“Megan is an amazing dog sitter. My dogs receive so much attention during their stay, with plenty of playtime, walks, and cuddles. It’s clear they are well cared for and genuinely loved while they’re there. Megan and her children are incredibly kind, and my dogs absolutely love spending time with them. I always feel at ease knowing my dogs are in such a warm and caring environment. Highly recommend.”

“Finding Sarah has been very lucky for us and for our dog, Winnie. We spend time here to get out of the northern winter where we live. Knowing Winnie was loved and well cared for with Sarah gave us more freedom to explore and enjoy the area. We plan to be back again and enjoy Sarah’s dog care again. 😊”

“Caitlin did an amazing job caring for my pups. She provided consistent photos and videos of my babies having fun on her land getting along with her pups too. I will definitely have my pups stay with Caitlin again with 100% trust that she will care for them as if they were her own.”

“Did a great job with my boy over the weekend. He can be shy with new people and quickly warmed up at Guillermo’s home. They sent pictures everyday of all the fun he was having. Very reassuring to know he was in good hands while I was out of town.”

About: Animals have been a central part of my life for more than 30 years. I have extensive experience caring for dogs, cats, and horses, and I am a Certified Animal Cruelty Investigator through my previous professional work. I also spent over 10 years involved in animal rescue, where I gained invaluable hands-on experience caring for animals with a wide variety of needs, temperaments, and backgrounds. Now retired and home full-time, I have the flexibility to provide attentive, reliable, and loving care for your pets. I understand that pets are cherished family members, and I treat every animal in my care with the same kindness, patience, and respect that I would want for my own. Whether your pet needs companionship, exercise, special attention, or simply a caring presence while you're away, you can feel confident knowing they are in experienced and compassionate hands. I look forward to meeting you and your beloved pets and providing them with exceptional care and attention. I am retired. Home most of the time. I have a super flexible schedule. I am an outdoor person. I love taking the pups for a walk to the river. I like to have a good routine with my pets. In the summer we get up early to go for a walk before the sun get's too warm. I have a nice fenced yard with shade. We can spend plenty outside. If I am at your home, I will follow your detailed schedule.

“Amazing! We ended up having to stay out of town an extra day and Anna was very accommodating. Our dogs had a good time and came home very tired! Highly recommend.”

“I appreciate that Alejandra was available and willing to take care of my baby for a whole week with just a one week notice. She is personable and flexible, making the intro visit a breeze. She knows how to handle meds, which is a big deal for me since my baby needs different meds twice daily. She seems to love and pamper doggies- my baby was barking at me from Alejandra's bed when I went to pick her up.... TRAICIONERA! I would definitely use Alejandra again if available.”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the deep respect, love, and attention I give every animal in my care. I truly believe animals show us how to love, live in the moment, and connect with the world around us. Because of that, I see caring for pets as more than a job — it’s a responsibility I take seriously and a relationship I genuinely value. My dedication to their care, comfort, and protection makes me a strong advocate for their joy and safety. I pay close attention to each pet’s personality, routine, and emotional needs so they feel secure, understood, and loved while their owners are away. I have experience caring for pets of all ages and temperaments, including energetic young pets who need patience, consistency, and exercise, as well as senior pets who benefit from gentleness, extra monitoring, slower walks, medication support, and calm companionship. Whether a pet wants to play, cuddle, explore, or simply rest quietly nearby, I adapt to what makes them happiest and most comfortable. My goal is always to create a peaceful, loving environment where pets are treated like family and owners feel complete peace of mind. Every day starts with pets first. The morning begins with fresh water, a snack if needed, and then straight outside to the fenced backyard for a potty break. For dogs, the next part of the routine is one of my favorites — a 3–4 mile walk to help them get exercise, stimulation, and a happy start to their day. After the walk, we settle in for breakfast if that’s part of their routine. Because I’m home throughout the day, pets are never left without attention for long. While I’m cleaning, kitchen prepping, or working around the house, I take frequent breaks for cuddles, playtime, and backyard visits. Whether it’s dogs or cats, I make sure every pet gets regular affection, attention, and companionship throughout the day. I truly enjoy creating a calm, loving environment where pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for like family. I care with attention, intention and detail. I check in often and spend time just sitting with and talking to. I give So much LOVE.
“Here’s a cleaner, grammatically improved version while keeping your tone: Jennifer was excellent at taking care of my dog. I was in town to attend a concert, and at the last minute she was able to take care of my dog for the night. She responded quickly and provided constant updates. It definitely gave me peace of mind that my dog was in good hands!”

