About: Hi! My name is Afton 😊 I’ve had pets my entire life, and caring for animals has always been a natural part of my routine. I’m patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs. I take the time to learn each pet’s personality and needs so they feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed with me. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or quiet cuddles, I care for every dog as if they were my own. I also always send photo updates so you can feel at ease while you’re away!! I currently work part-time at CBK, and my schedule varies. I'm available throughout the week and on weekends, and I’m happy to work around your dog’s routine to keep things consistent and comfortable for them. I make sure every dog receives plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship so they feel comfortable and well cared for. I prioritize safety by following owner instructions closely and maintaining consistent routines. I ensure pets are always supervised, secure, and comfortable in their environment. I’m attentive on walks, respectful of each pet’s boundaries, and committed to clear communication and updates so owners feel confident and at ease while their pets are in my care.

About: I’ve always had cats and dogs growing up and was even around more exotic pets like bunnies and snakes. I love animals especially dogs and cats and have even fostered cats for the humane society in the past. I don’t own an animal due to working full time and moving frequently. I work full time so I can board pets on the weekends from Friday - Sunday most of the time. Occasionally on long weekends as well. I can also check on pets after work. I do not have any pets at the moment but may start to foster cats in the future. I have rooms to keel animals separate if needed. I also have a fenced in backyard.

About: I’ve rescued , raised and taken care of animals since I was 10! I’ve grown up with all kinds of pets and have yet to find an animal I don’t love! I work part time so i’ve got plenty of time to take care of your pets , belly rubs and fetch and plenty of play time included! No matter where or when your furry friends and their needs will always be priority! Making sure they are safe, fed ,cared for and having a blast!

About: I’ve been taking care of animals for over 10 years now! I’ve taken care of both Dogs and cats of all sizes! I’ve been dog sitting for years and I have been working at Sydney’s pet resort as a supervisor for 4 years now! I have experience giving all animals medication and will help animals with any medical issues they may have! I have experience working with puppies and senior dogs, as well as kittens and senior cats! About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 10 years old. Family, friends, and neighbors have trusted me with their pets to feed, walk, and give them comfort. I’ve had dogs around all my life. I am currently employed part time, a college student, looking for some extra cash so my availability is very open! Weekdays work best for me after 5 pm! I have a fenced yard with 2 very friendly dogs. Water is easily accessible for the dogs as well. I am able to separate my dog from your dog if needed!

More than willing to work requests or specific tasks that your companion may need or is a part of their schedule. I am available to care for your pet(s) anytime between 6:00 am - 11:00 pm any day of the week that are available on my Rover Schedule. Please let me know if there is anything more I could do for you and your companion(s). Allowing your pet(s) to adjust to a new environment (or person) is very important. At this time I am not providing daycare or boarding. As a standard, I expect to be able to walk your companion(s) around their own neighborhood or environment that they are comfortable with. If I were to pet sit in a client’s home the utmost respect for property and privacy would be carried out. I would request specific instructions to where I am to be in the home at all times. All services would still be carried out to the same standards. Currently, I do not stay overnight while house or dog sitting.

About: I previously have walked, water, and fed my nanny family's dog. Its a large retriever/Collie mix dog. I have also done drop in dog visits for a labrador retriever and med sized mixed dog, along with dog boarding for a small minature pincher, greyhounds, and a retriever. I enjoy animals and your pets will be treated as family members at my house. While I have no kids of my own, I am a foster parent so kids of all ages do come and go. I also sometimes host guests through airbnb, however no smoking is allowed in the house by anyone. My family used to own a small black dog that I helped walk and care for. About: I have a year of vet tech school. I have volunteered for the Humane Society in the surgical department as well as been a foster parent to pets in need of special care. I know pet CPR and have Pet first aid. I have cared for all types of pets, dogs, cats, hamsters, gerbils, snakes, a gecko, some lizards, and horses. I will feed and water, potty them , play with them and walk them. I have lots of toys and games to play with your pet ! I will also pick up mail, paper, and water plants and yard !! About: I have had 6 dogs in my lifetime 2 Labradors, 3 Miniature Dachshund and a Schnauzer. I currently live with 2 dogs now a German Shepard and Golden Retriever. My favorite thing about the dogs is just having them around. Pets make a family and household full. I love to just interact with them, play with them but most of all just be in their presence. I’m currently looking to help care for dogs when I am not at work. I typically work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays from 8-4. I am very flexible as well. I live with 2 dogs currently and I typically take the dogs out every 2 hours and take time out of the day to play with them and or go on a walk if I’m not busy.

About: I’m exceptional in training puppies, cats and dogs. If necessary I can discipline although I prefer positive encouragement towards good behaviour with rewards. I love teaching commands using an animals favourite treat or a clicker, whichever is more effective. When it comes to older animals it’s critical for me to be aware of and understand their history. Dietary restrictions, sleeping/eating habits, medication and application processes, etc. I love all animals but ultimately will treat them as family with the love and support they each deserve. I’m currently working as a part time Youth Director at a local church so I have plenty of time throughout my days to play with and care for your furrr babies. My main goal currently is to fill in the gaps of my day to day with joy and happiness that only pets can bring. We all need something to look forward too to make life enjoyable and for me right now that’s figuring out how to play with as many animals as possible to make sure they’re all loved while you’re away. Our home has as expansive enclosed back yard for dogs to run around in and play or simply take a potty break. Our living room and kitchen area are great open places for cats to explore and the basement is very clean and comfortable as well. Although, I prefer to go to a cats home instead because as you know being a cat owner most cats dislike change of environments or any change in general for that matter. When it comes to walks I like to take as many precautions as viable. Dog parks are available and accessible more so during the day. There are plenty of nearby parks in my neighbourhood as well as bike paths and sidewalks. I’m open to any suggestions for locations or preferred methods of transportation as some animals dislike car rides so a simple walk around the block would suffice. I take any and all advice seriously when it comes to the attention and care of your animal.
