type of dog as I have owned from toy to giant and can handle them without any problems.
