Dog Boarding in Dixon

“Sherry and her husband Larry boarded my 2 dogs, Louie & Joey for 4 nights. This was my first Rover experience and it was very positive. Sherry responded quickly and offered to have my dogs over for a meet and greet, which we accepted, we met Sherry at her home, her two dogs were there as well and she let my dogs, Louie and Joey get familiar with their home and backyard. Sherry was very easy to communicate with, via the Rover app and I received 2 picture updates of my fur babies while I was away. I really enjoyed the fact that they are retired and home most of the day to care for all the dogs they are boarding. When I dropped off my dogs there were 5 other small dogs already there. They have a good system of getting dogs in and out of the house without causing too much excitement for the other pups. Louie & Joey will be staying here again in the future.”

About: I have had pets since I was 9 years old. All of my animals were rescues, and I had the responsibility of bottle feeding the kittens we had rescued. I have experience with with pet sitting, dogs, cats, and reptiles. I love my animals like they are my children, so I am happy to provide a safe loving space for yours! I suffer from chronic illness that keeps me from having a routine job. I’m home full time, and have the whole day to spend walking, and providing love for your animals. I have a big backyard with fencing to ensure your pup can play, and doesn’t get out. I also have a cage if you pet requires one. I have two dogs of my own, who loves to play with other pups; and will gladly keep your pup accompanied!

“My Dog stayed with Rico for 7 days at his house. I give him 5 stars plus! He is so responsible, flexible and friendly. He sent daily pics and notes. He came to my house twice before my trip so that Gravy would know him. He also met me at a local park with his 2 dogs so they could meet on neutral ground. Rico is very calm with dogs and I felt safe leaving Gravy with him. Will recommend him to my friends on Rover.”

Natasha is warm and extremely responsive: she sent regular updates and pictures of my dog so I always knew my pup was doing well and could rest easy during my vacation. Natasha was so kind and thoughtful, and I especially loved getting pics of my dog snuggled up with her looking happy and well-loved! Natasha's home is also beautiful and spacious with a great fenced in yard--perfect for dogs that love to be outside! 12/10 experience--thank you Natasha!”

About: Hi! I've taken care od dogs since I was 9 years old. I treat dogs as my own kids. We are a family living in Davis and enjoy long walks on the green belt with our furry friends. I will follow all your special requests and send you updates and pictures. I can't wait to meet your dog! I currently work part time from home and have plenty of time to spend with the dogs. I am very responsible and guarantee your pet will be in great hands :) I do live in a house with have a secure fenced yard. My dog is a friendly boy but I am able to separate them in case of problems. I don't use cages if you do not ask for it. My experience administering medication I can administer oral medication. I can also administer medication as per your i structions.

“Carla was amazing. Had a last minute wedding to attend-and did not worry at all. Carla updated us and made sure our pup felt the love. Good at communication, updates and following instructions with pup. Our dog is not leashed trained and her space allowed him to relax for a overnight trip with a fenced in patio! Def be back!”

“Ricquel is amazing! Tiller loves to go hang out with her, her daughter, and her two dogs Ellie and Teddy. She sends updates through out the day and you can tell he is relaxed and having a blast! She makes sure she adjust for our needs, but she does so well she doesn’t need to change anything. We are both firefighters and are gone 1-2 days a week and he can feel at home when he is with them as well! Hoping to continue working with her as long as we can. Highly recommend!”
