Pet lover since I was little, I have cared for cats, dogs, reptiles, aquariums, rodents, and insects. Previous work in a veterinary clinic with experience dispensing and administering medication to cats and dogs. I've moved internationally with my own cat, and am experienced with working with animals through this stressful process. I am a runner and am happy to take dogs out on runs too! I am also an experienced houseplant enthusiast and can provide plant care during house-sitting as well. My husband Austen has undergone the background check from Rover, but is out of state and not helping out with care at this time. I am a student and part-time worker with a fairly flexible schedule! I am happy to provide frequent check-ins on both weekends and weekdays. I am happy to stay in your home as requested and as fits my schedule. I am dedicated to following your instructions exactly! About: I have been around dogs of all kinds since the age of 5 years old. I have volunteered numerous times at local animal shelters, so I am very familiar with all different types of dogs and their behaviors. I also currently work at my local vet as a boarder for dogs and cats. I am currently in school, but I am able pretty much anytime throughout the day to take care of your fur babies! I am available on weekends as well. I would be happy to hangout with your pup outside if you have a fence or take them on a long walk to get some exercise around the neighborhood.

About: I've always had at least one dog and one cat at all times. I currently have 2 dogs right now. I have experienced in giving pill and liquid meds to dogs. My one dog would always have to be given meds with something while my other one too with ease. I've had to help wrap my sister's dogs legs with her and by myself. My personal dog currently are a 1 year old 70 lbs lab mix (male) and a 95 lbs mastiff mix (male). My sister's dog is a 50 lbs boxer mix (female). My first dog was a 95 lbs rhodesian ridge back who died of sickness at age 13. And my second dog was a 95 lbs staffordshire terrier great dane mix who passed from cancer at age 9. And I've worked with dogs at under one but over 7 months. And I've worked with seniors. Nothing grosses me out in the sense of bodily fluids I can do all the normal. I currently have no job I'm a full time college student with some extra time on my hands. I'm looking to be able to help others and maybe have some fun with some pets. I can easily crate you dog or take them on a long walk. If your animal need meds as long as I know of them I can give it to them easily (ex. liquid or pill) unless I don't know how to ( ex. shots) then I will ask if you'd like to. If they need meds or food to be given a specific way like peanut butter with the pill or has a release command to get food. I'm willing to walk through the whole house as long as doors are unlocked and check for if they made a mess either vomit or poop or pee and pick it up. Blood does not gross me out and I'm willing to do anything for their safety.

About: I love that my career gives me the flexibility to help other pet owners feel at peace that their animal is taken care of while they are away. "Happy to help" is something I frequently say and being able to get in my daily steps with your pets is just an added bonus. I have plenty of time for walks or checking in on your animals. My career gives me the opportunity to have a very flexible schedule to help other pet owners with dog walks or check-ins. Responsibility is key. I understand that it is important to keep your animal safe and healthy by making sure that on walks we are avoiding other dogs, just in case, safely secured on the leash, not walking on hot pavement and plenty of water on hot days out.