“Keziah took such good care of our 5 month old mini aussiedoodle puppy for a week. It was the first time we had left her, so it was nerve racking, but Keziah sent daily texts and photos which greatly relieved our minds. She is very friendly and kept our puppy on a great schedule. We would definitely book her in the future, should we need to leave our furbaby.”

“Luisa is simply A M A Z I N G! I hence peace of mind when my Bruno is with her. If he runs out of food, Luisa has no problem getting it for him. On Brunos birthday we were out of town and she made it a point to get him a doggie cake and sing Happy Birthday to him. I highly recommend her. She is the BEST!”

About: Going to college to become a Veterinarian to run my own clinic. Studying Animal Sciences and Rangelands. Have always owned Dogs or pets. Believes animals are better than being around people. I am home 24/7! I love being around my dog and my family! I love taking them on walks or to dog parks and giving them treats! Enclosed fence, our dog loves all other dogs, can give care attention and time need. Will offer treats willingly. We know the neighbors and our safe neighborhood!
About: I grew up on a farm just outside of hutch, so we had a large variety of animals, including but not limited to cats, dogs, and even a tortise at one point! I’d love to help meet all your needs and your animals needs in anyway possible! I recently moved to new mexico, but i am at home all day everyday! I am currently a travel nurse, but I am home a lot with my schedule, so my 5 cats and 1 dog, all are fully vaccinated get a lot of one on one time. But I love taking care of animals so that’s why I’m doing this. It fits really well into my ever changing routine. I currently live in a 56 foot Sanibel camper, but it is a pet friendly camper. My 5 cats Jezabell, Bogey, Penner, Don Julio, and Eve are very friendly and easy to get along with. They have free range food, as i tried to limit it and it just wasn’t working for them so Im trying this and it seems to work very well for them. They also have whatever they could ever want in water and toys, and I clean their litter boxes at least once a day to make them happier :) Ripley goes on walks morning and night, and is out of her kennel all day with me most days. But she is crate trained and very respectful but also playful!
“Murissa took care of our Bella for a week. She provided pictures and videos daily. We will book with her next time we need someone to watch our fur baby. We highly recommend her to anyone considering leaving their fur baby with someone.”

“My little kitty loved Kellie, which is a win! Kellie was great. She watched my cat for two weeks and made sure her water and food were filled. She also made sure the litter was cleaned every other day, which is more than what I usually do. She also watered my plants and took the trash out for me! My little fur baby definitely got some loving while I was away.”

“Fantastic. Can't say enough about her handling of what we thought was an unusual situation. An obviously pre-owned cat took up residence on our screen porch and while eager to be fed, was really craving attention. A mellow, neutered, ear-tipped critter looking for lap time couldn't be turned out even though we were leaving on a family trip. Blayne fed, watered and spent time with Felix, (yeah, we named him) while we were gone. Blayne will be seeing Felix again.”
“Fabulous!!!! Amy and Eli go way beyond the call of duty! Such heart in their intention. And their energy to make my two cats feel loved is Amazing! I’m so moved, delighted and relieved I have finally found care takers with heart and fabulous professionalism!!!!”

“Janet was amazing. She did twice-daily drop-in visits and made sure my cat got her medication and supplements at the right times. More than that, though, she was great with with my cat, figured out her habits, and accommodated her whims. I was gone for ten days, and they developed their own routine. Janet sent lots of photos, so I knew my cat was doing well. I highly recommend her and will have her look after Tacy again in the future.”

