About: Hi, I’m Bernadette! If your pet needs a hangout sesh, I’m available for walks and drop-in visits! Aside from being a part time dog walker and lifetime pet owner, I am also a trusted pet sitter for a variety of animals for family, friends, colleagues, and Rover users. My love for animals has put me on a path of fostering and volunteering at animal shelters. I look forward to meeting and caring for your pet(s)! I am working remotely as a freelance graphic designer, which allows me to be flexible and available for dog walking and drop-in services on most days. If given an early notice, I am typically available every weekday from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m., but I am always willing to negotiate different times or extended stays if needed. I will respect your pet’s boundaries, behaviors, and environment to ensure they feel as safe and comfortable as possible. About: I have cared for all kinds of animals my whole life. From farm to family and friends'. Strays somehow always find me in my neighborhood. I am so passionate about creatures that I volunteer at the SPCA as a socializer in my free time. I have also cared for elderly & sick animals. Spending time with pets is one of my greatest joys! My schedule is very flexible, allowing me to travel to visits in the area multiple times a day/week as needed. I am centrally located in Midtown. Although your bond with your pet is one of a kind, my goal is to give your pet the same fun, comforting, and safe time as they would have with you. This includes learning their and your preferences for feeding schedules, walking habits (i.e. reactive to other dogs or humans? prefers to poop on dirt rather than grass?), home and public safety of your animal, doing my best to keep toxic and/or forbidden foods out of reach (plants, shoes, charging cables etc), and keeping any door-dashers where they should be. I have experience administering medications to cats and dogs, and in cats, injecting fluids. I respect your home and your privacy. Working with integrity and keeping your trust is very important to me!

About: I've been around dogs since I was a young buck. In my early college days I thought it would be a good idea to get a King German Shepard. Haycaramba! I learned the art of taking care of a beast. I currently take care of a few dogs on the regular and I'm looking to expand. Is taking care of your pooch my next adventure? I'm a professional photographer with a flexible schedule. I'm free as long as I don't have a shoot. I wake with the birds and I love to be active. If I'm in somebody else's home it's all about respect and integrity. In the winter I work at Sugar Bowl in Village Services. I'm their Lead Steward, I help take care of 140 homes. When I'm with dogs I vibrate with joy, I add respect and most dogs are obedient naturally. Dogs are pros at reading energy.

About: Hi there! I'm a lifelong dog lover with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I've owned four dogs, both large and small breeds, and have a deep understanding of their unique needs. One of my dogs had a seizure disorder, so I’m very comfortable administering medications multiple times a day and responding calmly and confidently to medical emergencies like grand mal seizures. I also groom my own long-haired small dog and have experience with breeds that require regular grooming and extra TLC. I volunteered at the ASPCA, where I completed their dog socialization training. This taught me a lot about canine behavior, safety, and how to build trust with dogs of all backgrounds. I walked and socialized dogs at the center, and it was one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done.
