“I’m so grateful for the amazing care kat gave my dog! It’s incredibly hard to find someone in Florida who is truly trustworthy, and you exceeded all my expectations. Knowing my pup was safe, happy, and loved while I was away gave me complete peace of mind. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter. Thank you so much!”

About: Hi! I'm Ilaria, originally from Italy and recently moved to Fort Lauderdale with a regular working visa. I'm currently in maternity leave and focused on take care of my family, which gives me the time and flexibility to look after not just my own dog, but also other four-legged friends. I've always grown up surrounded by animals. Over the years, I've had two Dobermans, two French Bulldogs, two cats, a hamster, and several tortoises. I now live with Watson, my friendly and social French Bulldog, who loves meeting new people and pets. I’m responsible, caring, and genuinely passionate about animals. I understand their needs and enjoy spending quality time with them—whether it’s going for walks, playing, or simply offering cuddles and company. Your pet will be in loving and experienced hands with me! Please note: due to my husband’s allergy, I’m unfortunately unable to care for cats. Thank you for your understanding. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I offer pet sitting at my home every day of the week, including weekends. Your pet will never be alone: my husband Gabriele, who will take care of your pet with me, works from home. One of us is always around to provide company and care. We have a designated dog area in our residential complex, which makes potty breaks and playtime easy and convenient. The neighborhood is also ideal for walks—it's very green, quiet, and shaded by trees, making strolls comfortable even on warmer days.

About: I grew up in an animal loving household. I have had dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, and ferrets. Raised my girl from 8 weeks old and she’ll be turning 9 yrs this year. I was also a foster mom for my local shelter where I provided a safe place for over 15 dogs, puppies, kittens, and cats I work from home, so I can provide multiple walks a day for dogs as well as provide a watchful eye while boarding your baby. My dog is my baby, so the couch and bed is her lounge place. I have a spare bedroom that will be a perfect getaway for your baby. Providing them with their own safe place.
“When I picked up my dog, he looked genuinely happy and comfortable. It was clear he was well cared for and enjoyed his stay. I really appreciate the great care, and I’ll definitely be leaving him more often in the future!”
About: Welcome! My passion for animals began at a very young age. Growing up in a household where I was not allowed to have pets of my own led me down a path of caring for others! I started off providing free pet care services to my neighbors, offering free walks and free in home pet sitting services while my neighbors were away from home. Over the years, I’ve volunteered at animal shelters and pursued animal care careers to feed my loving passion for animals. I have extensive experience with dogs, cats, birds, bunnies, genuine pigs and reptilians. From setting my alarm every 2-4 hours to potty train puppies, administering medications, or caring for senior pets, I tailor expertise to each client’s unique needs. I deeply value the relationships built between my clients as well as their companions. Ultimately, I know that choosing me to be your companion's best friend means that I become an integral part of the family. I have maintained long term clientele and have been with some companions up until their last breath. I am there through the good, the challenging and the exciting times. In my home and yours, your pets are treated like family. I offer a range of services, and cater to last-minute bookings and long-term stays. I’m excited to meet your companion(s) to see how I can best provide peace of mind for you while you are away! Get $20 off of your first booking! https://www.rover.com/sit/imanif26137 I work remotely full-time (Mon-Fri), with a flexible schedule for each service I offer. Since I can take my work anywhere, caring for your pets in your home is no problem! Full-Time Daycare/Boarding Schedule: Mon-Sun: Drop off from 9:00am to 12:00pm (contact me for other times). I provide personalized care tailored to your pet's needs, whether in my home or yours. In both settings, pets enjoy playtime, provided meals, and plenty of attention. My goal is to maintain their routine and ensure they feel comfortable and happy. Your pet's well-being is my top priority!
“Ted was so great! He accommodated my special needs dogs last minute and was super communicative the whole time. He sent lots of pics/vids and updated me on how they were doing. Definitely going to be using him in the future!!!”

“Gheraldine is very sweet! She was attentive in understanding Bruno’s needs for the day, and when I received my card at the end of the day, my dog was well looked after. Thank you!!”

