About: Animals have been a central part of my life for more than 30 years. I have extensive experience caring for dogs, cats, and horses, and I am a Certified Animal Cruelty Investigator through my previous professional work. I also spent over 10 years involved in animal rescue, where I gained invaluable hands-on experience caring for animals with a wide variety of needs, temperaments, and backgrounds. Now retired and home full-time, I have the flexibility to provide attentive, reliable, and loving care for your pets. I understand that pets are cherished family members, and I treat every animal in my care with the same kindness, patience, and respect that I would want for my own. Whether your pet needs companionship, exercise, special attention, or simply a caring presence while you're away, you can feel confident knowing they are in experienced and compassionate hands. I look forward to meeting you and your beloved pets and providing them with exceptional care and attention. I am retired. Home most of the time. I have a super flexible schedule. I am an outdoor person. I love taking the pups for a walk to the river. I like to have a good routine with my pets. In the summer we get up early to go for a walk before the sun get's too warm. I have a nice fenced yard with shade. We can spend plenty outside. If I am at your home, I will follow your detailed schedule.

With my senior dog, I provided loving care and support as his mobility changed. I am currently minoring in companion animal science, with the intent to become a physical therapist for animals. I am currently a full-time student at NMSU as well as a part-time employee at NMSU. My availability will vary depending on the semester. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have questions about the hours I am available. I can provide potty breaks throughout the day, afternoon walks, kennel them if needed, house sitting, and provide picture updates if you are missing your fur babies.

About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was 11 years old and have experience with pets of all ages, from newborn puppies to senior dogs. I’ve assisted with whelping litters, ensuring each puppy gained weight appropriately, met all nutritional requirements, and received attentive care during their earliest stages of life. I also helped with early potty training, socialization, and sensory enrichment to support healthy development. In addition, I have experience caring for elderly pets by providing gentle, patient care, administering medications when needed, monitoring their comfort, and adapting to their changing needs. I treat every animal as if they were my own and pride myself on providing reliable, compassionate, and attentive care. I am a stay at home dog and cat mom so I’m available any time and any day to look after your fur babies when needed. I am more comfortable with taking care of your fur babies from your home just because I do have a senior Great Dane who is not the friendliest toward other doggies.
About: I provide an safe haven for all my fury and non-fury friends. I provide an clean safe space and make sure all is provided for all my fury friends. One of my first job was house-sitting and taking care of necessities around the house as well as the owner's pets. I not only clean and help around the house but I also make sure the dogs are fed, getting in their exercise and etc. I also take them on walks and make sure they are comfortable with me first, because dogs can sense if people are actually decent and kind beings. I have always been around animals my entire life and would not mind getting a little dirty and fun with them. It's no fun when your always clean at least for a dog's point of view. Loll

About: Caring for dogs has always been second nature to me since I've grown up with them my whole life. I’ve raised multiple pups from their first tail wags to their golden years, and I currently share my life with two of my own. This isn’t just a job for me — it’s a genuine passion. Every dog I care for is treated like family, receiving the same personalized love, patience, and attention I give my own. What truly sets me apart is my intuitive approach to each dog’s personality and needs. Whether it’s helping a nervous pup feel safe, engaging an energetic dog with play and structure, or providing extra comfort and gentle care to seniors, I adapt with heart and experience. Your pet’s happiness and well-being are always my top priority — and you can rest easy knowing they’re in loving, capable hands. Right now, I have a flexible schedule since I am in medical school and can study at home, which gives me the perfect opportunity to dedicate my time to your pet. Being around pets brings me joy, and it’s incredibly fulfilling to provide them with the love, attention, and care they deserve. In my home, your dog will be welcomed into a safe, loving, and well-managed environment. I live in an house with two friendly dogs — one small and one medium-sized — who love to socialize and play. I always do a slow, supervised introduction to make sure everyone feels comfortable. I also have crates and indoor fencing available to provide space or separation if needed, so your pup’s safety and comfort are always a priority. I’m also flexible and happy to care for pets in their own homes. Some dogs feel most at ease in their familiar space, and I do everything I can to keep their routine consistent — from feeding schedules to playtime and snuggles. Whether I’m hosting or visiting, I treat every dog with the same level of love, attention, and respect I give my own.
About: I’ve had dogs all of my life, different breeds and sizes, I’ve helped with birth of puppies, nurture sick ones too. I am a dog adoption advocate. I will provide for the needs and safety of your pets per client requirement with much love and kindness. Having a play time is also a must. 😊

About: I grew up with cats and various small pets and always house-sat for my neighbors and family. I've given medication before and am comfortable with timid animals. I've always volunteered at local animal shelters and cannot get enough animal time! I work from home 6am-3pm, but I am able to work from anywhere as long as there's wifi. I can make drop-ins during my lunch and use the afternoon to hang out for longer periods. I have two large dogs that are timid, so I understand how to introduce myself to a nervous pup. I don't mind cleaning up litter boxes or critter cages and am comfortable giving medications.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking.
