About: I was raised around dogs since childhood, and have always been involved with animal rescue since I had my own place. We have dogs and cats of our own, and they enjoy having fluffy friends to play with as much as we do! I’m currently available during the day full time, and only work part-time at night. So there’s a lot of availability for either dog walks, emergency boarding needs, or doggy daycare options. We have a fenced in yard out back, and crate-and-rotate when needed. I am experienced in handling all behaviors of dogs, from the fearful/shy to the escape artist.

About: As a long time user of Rover services for my own pets, I understand the importance of finding a sitter you trust! Thank you for considering me. I’ve been professionally caring for other peoples pets off and on for years. Totaling a little over 10 years. My experience ranges from traditional homes with cats and dogs, to small farms with chickens and goats, to the more exotic birds and ferrets. I always request a meet and greet with my clients before hand so they can introduce me to their pet and walk through their care. I want you to be happy and worry free! For walking or visits in your home, I am comfortable with a hidden key or if you use a smart lock to remotely unlock. I am also familiar with Ring and other security systems so if you’d prefer to give me a guest code I can disarm the system. My schedule does vary a lot week to week, and even seasonally. Best to just ask me how things are currently. Some of my most loyal clients are nurses and really appreciate my flexibility. I only offer drop in visits. I do not offer boarding, house sitting, or daycare. Flexible work schedule, but this is a second job for me. Advance notice is preferable so I can accommodate your schedule and mine as well. My visit cards are always very detailed. They include multiple photos of course, but they go beyond that to include stories of our adventure of the day - from chasing lizards, to playing fetch, or sometimes just snuggling during an afternoon storm. You’ll feel like you’re at home reading about their day.

I spent 4.5 years working as a Veterinary Assistant, later became a Zookeeper, and graduated from the University of South Florida with my Bachelor’s in Integrative Animal Biology. I’ve worked with everything from tiny bottle babies to 150 lb senior dogs, and I love giving each pet the gentle, individualized care they need. I’m currently a stay-at-home mom to a sweet baby, two cats, and a small senior dog, so I have a very flexible schedule for walks, drop-ins, and house sitting. Occasionally, I may need to bring my baby with me, so I do ask that your pets are kid-friendly. (She will remain in her car seat/stroller for visits, and she is too young to interact with any animals). Your pet’s safety and comfort will always come first, and you’ll get clear updates, photos, and communication every step of the way. Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I’m a stay-at-home mom with a very flexible schedule. I’m home most days, so I’m able to plan walks, drop-ins, and house-sitting visits around my day. Caring for animals has always been part of my lifestyle, so it blends seamlessly into my daily routine. I treat every pet’s home like their safe space. When I’m caring for your animals, I stick to their normal routines.. meals, litter cleaning, playtime, snuggles (if they like them!), and any medications they need. I keep everything tidy, make sure your pet feels secure, and give lots of reassurance and affection. I also send updates and photos so you feel connected while you’re away. Since I’m not taking boarding pets right now, all care is done in your home where your pet feels most comfortable. About: Hello! I’m Erin, a full-time high school teacher and pet-sitter on the side. I’m an animal lover and I have been pet sitting for 10+ years. I have a ton of experience caring for a variety of dog breeds and cats, as well as a few smaller animals (rabbits, hamsters, birds, and fish). I’m calm, caring, and patient, with a soft spot for senior animals. I’ve had a great deal of experience caring for my own senior pets (both dogs and cats). I’ve provided care for animals with diapers, medication, and mild mobility issues. I’m also experienced in caring for diabetic cats and administering insulin, as I’ve helped two of my rescues go into remission. I strive to provide the best care possible for pets, and peace of mind for their owners! Please be aware that starting August 25th, I will be at work from 7:35 am-3:05 pm. I’m currently a full time as a high school teacher, so from 7:35-3:05 on week days, I’m usually at work. If I am pet sitting during the week, I head straight to the pets at the end of the work day. On weekends, I am able to dedicate most, if not all, of the day to spending time with your pets. This is also the case over the summer. I provide pet care in client’s homes, per the directions provided by the clients. About: As a fur mom i know its hard to leave your pup. For the past 5 years, I’ve cared for my dog, Mary Jane, who has been my sweetest teacher in understanding dog behavior, routines, and communication. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on creating a safe, calm, and familiar environment for them. I follow your routines exactly as you outline them — from feeding instructions to walk times to any training cues your dog is used to. I keep doors and gates secured, monitor their body language closely, and make sure they always have fresh water and a comfortable space to relax. Trust is extremely important to me, so I communicate clearly, send updates/photos, and treat your home with the same respect and care I treat your pet.

We have a 4lb chihuahua, an 8lb chihuahua, a cockatiel and a parakeet. I am home full time and can give your pets the care and love needed. We live in Satterfield in Felton Delaware . Willing to work with whatever your needs to make you and your dog or cat feel safe and comfortable. Your pet must be up to date on vaccines and housebroken. I welcome puppies who are still in training. I require a meet and greet before booking. I want you and I to both feel comfortable about caring for your pet. My husband works locally and is home very often. All pets are closely watched and cared for. They are never left alone for longer than 2-3 hours. They are only outside supervised in a fenced in yard.