My goal is always to make pets feel comfortable and cared for while giving owners peace of mind knowing their pets are in compassionate and capable hands.
“Tommie was great! She was very easy to arrange a meeting time with. I was very happy with her because she actually spent the time with my cats instead of just scooping the litter and leaving. She played with them, put on the kitty TV for them, and sent me loads of pictures. She put me at ease when I was away from my babies for several days.”

“My little dog,Joy, stayed for daycare with Sarah for the first time a few days ago. Finding Sarah was such a blessing! Joy, who is very afraid of change and strangers, was so happy when I picked her up at the end of the day. She had played with the other little dogs and cuddled with Sarah. Sarah is very caring and knowledgeable about the needs of dogs. I am so grateful and look forward to entrusting Hoy lto Sarah‘s care in the future for sure!”

She is kind and was fully tuned in to the dogs. Sent me photos shortly after I left showing the dogs settled in. The dogs were clearly comfortable and not stressed at all when I picked them up. “We couldn’t be happier with Diana’s care of our 1-year old Golden Retriever, Rajah. She was attentive, caring, knowledgeable and very communicative, giving us updates often several times per day, along with photos. She kept him engaged and playing either with her doggie toys at her home or out in her fenced in yard. She also made trips to the local dog park where Rajah could play to his hearts content! About: Hey pet owners! As someone who has never experienced life without a furry family member, I know just how much each and every one of you care for and love your pets. I grew up with a Dalmatian, he was in my life from birth until I was 11. During some of that time my family and I had seven cats - our two adoptive cats had 5 kittens - as well as an array of birds and fish. I now have my own pup and three cats so plenty of experience and would of course treat your pet as if it was my own. At the moment my schedule is very open. I do my best to adhere to my personal rule of not to leave the pets I care for for more than 4 hours at a time when in my care. If in my home, I do not leave the pets alone with mine until they have been supervised for a significant amount of time and have shown me that they get along. I also have two roommates, and I can almost guarantee that there will be someone home at nearly all times. In a clients home I try to make the environment and activities as normal for them as I can. But if you believe that when I’m with them it should be a treat for them I’m happy to take them on exciting new walks, check out new parks (for dogs) and spend time playing with them and giving them all of my attention.

“I couldn’t have asked for a better dog walker! She took good care of my dog and was great with communication and sending me videos of my baby!! Definitely will be booking again!”

“Jasmine was amazing with my two golden retrievers and their walks! One of my goldens is super stubborn and she was very patient and gentle with her. That same golden has hip dysplasia and she worked with me to get her comfortable on her walks. So glad I found her. Definitely booking again! ?”

