I spent five years as a trusted sitter in Portland, OR and nearly three years living in Bali, where I continued caring for animals and fostering strays in need. About: I've had the privilege of caring for dogs for over a decade. I have experience administering medication, walking, cleaning and playing with puppies and middle age dogs. I am a full time artist with quite an open and flexible schedule. I am available during the day during the week and flexible during weekends. I love playing and spending time with my own cat, catering to her needs and spending time together. I have no issue crating other's dogs if asked.

About: Besides my experience with my own pets I began volunteering at the Oregon Humane Society at 17. After that I went on to dog sit for various different families part time for around 3 years. I have a big window of availability currently. I’m going back to school in the fall, but until then I am just working part time. I work for my grandpa, so my schedule is super flexible! When I dog sit in the clients home I will follow your instructional list for feeding/walks/ activities/ grooming ect. I have car so I can take your pup to nearby parks/ dog parks if you would like, or just for a classic stroll around your neighborhood if you prefer. For clients that would prefer I take car if you dog in my home I have a fenced in back yard and live near several park so we can go on several adventures. Or just chill at home if you have a senior/ more low energy dog. My only deal breaker is that your dog isn’t reactive towards cats.

About: While growing up I have always had a dog in the home. I’m a huge dog lover and don’t know what I would do if I did not have a dog in my life. I remember when my parents let me chose our next dog when I was young. I chose a sheltie and named him Arrow. The reason for the name Arrow was when I went to pick him up I noticed in his fur on the back of his head was an arrow. I loved taking care of Arrow and we had a special bond! I loved taking him on walks and he loved chasing me around the house. When I turned 15 I started to take care of one of my neighbors cats and fish when they went on vacations. After completing one summer, I started taking care of their cats and fish for the next eight years before I moved out. Once the rest of my neighbors found out I was known in the neighborhood for taking care of my neighbors dogs and cats when they were on vacations! I have also taken care of many of my coworkers cats and dogs as well. So rest assured your pet will be in good hands while you are on vacation. It will be one less stress to worry about. I currently work full time, however work three 12 hours shifts. I’m currently off Friday-Monday. So I’m available for the weekends, so perfect for anyone wanting to do a weekend getaway! I do work graveyard so I’m available anytime after 2pm on Fridays. However, if you need to drop of earlier just communicate so I can plan ahead. My girlfriend and I live in a townhouse. I don’t have a fenced backyard. However, have a small backyard that is used for potty breaks. It does have a small area of grass turf (fake grass). The good news we live in Fairview in the Fairview Terrace community. We have a very large area for dogs. So your dog will have lots of playtime in the grassy area. Also, the neighborhood is perfect for walking your dog as well. The community is fenced and a gated community as well. Our community is very dog friendly and many pet owners. We also have a micro mini Golden doodle. So your dog will have a playmate as well. We can also send photos of your pet to you while on vacation to help with the separation. I know when I go on vacation I have a hard time leaving my fur baby behind. For me, getting photos of my fur baby made the vacation a little easier!

About: Hello, I’ve always grown up around animals. From farm animals to bunnies and birds. I first started dogsitting with rescue dogs. My first being a fear aggressive rescue. From there, I built my client list with people who have rescue animals and Nextdoor. I currently help watch rescued cats, dogs, horses, sheep and goats and a bird from time to time. I myself have an abuse case rescue Belgian Mallnois. Animals are a part of who I am, and I take care of all of them as if they’re my own :) I currently work part time, and the work is fairly flexible. I am often in vancouver, Washougal, Hazel dell and camas. I have reliable transportation and can be flexible with helping around my work I live on five acres , lots of land that’s fenced for your pup, I like taking them to places for them to run around, plus I own a 30-50 foot leash so if your pup has room to run but is safe to come back. I really believe in mind stimulation to help get their energy out too, mind games/walks really helps. A tired dog is a happy dog 😊

About: I grew up raising my two dogs, Nike and Sparky, since they were babies. Nike is a dachshund and Sparky is a little chunky chihuahua. They are both 11 years old. I also babysit my friend’s frenchie, Appa, when they go out of town. I currently work full-time, and am free in the evenings. I am also free during the weekends. I am pretty active and love to go on hikes and runs. I am a super outdoorsy person but can also be a couch potato. Although I don’t have a yard, I live in a super pet friendly neighborhood. About: Ive taken care of friends, family and neighbors pets since I was a young child. I’ve worked with animals in multiple different environments and I can administer medication as well as provide a bath using my pet grooming station.
