About: I have taken care of dogs for about three years now. I have experience walking, feeding, bathing, and teaching basic commands (sit, stay, wait). I also have experience with dogs that have epilepsy and take medications, as the dog that I have has epilepsy and takes medications, so I know how to handle seizures and tremors when they occur. I work Thursday-Saturday 6am6pm and 6am-2pm every other Wednesday! I am free Sunday-Tuesdays and would love to help take care of your pet(s)! I have successfully crate trained my dog within my home and am comfortable crate training when needed, necessary, or asked of me by a client. About: I’ve taken care of pets of all shapes and sizes: fish, chickens, goats, horses, and of course cats and dogs! I started working with dogs and training them when I was 7 years old in county 4-H, and then when I was in high school I assisted with puppies for Guide Dogs for the Blind, where I helped raisers socialize young puppies from 10 weeks to 18 months before they went back for further training. I can visit most homes in Prescott and Prescott Valley during the workday if needed, and have flexibility for other events or longer trips if needed. I make sure to keep as close to the expected routine as possible whenever I pet sit. Everyone likes to know when they have to get up in the morning or when breakfast is coming, and your pets are no different. About: I’ve recently been able to manage 4 dogs who had to be separated by twos in separate rooms. This was probably one of my most difficult tasks to handle, it was 2 frenchies and then my regular dogs I dog sit for. I ran into a few problems, throwing up in the house, not eating, struggling to separate them at times and not being able to get them into their crates. But eventually I was able to manage a certain style to it. So currently I am enrolled fully at Embry Riddle as a freshman. I am also in AFROTC. But I can be flexible with my schedule in mornings, after 9:15. My Thursdays are open because I have no classes. I am not available mid-day throughout the week unless it’s Thursday. Wednesday will probably be a no go, unless it’s in the morning, 9:15-11 or late afternoon, 7-9:30. Weekends just let me know in advanced and we can communicate on that, just so I don’t plan to go anywhere. Since I am in college pets can’t be at my dorm at all. Usually in the clients home it depends on their needs for the pets. Does the pet need walks, do I need to let the dog out to go to the bathroom, is the pet on a specific food schedule/diet, or does the pet just need love when the owner is at work for long periods at a time?
About: I will treat your babies like they were my own. I’ve had many different type of pets throughout my life such as ferrets, bunnies, fish, dogs, cats, snakes and even a bearded dragon. I also graduated with honors from Animal Behavior College with a certificate in Veterinary Assistance. I do work full time and am available most weekends. I have two little boys and a cat currently on the home. Both kids are well versed in showing kindness to any animal. I have a massive fenced in back yard with plenty of room to run and play.