About: My whole life I've been surrounded by pets. I was born into a house with a bird and 2 dogs, but once I turned 5 I had convinced my mother to bring home a cat from the grocery store after absolutely falling in love. Years down the line I moved and eventually had 4 dogs that I walked, played with, fed, bathed and mostly took care of myself. With time I moved in with my brother to help him take care of his house with 11 guinea pigs, 3 cats, and a leopard gecko! Once I turned 18 I was finally able to adopt my own cat, and since then I have adopted another one and who brings me so much joy. I love all animals and will take care of yours like my own! I am free everyday, weekdays and weekends! I am willing to change my schedule around to fit your needs as Rover is my main focus at the moment! Safety is always my number one priority. I do my best to keep my eyes on pets at all times to make sure they're not doing something they're not supposed to or getting into things they aren't supposed to. For walks I will never just lazily hold onto the leash, instead I'll be prepared like they can run off in any second. When I feed pets I watch them to make sure they don't eat too fast and throw up, and try to encourage them to drink water as well as check to see if they need to go to the bathroom when they're done. If I'm watching a pet and they show any sign of distress it's of immediate concern to me and I will be contacting the parents, as well as a vet if needed. If you entrust me to take care of your pet I will ensure they receive the best care possible until their favorite people get home! :)
“Jessica was fantastic—super responsive and communicated clearly throughout. Our dogs loved their morning walks while we were away, and we’ll absolutely reach out to her again for future trips.”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my attention to detail, reliability, and genuine love for animals at every stage of life. I don’t just “watch” pets — I care for them as if they were my own. I understand that each animal has a unique personality, routine, and comfort level, and I take the time to learn what makes them feel safe and happy. I have experience working with both young and senior pets. With puppies and young dogs, I am patient and consistent with basic training reinforcement, including potty routines, leash manners, and positive behavior habits. I know how important structure is during those early months, and I make sure to maintain the routine you’ve established. For senior pets, I provide gentle, attentive care and closely monitor mobility, medication schedules, and comfort needs. I understand that older animals often need extra patience, slower walks, and more frequent check-ins, and I’m comfortable administering oral medications if needed.
About: I have been dog and cat walking and sitting since the age of 11. Sometimes as my full time job and sometimes as a way to make some extra cash. I absolutely love all fur babies of every size, breed, and age! I am not assuaged by the more aggressive and/or larger dog breeds. I have experience caring for pitbulls, boxers, huskies, golden retrievers, labradors, collies, and hounds, as well as various smaller breeds. I have pet sat for both dogs and cats from ages 2-months to super seniors! I love them all! I am not currently a pet mom to any cats or dogs, but I have been in the past and my partner and I are the pet parents to a feisty bearded dragon, one adorable turtle, two silly toads, one lazy pac-man frog, one chill beta fish, and a tank of four high-energy salt-water fish! 😊 We recently laid to rest Pixie our hamster, Lucy our ferret, and Anthony our saltwater eel. Lucy and Anthony were in our lives for 7+ years 😢 I will treat all of your fur babies like they are my own! I originally signed up on Rover as a way to make ends meet while putting myself through Nursing school; and although I have since accepted a job as a full-time nurse, I decided to continue Rover on the side. I also regularly volunteer at Memorial Medical Center as an Auxillain. Aside from these two commitments my schedule is pretty open. I unlisted myself from house sitting; however, I may be able to house sit for you in 3 to 4-day stretches, so if this is all you need please reach out to me. Unfortunately, I cannot house any pets in my home either overnight or during the day due to restrictions set forth by my apartment complex; however, I am free to pet sit overnight or during the day in your home (in 3 to 4-day stretches). I have found this is normally less jarring for your fur babies anyway. I am also free to dog/cat walk either on a regular basis or sporadically. The needs of your pet will be taken into account on an individual basis. If you have a question about my experience or ability to perform a specific aspect of your pets care, please just ask. *I am willing to negotiate rates*
About: I’ve been a lifelong dog-lover who hasn’t had the chance until now to pursue my dream of working with dogs full-time! My love for dogs has always been a big part of my life. In college, I worked for an animal boarding and daycare facility, I’ve frequently dog sat for friends and family, I worked with a nonprofit who trains therapy and medical dogs in college, and I had a sweet Brittany Spaniel growing up and have been living life with my hound dog Maci for the last 11 years. I’m excited to see how I can be of help with your pets! I am currently free and flexible to care for your pet anytime of the week! I am available for boarding periodically throughout the week and weekends. I prefer to care for pets in their known environment, but I do have a fenced yard and am able to crate a dog if needed
“Allison is sweet and very kind. We felt comfortable with her and her communications. She followed our instructions for our dog (considerations for the heat, misting her down, checking her food and water, where to take her) and we know Gypsy was well taken care of. Recommend her and we'll book her again when we're back in the area.”

