“Kitty is personable and knowledgeable. She came to visit and meet our boys the week before our trip and she wore her mask and asked intelligent questions that we hadn't even thought of. We'll definitely be requesting Kitty in the future.”

About: I have taken care of dogs for about three years now. I have experience walking, feeding, bathing, and teaching basic commands (sit, stay, wait). I also have experience with dogs that have epilepsy and take medications, as the dog that I have has epilepsy and takes medications, so I know how to handle seizures and tremors when they occur. I work Thursday-Saturday 6am6pm and 6am-2pm every other Wednesday! I am free Sunday-Tuesdays and would love to help take care of your pet(s)! I have successfully crate trained my dog within my home and am comfortable crate training when needed, necessary, or asked of me by a client. I take your fur baby's safety just as seriously as I take my own dog's safety.
About: I really believe that animals are the best because they not only heal, they love unconditionally. I believe they deserve the love and care of the utmost, and I would treat any pet as if they were mine.! I worked at a boarding and training facility for over nine years and in a veterinary clinic for two years. Dogs are my love and my passion.! I am currently retired so I have ample time to be able to take my time with each and every individual pet. It would be a blessing to me to love your pet! I prefer to take care of your pet in your own home where they feel safe and they know their surroundings! I believe that animals need so much love and close attention to every detail.

About: I enjoy house and pet sitting because it combines several things I value: caring for animals, experiencing new communities, and having the flexibility to work remotely while providing a valuable service to homeowners. As I continue building my consulting business, I have the freedom to work from different locations, which makes house sitting a natural fit. Rather than staying in hotels, I enjoy the opportunity to become part of a neighborhood, maintain a comfortable routine, and care for a home as if it were my own. I've always appreciated the companionship that pets provide and understand how important it is for them to maintain their routines while their owners are away. Whether it's walks, playtime, feeding, or simply spending time together, I enjoy making pets feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. I also understand the trust homeowners place in someone who is caring for both their pets and their home. I take that responsibility seriously and pride myself on being dependable, respectful, and attentive to details. For me, house and pet sitting is a win-win arrangement. Homeowners can travel with peace of mind knowing their pets and home are in good hands, and I have the opportunity to help others while experiencing new places in a meaningful and responsible way. I work remotely as a business consultant, and my schedule is quite flexible. I'm typically up around 6am for some exercise and walking, and then start working around 9am. During my morning routine and work, I take care of the pets I'm watching, give them their food, and take them on their walks. I usually do the same around noon, and once again in the late afternoon or early evening. Since I work remote, I can adjust my schedule to the needs of the pets that I am watching. I believe in safety first. Therefore, I usually keep all dogs on a leash when walking and avoid contact with other animals unless specifically requested by a pet owner. I feed all pets per the schedule I'm provided and like to play as much as each pet enjoys. My record for fetch is over one hour with a golden retriever. I've also watched cats, chickens, and birds.

About: I have over 3 years of pet-sitting experience and have built lasting relationships with multiple families who trust me to care for their pets on a regular basis. Throughout my experience, I've cared for dogs with a variety of personalities, energy levels, and needs, ensuring each pet receives individualized attention, exercise, and affection. I understand how important it is for pet owners to feel confident while they're away, so I prioritize safety, communication, and consistency in my care. Whether it's daily walks, playtime, feeding, administering basic care, or simply providing companionship, I treat every pet as if they were my own. Many of my clients continue to book with me because they know their pets are happy, comfortable, and well cared for in my hands. currently work part-time, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. I am available for walks, drop-in visits, pet sitting, and overnight care, depending on your needs. I make it a priority to maintain pets' regular routines and ensure they receive the exercise, companionship, and care they deserve while you're away. Safety and comfort are always my top priorities when caring for pets. I make sure pets are supervised, secure, and cared for according to their usual routine. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding schedules, exercise, medications, and any special needs. I provide plenty of attention, playtime, and affection while ensuring pets have a clean and safe environment. I also keep owners updated with messages and photos so they can have peace of mind while they're away. I treat every pet as if they were my own and strive to make them feel comfortable, loved, and stress-free during my care.
“Gary and April are very loving towards my cats. I was gone for a short trip, and kitties were calm, cool, and collected. I even had some health issues earlier in the week with one cat and April gathered tons of information to make sure kitty would be amply cared for... she didn't need it, but it was nice to know that if she relapsed, she had the care she needed. You can trust this sitter! Very thorough and fun people to boot!”

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
