Dog Walkers in Darlington, WI

About: I am open to most pets. Cats, Dogs, Horses, Calves, Lambs, Guinea Pigs, Turtles, etc..... If extra special care or out of state, I do charge travel fees. I do have experience with older pets and young ones. I have been known to raise Opossums from the size of mice to adults. If that gives you an idea! I am open to new proposals and willing to negotiate new situations! (Unencountered situations when it comes to pets) I also House-sit, plants, pets etc... I do travel out of state to Illinois (Mostly the North suburbs of Chicago) and Wisconsin. This is where I have done house-sitting. Pets and Plants can be included in this care. I do add travel expenses, mainly for gas, when traveling for house sitting. I get up in the morning and get my coffee going and then tend to pets that are around. They get fed first thing, inside and outside. Feral cats seem to be present in the morning. Litter boxes are checked. Water Bowls. Mostly I go to people's homes and care for the pets at their houses, but I have had people bring them to me. I have an extra room set up in my barn if there are anxieties or stress with animals and they need a quiet place. I am in the process of updating that room a little more. It is heated for the winter months. I do have hand brushes and combs for extra attention and I do go talk to whoever is around. If dogs come, they can be walked. Although I live in a small town, I am close to nice places to walk on the edge of town.

About: I've owned my own dogs and cats for 10+ years and have gone through a dog training course with our youngest, most active dog. I'm comfortable around a sizes and breeds of animals. I work full time from home and can break away during the work day for an hour or so. I'm available after 4:30 weeknights and all day on the weekends. I have two friendly dogs and two cats that would love visitors. We have a large yard on the edge of town where visiting pets would be monitored and played with by myself and two children.

About: I have been an independent pet sitter for 17 plus years. I have plenty of experience with cats, dogs and other small critters. I have been very passionate in my love of animals for many years and all of my pets mean the world to me. I have spent time volunteering in shelters for pet care as we as medical care and have spent time working as a vet assistant as well. While working in the vet office I learned how to medicate cats as well as how to give subcutaneous fluids. I have worked in various animal related fields for over a decade including vet offices, shelters, grooming facilities, pet stores and pet sitting. All animals are fascinating to me and I enjoy learning about the different types of care they all need. I live in Galena IL and am willing to cover all surrounding areas 😸 Pet sitting is my main job and my schedule is currently open. I'm looking to build my local client base and earn your trust :) I will care for pets in the clients own home. I will follow the care instructions provided for each pet. During overnight visits I will treat your home with the utmost respect.

About: I have cared for many pets since I was very young. I am experienced with even medically needy animals. Animals are my passion. Their love is unconditional and so is mine for them. I work a flexible schedule so I can work most anything work. Long trips, short trips, regular schedule. You name it I’ll make it work. Working in clients home is preferred over using my own home. Helping your pet to feel comfortable is my main priority and keeping their environment consistent will help that.

About: I have trained 2 puppies of my own as well as raise them and take care of them throughout their lives. I have also in-home dogsat for many dogs including dog in heat. I have experience with feeding, walking, training, medicating, spending time with, and cleaning up after dogs of all kinds. I am a student at the University of Minnesota and I work part-time. I am available to check in on your pets and take them for walks/spend time with them during the day. I have a lot of extra time this summer to spend with your pets! I will care for your pets from your home, I can take them for very long walks as well as take them to the dog park if you would like. About: Hello! I am a lifetime pet lover with experience caring for cats and dogs of all sizes. I love all animals, big and small! I am a psychotherapist and I work from home about 50% of the time, so I’ll be able to accommodate frequent potty breaks. I’m currently working part-time, so I’ll be able to be actively engaging with your pets fully outside of about 4 hours per weekday. I work from home, so it’s easy to take a walk or a drive to the dog park if your pup is high energy. For older or calmer dogs and/or cats, I make good company! I am always respectful of personal preferences when it comes to pet care. If I’m staying in your home, I will be respectful of your space and your boundaries around how I use that space. If your dogs are in my home, I will listen to your opinions about how and how much exercise they need, what will make them most comfortable, and their feeding/potty schedule.

I have a very flexible schedule and a very dog friendly home. We have one dog in the home sometimes too because I watch my daughter's dog. We have a big country yard, dogs would be monitored with a leash unless the dog is good at obeying commands. Big yard with walking trails.

About: I’ve had a dogs in my life, since I was a child, and was introduced to cats as I ventured into the collegiate life. As an adult I have cared for dogs primarily, but recently had the opportunity to take care of the sweetest cats! I am fairly patient with pets and like to give them as much space as they like to try to not mess up the routines, but if they are balls of energy and cuddle bugs, I am more than happy to comply! I believe that walks and healthy roaming space is good for a dog’s, development and energy, and respecting a cat to make the first move to ensure respect and comfort to their environment. Hi! I’m a full-time high school interpreter and a lifelong animal lover. During the school year, I spend my days helping students thrive in the classroom — and now that summer’s here, I’m excited to dedicate my time to caring for your pets! I like doing research on the neighborhoods that I’m going into if it’s a new area, and like to understand what you have available, either a dog park, or a fenced backyard, to really understand how to best care for your dog. My dog is a big ball of energy so I have learned a lot of skills to be able to make sure that they stay in their assigned spaces, I do like to keep them with me on my lap as I work, or nearby letting them enjoy a nap.

About: I grew up on a dairy farm so I’ve been around animals my whole life, where my passion for animals began. Growing up we had a family dog, yellow lab named Ryley. In 2016 I got my first blue heeler named Creek. Then last year I added my second blue heeler / border collie mix named Gator. My dogs are my life. My sister also has 3 dogs of her own and together you’ll see in my pictures that my sister and I are both very active with our dogs! I love training my dogs , going for walks/hikes, and doing dog sports with them. I’d love to help your pets by taking them for walks and getting some cute pictures of them for you! Photography is a side hobby of mine as well! I currently work part time to full time in Madison. I have flexibility with my schedule during the week days and would love to be able to help get your pups a good walk / enrichment in throughout the day! I would ensure to walk your dogs however you prefer with collar/ leash or harness / leash combo. My dogs do well with their collars/leash during controlled city walking and use harness during hikes.