Now, I have no pets of my own, but I love and cherish being able to shower other people’s pets with love and attention! My work schedule is one week on, one week off, and I travel during work days, so I am only able to care for pets on my off days. About: Hi, I’m a graduate college student at NMSU ! Majoring in environmental science hence the headline, therefore I love nature. I have been around dogs since the age of 6. My first dog was a Rottweiler and I loved him with all my heart until he passed of old age. Now I have 2 Havanesse, small and energetic and I love it. Dogs are a mans best friends and I can be your pets friend too!! Your dog and I will go to the park and play all day or just have a peaceful stroll. And if we have a sit-in the stomach rub will be endless along with some fun (no messing up the house of course;) ). I’m currently back home from college with one more year left. So I have a pretty lenient job and will be able to adjust often. I prioritize the safety and well-being of pets by adhering to any specific care instructions provided by clients. This includes maintaining a clean and pet-friendly environment, following dietary guidelines, providing regular exercise and playtime, and ensuring constant supervision to prevent any accidents or mishaps.
About: I absolutely love dogs and come from a family of dog lovers. For almost 40 years, I’ve adopted, rescued, and cared for dogs since I was a little girl. I’ve worked at the Humane Society as an adoption counselor, and I’ve babysat countless dogs for friends and family — caring for everything from energetic puppies to senior dogs with medical needs. My home is designed with dogs in mind. I have a very large, secure yard built so my dogs can’t get out and nothing else can get in. Inside, animals are treated like people — as part of the family. My own dog loves to nap in the sun and find cozy spots in every room, and your pup will feel just as welcome. I offer boarding, daycare, walks, hiking, and grooming add-ons like brushing and baths. You’ll receive daily photo updates, and I always follow feeding, medication, and routine instructions exactly. As an educator by trade and a compassionate individual, I bring patience, attentiveness, and a true passion for animals to every interaction. Whether your dog needs playful enrichment, gentle senior care, or just a safe, loving place to stay, I’d be honored to be their trusted sitter. I work full-time from home, so I’m here throughout the day and night to care for your pup. My large, secure backyard is always open, giving dogs the freedom to come and go as they please. Access to the backyard is available all day for the dogs and they can freely go in and out as needed. I have a safe and secure home where dogs are allowed on the furniture and in every room of the house. I do not smoke or do any drugs and will ensure the safety, love, and care of your dogs. My home is a quiet, calm, and serene environment.
About: Dogs are better than most people! What sets me apart is my ability to connect with pets quickly and make them feel safe. I’m patient with animals who need time to warm up. I understand that every dog has their own unique personality that deserves routine and connection that makes them feel right at home, even when you’re away. I have experience administering oral and topical medications, keeping up with special diets, and following detailed care instructions to the letter. I have specific experience with dogs that have CHF as well as dogs with liver disease and cancer. I’m a current volunteer and foster with Action Programs for Animals, though I have taken a break from fostering to focus on offering boarding and pet sitting services. I have no small children and work from home, so my flexible schedule allows me to offer walks, drop-ins, or overnight stays at times that work best for you and your pet. I’m big on communication- I send photo and video updates so you’ll always know how your furry friend is doing. My goal is for you to have complete peace of mind while your pet gets all the love, attention, and care they deserve. If boarding your pet, my home is fenced and in a low-traffic and quiet neighborhood. When caring for pets in their own home, I keep their routine as close to normal as possible with same feeding times, same favorite spots, same walks or play sessions they love. I will treat your home with the utmost respect.
About: I have experience with large and small animals including dogs, cats, lizards and livestock. I understand that not all pets are the same, and each deserves an individualized approach. I work from home and have the freedom to set my own schedule. As long as I have access to the internet, I can work from anywhere. I believe in safety first and will keep your pets entertained in your yard or leashed when outside of your pets private space. I will keep your pets schedule as close to normal as possible, as consistency is important for feeding and comfort.

It’s clear they are well cared for and genuinely loved while they’re there. Megan and her children are incredibly kind, and my dogs absolutely love spending time with them.

About: I do really well with pets, If ever I'm at a gathering and there's pets around, I'm usually with them instead of talking to humans. i am very extremely available basically everyday of the week. Heck, you can call me in the middle of the night when you're hungover at a friend's house and I'll watch your pet pets need love like everything does. I am very calm with animals. I tend to get close to them with a soft voice, never rough house or pet wildly to bother them. They respond very well to a calm demeanor
