About: Hi, my name is Elle and I moved here to Biloxi last May. I have one dog named Jasper. He may have a little underbite that looks threatening, but don’t be fooled, he is the sweetest little cuddle bug around. I love doing outdoor activities. I take Jasper hiking, alongside me on bike rides, runs, beaches, and walks. We haven’t braved the kayak or paddle board yet but once he’s more comfy in the water—it’s game on. Although I do enjoy a lot of outdoor activities, I also like to have a good book and curl up with Jasper on my couch to get some relaxation in. If there’s anything else you would like to know, feel free to message me and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible! I work 8-4 during the week, but am home throughout the evenings and mostly all day during the weekend. I walk Jasper each morning and can easily add another doggo or two to get in some exercise before the day starts. We play fetch in the afternoon for a short while—the heat index is killer, so we only do it a small amount of time. Caring for a pet(s) is engrained in my everyday routine. I don’t plan anything without a thought of how to take care of Jasper and any other babies I might have at the time. Jasper is my first baby, yours will be no different. They are allowed on the furniture and beds. They can free roam (as long as that’s their usual routine and they aren’t destructive).

About: I have always had pets of my own my entire life. I am also the go to dog walker, kitty sitter, and fish feeder in my neighborhood. With my medical skills ( with specific instruction from you) I can administer pills and medications as needed. I am highly responsible and will treat your fur babies with much love and follow your routines to keep them happy. I am happy to take them for many walks and play as much ball as they would like:) As a homeowner and pet owner myself. I can appreciate also that leaving your pets in the care of a stranger can be nerve wracking. I will treat your home and pets with the same care and respect I give mine. Since I’m retired, I have the flexibility and availability to give your pets the attention, companionship, and care they deserve throughout the day. Whether your dog loves playtime, walks, cuddles or simply having someone nearby. I will make sure they feel comfortable and cared for as if they were my own. Your pup will be treated like family in my home. I have a large fenced-in yard for safe playtime, they are welcome to my entire home—no being confined to a kennel unless that’s what they are used to and prefer. They will always be treated like one of my own 🐾 ❤️

I am currently a professional dog trainer who works from my home and I have a very flexible and open schedule to fit your pet needs! I will be extra attentive to your pet(s) and take care of them as if they were my own babies. Safety will always come first.
“Kristin was amazing! She kept our dogs for our wedding and it was so nice to not have to worry about them being taken care of! She took them swimming and on walks and gave them lots of love! Thank you Kristin!”

About: I've had pets all my life and currently take care of one large dog, 3 small dogs, 1 mini dog, and 5 cats. All the babies are fed every morning and given fresh full water bowls. The 3 small dogs are yard babies so they stay out all day if the weather permits and come inside at night to sleep. My partners large dog is inside but will go out to potty, and out mini is inside and pad trained. 4 of our cats have a few auto litterboxes and a designated room they sleep in at night with plenty of cat towers in it for them. 1 of the kitties currently stay in my room with a normal litterbox because she is newer to the house. I know most people will hear this and think the house and yard must be filthy with all these pets but rest assure our house and yard are clean. Even though I've never sat fur babies before, I feel I have enough experience with my own babies throughout the years to consider myself experienced. I currently do not work and take online college. I stay home all day with the only exceptions being, appointments, date days, or trips to the store. All of our babies sleep inside at night and are not left out after dark. They are all fed in the morning and given fresh water bowl. They get baths about once a week or every other depending. I do groom our mini Malshi, but I don't think I would trust myself to cut someone else's dogs hair. I don't mind bathing dogs or cats though. with having 5 and 5 I'm pretty use to it. One of our pups is very old and is blind and almost deaf. He is as happy as a puppy though. He just takes alittle more patience.
“Sarah was great at watching our two dogs over Christmas, even our large one with anxiety. She also didn't have a problem keeping them on such short notice. Definitely recommend.”

“Ladona took great care of Rocky! He was happy and cozy while I was out of town. Her communication was excellent, and she provided lots of updates and pictures. Would absolutely book again!”

“Danielle was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She was timely and frequent in her communication with us and didn't hesitate to help in any way she could. She is a jewel and an absolute Godsend!!”

“I’m so glad that I found Erin. I have a diabetic cat and haven’t been able to find anyone to care for him. Erin was awesome. She sent pictures, texted me after each insulin injection, and put up with my grumpy old cat!! We will definitely use her again!!”
About: My partner and I started our dog sitting and boarding journey out of a deep, lifelong love for animals. Caring for pets has always come naturally to me — I’ve been around and caring for animals of all kinds since I was a child. We’re not just pet sitters; we truly treat every animal like family. When your pet is with us, they’re not just safe — they’re loved, spoiled, and given the kind of attention and care we’d want for our own. You can feel confident knowing your furry friend is in kind, experienced, and devoted hands. My partner and I currently work part time, we have plenty of time for potty breaks, walks, and play time. We are home every weekend and home early afternoons. We’re proud to offer a spacious, secure, and visually enriching environment for your pets to enjoy. Our home sits on 10 acres of cleared land, giving plenty of room for safe exploration, fresh air, and playtime. We do require all pets to be flea-medicated and up to date on vaccines for everyone’s comfort and safety. We share our home with two friendly dogs and two cats, so all visiting pets must be well-socialized and dog/cat friendly. Your pet will be treated like family here, with lots of love, attention, and space to thrive. We’re also happy to provide add-on services like light grooming, cleaning, and nail trimming upon request — just let us know what your pet needs!
“I was a bit anxious at first leaving Bubba with a complete stranger, but Scott was great during our meet and greet with him and I knew they would get along fine and Scott would take good care of him. Scott was conscientious about taking notes on how much to feed and when, potty habits, quirks I thought he needed to know. He provided me pictures everyday and I was pleased to see that Bubba got plenty of exercise while I was gone. I definitely plan to use Scott again. Thanks for a great experience.”

“Pamela goes above and beyond, my pups love her! She has great communication and always keeps us updated through messages and daily photos. We are so grateful for her attentiveness and care and for Pamela being so accommodating for a last minute request. We look forward to our pups next visit with her 🐾”

“Wonderful over all experience! Sierra had excellent communication with me the entire time. She kept me informed on how Max was doing throughout the day and sent lots of pictures.”

About: Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. From growing up with cats and dogs to spending the last four years working with an animal rescue, caring for animals isn’t just something I do, it’s what drives me. I’ve helped care for rescue animals and pets of all personalities and needs. My goal is always the same: to make every animal feel safe, loved, and comfortable while their owner is away. I'm currently working part time. I can be available in the mornings before 8am and most afternoons after 4pm. My working days change, but I am happy to fit what is needed in my schedule. I have a fenced in yard. I do have two friendly dogs whome are kenneled off and on, and 2 cats. I also foster and help care of others animals in their homes and sometimes in mine for periods of time.
“Kadie was such a great sitter!!! She sent me the cutest pics and videos of my dog throughout his stay at her house to show how much fun he was having. She always responded right away if I reached out and was super accommodating when I had to drop him off a night earlier last minute. Will definitely use her again!”

“I was in town and was so glad Hayley was available to watch my two boys. She sends a ton of pictures and updates which gives me peace of mind to know they are being well taken care of. My dogs really enjoy their time with Hayley and love to run around and play in her huge yard. She even baked them dog treat which they love!! My pups are in great hands every time they stay with Hayley.”

“Donna was amazing with my girl. I have an older Shiba and they can be particular little dogs. She kept her entertained and comfortable the entire time. Regular picture updates and a very happy dog when I came home. 10/10”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in MS ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
