About: Hey there! I am a graduate student studying education, and I’m currently working for the local school system and in the process to become a full time teacher. I grew up with and around all types of animals my entire life. I am in tune to learning their personalities and what they each need and like to make them the happiest they can be! I no longer have pets (due to old age), but for many years I had two bengal cats who needed lots of attention and activity. Chloe is the kitty in the car photo with me. :) I am experienced around elderly cats and dogs, and frequently have delivered mediation to both dogs and cats of all ages. I am very active and outdoorsy, so active pets who need a lot of exercise are no problem. I also have experience around other animal breeds. I lived with family who owned large and small birds, horses, and chickens. And I grew up owning various reptiles. My schedule follows Frederick County Public School’s schedule. I work from 7am - 2:30pm weekdays. And I am off from work (other than teacher work days) on the same schedule students are off. I will take careful attention to the specific needs of your pet and their preferences and routine. This will vary depending on the pet and the owners preferences! My animals at home have a set schedule for feeding and daily walks and play! They sleep with me and do homework with me from school.

About: I've cared for dogs big and small for about 8 years. Neighbors and friends have relied on me to walk, feed and stay overnight with their pets. I have experience with epileptic dogs, senior dogs, medication, active supervision, etc. I'm currently seeking new opportunities and now have a free schedule, so I am now available on Monday through Friday, at 9am-5pm for drop ins. I can stop by for 30-60 minutes to refill water, let out dogs, scoop litter or give medicine at any exact time. I can also easily kennel if needed.

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have also worked as a dog walker, so I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all ages, personalities, and energy levels. I’ve cared for Labs for years and have experience with walks, runs, senior dogs, administering medication, and keeping pets on their normal routines. I love getting to know each dog and making sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I work remotely, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to be home throughout the day. Pet care fits naturally into my routine. I’m able to work around walks, drop-ins, feedings, and playtime while still keeping up with my work. I also have two cats of my own, so caring for pets is already a big part of my everyday life. I’m happy to build visits around each pet’s routine and give them the attention they need while their owners are away. I’m respectful of both your home and your pet’s routine. I’ll always take the time to understand your instructions, ask questions if anything is unclear, and make sure I have any additional information I need before you leave. I’ll follow your pet’s normal schedule as closely as possible and treat your home with the same care and respect I would my own.

About: Hi! I’m Genevieve! I’ve spent my entire life caring for animals and have been pet sitting and dog walking for about 13 years. Larger dogs are definitely my specialty, but I grew up with small dogs as well and am comfortable with all breeds, sizes, and personalities. I have extensive experience with rescue dogs, high energy breeds, and dogs with behavioral or special needs. I adopted my own pit bull from a euthanasia list and have spent years working through reactivity and behavioral challenges with her, which has given me a strong understanding of canine body language, patience, and maintaining consistent training routines. I’ve also worked with groups of dogs in shelter and pack environments, including living and working at a remote animal shelter in Greece. I’ve had five cats of my own throughout my life, so I’m comfortable caring for cats as well. About: I grew up with dogs, hamsters and fish so have experience since childhood taking care of pets. More recently I have my own cat and have helped friend/ family take care of their cats, dogs and guinea pigs while away. My full time job is a teacher. I am available after 4pm on weekdays. About: I have had several pets through my life and all have had different personalities. Adapting to them to make them comfortable is important. I also have helped family take care of their new puppies. I’m very comfortable and understanding when dealing with puppies. Currently I can do any time! I am able to take your pet out as many times as they needed during the morning/afternoon/night. I live in a house with a huge yard for pets to go to the bathroom, play, etc. Just down the street is a dog park that I love to go to! For over nights - I allow the dogs to sleep in my room so they don’t get lonely. I have food/water bowls and a dog bed (fits medium breeds), however, if your dog likes their own things then please feel free to bring them 😊