About: I've been looking after dogs and cats for almost everyone I know since I was twelve and I've wanted to be a veterinarian since I was very young. Currently, I'm saving for vet school, but before finding Rover I worked in veterinary offices and boarding kennels where I was responsible for everything from filing medical records and booking appointments to group enrichment and food and medication administration (including subcutaneous fluids). I have also trained dogs professionally (mostly puppies, but some older dogs as well) and fostered for the county shelter. These experiences have made me comfortable with medical and behavioral challenges with animals of any size and I am confident in my ability to care for your fur babies as well as I do mine. Lastly, dietary restrictions excluded of course, don't forget the treats and toys! I am very big on enrichment and positive reinforcement and I'm yet to meet an animal who didn't want a little spoiling. I'm excited to meet you and your pets and hope to foster a long and trusting relationship with both. I am home almost every day that I am not out on Rover jobs. This allows me the flexibility to work with multiple pet families and meet everyone's needs. As all pets are different, I am happy to discuss care plans with pet parents to make sure I can provide what is both needed and wanted, but my schedule is flexible enough to accommodate the vast majority of requests. I do request at least 4 hours notice (including service confirmation) for walks, 2 days notice for drop ins, and a week's notice for house sitting. This is to ensure that I can meet the needs of all clients adequately as well as schedule my non-pet care obligations appropriately. If you are in need of services on shorter notice than the above, I will do my best to accomodate but services will be subject to a 40% upcharge as a rush fee. I am active on Rover throughout the day from about 9am to 8pm (unless I am actively with client animals in which case I remain accessible to said client minus times I am indisposed). I am happy to walk/drop-in on pets several times a day. Administering food and medication during these times is something I am completely comfortable with as I do so for my own animals regularly. Scooping litter boxes is also well within my wheelhouse (though my cat is particularly picky and has a self-scooping one for his comfort). I am used to active/playful dogs and cats as I have one of each myself and I am happy to take some long walks and/or get a good play session going depending on what is most appropriate for the animals in my care. With permission (and the appropriate safety gear) I am also happy to take dogs to their local dog park for socialization and peer play.
About: Have grown up with dogs my entire life and absolutely love them! Even though I have always been a dog person, I now currently have two kitties. Love all creatures and their unique personalities. Also have experience with rescue dogs, dogs with behavioral issues, and dogs with medical issues that require special assistance. Currently, I work remotely from my home and am somewhat flexible. I am able to pop out in the day to complete a visit if necessary. I live in an apartment, so may not be ideal for larger dogs. I do have a grassy area outside and my building is very pet friendly.
“We are beyond grateful for the wonderful care and love you showed our two dogs today! Your kindness, patience, and genuine affection made such a positive difference, and it truly put our minds at ease knowing they were in such capable and loving hands. Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure they felt happy and comfortable. We appreciate you so much and feel lucky to have found such a fantastic dog sitter!”

“We traveled with our dog to Fl for a work/vacation trip. While in Ft Lauderdale we knew we needed a day sitter for Mr Charlie whom is diabetic and blind. Cherie was very attentive to his needs and took extra care with Charlie. We felt very comfortable leaving him with her. He had two consecutive day visits and each time was happy when we arrived to him up. As a rover sitter myself I felt that Cherie took care of him as we would And was attentive to our special needs guy. If we find ourselves in her area again we would not hesitate to rebook with Cherie”

“We just had our first daycare session with Matt and Molly and we are beyond pleased! We are so happy to have found them! Our Flynn had the time of his life and literally made us drag him out of there when it was time to go! He then cried in the car while looking out the window at their house! We appreciated their communication, and update photos! We can’t wait to use them again!”

About: I love being outdoors so your dog can go on lots of runs, walks, and hikes if that’s what they’d like (I’ll be sure to ask.) I’ve been a professional pet sitter for 10 years so I have the experience, but most importantly, the love to care for your precious pup or kitty! I have dog sat for several years, both overnight and just daily visits; feeding, playing, and going on runs with them. I currently don’t have any pets and I’ve missed the company, so this amazing service is perfect and gives me the opportunity to spend time with lots of adorable pets. I’ll be sure to take ether best care and give them all the attention they deserve while they’re away from their awesome owner :) Working mainly from home allows me to keep a flexible schedule that includes plenty of quality time caring for any pet. It’s a balance that keeps both of us happy and adds a little extra joy and routine to my workday. ☀️ I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I stick to their routines, pay attention to little details, and keep things calm and easygoing so they feel right at home—even when their people are away.
“I wanted to thank you for the wonderful care you gave my dog during daycare. It gave me such peace of mind knowing my dog was safe, happy, and well cared for while I was away. Your kindness, patience, and attention to detail were truly appreciated.”

I’m so grateful for the amazing care kat gave my dog! It’s incredibly hard to find someone in Florida who is truly trustworthy, and you exceeded all my expectations. Lexington was an absolutely amazing pet sitter for my dog Jr., and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She took Jr. on regular walks and spent plenty of time playing with him at the dog park, which he clearly loved. It was obvious that Lexington genuinely cared about Jr.’s happiness and well-being. Most importantly, Lexington made Jr. feel safe, comfortable, and loved while I was away. I would highly recommend Lexington to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter!

We left our dog with Charisse, and she took amazing care of our puppy. She responded quickly to every message, kept us updated throughout the day, and made sure he was comfortable and happy. We felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands. Highly recommend!

Albie had a wonderful two days with Fiona. We'd just arrived in USA after emigrating and needed a dog sitter who would be able to give Albie the attention he needed and deal with his high energy, Fiona was excellent and Albie was dragging me into her house on the 2nd day! xx
