About: Hi! I'm Ilaria, originally from Italy and recently moved to Fort Lauderdale with a regular working visa. I'm currently in maternity leave and focused on take care of my family, which gives me the time and flexibility to look after not just my own dog, but also other four-legged friends. I've always grown up surrounded by animals. Over the years, I've had two Dobermans, two French Bulldogs, two cats, a hamster, and several tortoises. I now live with Watson, my friendly and social French Bulldog, who loves meeting new people and pets. I’m responsible, caring, and genuinely passionate about animals. I understand their needs and enjoy spending quality time with them—whether it’s going for walks, playing, or simply offering cuddles and company. Your pet will be in loving and experienced hands with me! Please note: due to my husband’s allergy, I’m unfortunately unable to care for cats. Thank you for your understanding. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I offer pet sitting at my home every day of the week, including weekends. Your pet will never be alone: my husband Gabriele, who will take care of your pet with me, works from home. One of us is always around to provide company and care. We have a designated dog area in our residential complex, which makes potty breaks and playtime easy and convenient. The neighborhood is also ideal for walks—it's very green, quiet, and shaded by trees, making strolls comfortable even on warmer days.

About: I’ve always been an animal lover. I raised two dogs from puppyhood. Lucy lived to 18, and my current pup, Porscha, is now 14. I also have a 15 year old cat, AppleJack, I’ve had since she was a kitten. So I know what it’s like to care for pets at every stage of life, from playful zoomies to slower senior strolls. I started pet sitting because I wasn’t looking to commit to another full time pet, but I still wanted to spend my days caring for animals and helping fellow pet parents. Whether it’s a quick walk, overnight stay, or just some company while you’re away, I’m here to give your pet the love and attention they deserve. I work fully remote, and so does my husband, which gives us the flexibility to provide consistent, attentive care throughout the day. Whether your pet needs a morning walk, a midday check-in, or some evening cuddles, we’re usually home and available to help. Being remote means your pet won’t be left alone for long periods, and we can easily adjust to their routine. Weekdays, weekends, we’re here to keep tails wagging and whiskers happy. Whether your pet is staying with me or I’m visiting them in your home, their safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I treat every pet like they’re my own, with patience, love, and respect for their routine. At home, I create a calm, pet-friendly environment with cozy spaces, a clean setting, and plenty of playtime. My husband and I both work remotely, so someone’s almost always home for companionship and supervision. In your home, I’m mindful of your space and your pet’s habits. I follow instructions closely, whether that’s meal times, meds, or favorite toys, and I always keep things tidy and secure. You’ll get regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your fur baby is in caring, capable hands.

Between the long drive here from Chicago and the different settings on the way our somewhat clingy dog was even more clingy and nervous than usual. She was at our side constantly, but we needed to find a sitter for a few hours/days to allow us to golf, fish, etc. without the dog at our side. Tho we were nervous about leaving Bella with a stranger in a new place, it all worked out beautifully. Jody's house was well set up for pets and her own dogs were very friendly. Jody was very welcoming and calmed our fears. When we returned, we half expected to see our dog acting anxious, but she was just as calm and happy as if she had spent the day with us.
