About: I have been an independent pet sitter for 18 plus years. I have plenty of experience with cats, dogs and other small critters. I have been very passionate in my love of animals for many years and all of my pets mean the world to me. I have spent time volunteering in shelters for pet care as we as medical care and have spent time working as a vet assistant as well. While working in the vet office I learned how to medicate cats as well as how to give subcutaneous fluids. I have worked in various animal related fields for over a decade including vet offices, shelters, grooming facilities, pet stores and pet sitting. All animals are fascinating to me and I enjoy learning about the different types of care they all need. I live in Galena IL and am willing to cover all surrounding areas 😸 Pet sitting is my main job and my schedule is currently open. About: I have had dogs my entire life, my dogs are my family and I have made it my passion to care for animals. I have experience in dog grooming working as a bather for a year and animal care working as a kennel attendant for 3 years. Currently I work part time and have time to spare. I recently moved to the area and love exploring and walk my own dogs daily. I can follow a list of care instructions competently and am comfortable asking questions when I am unsure. I care for my dogs as if they are my family and would make sure your pet receives the same level of care.

About: I've sat for many different breeds and species over the years. I grew up always having some type of animal in the home, especially dogs. I have two dogs and a cat now. I love cooking for them and knowing exactly what is going in their food. I love making home made treats for them as well. I even sew for them at times. I've made boots, coats, beds, Halloween costumes, toys, etc. Right now, my schedule is pretty flexible, which means I have lots of time to dedicate purely to furkids. I am close with a professional dog trainer and am able to ask any question, which is always a big help. My vet has great hours and very accessible as well for any questions or concerns.

About: I own two high-energy dogs, Josie and Stella, both raised from puppies, so I know how stressful puppy-parenting can be. Growing up on a farm surrounded by animals is where I developed my love for caring for them, and it’s where I learned responsibility. We often head to the farm for extra playtime and walks, so your pup will have plenty of fun, exercise, and love—no energy left behind! I’m currently in school for respiratory therapy, so I’ve cut back on my hours. I work every other weekend at a memory care/assisted living facility. On Mondays and Wednesdays, I’m in class from 9 AM to 2:30 PM. Other than that, I’m pretty available around my work and school schedule, and I can’t wait to care for and love your animals! I have two friendly, high-energy dogs who love to play! While we don’t have a fenced yard, we’re lucky to have country property with plenty of space to walk around the fields.

About: I have always had pets. Whether fish, cats, dogs, small birds. They are part of my family! I’m devoted! And have even resuscitated a gold fish! I work part time during the week watching my grandkids but otherwise have no obligations except to care for your fur babies and ensure your peace 😉 I will ask for instructions and follow them to ensure your pets routine and comfort is foremost beyond keeping doors shut for security. I will not use or bring other pets or materials into your home that would compromise your pets peace and safety. My children are now adults with lives of their own. So I have plenty of time for your fur babies. So, no worries. When I’m caring for your fur-baby, I will always consider your pets safety and well-being first. I understand that little dogs can be fragile. :-) I prefer to care for your pets in your home if possible. Otherwise they must be socialized and okay with my cat. My home is small but I have a yard and lots of walking available - Cats are usually drop-ins at Your home, but if in mine; because I have cats (friendly), I wiIl always see/hear them and be well-looked after. :-)

About: I owned a dog for a couple years who had a disease that required special care when eating and drinking water, he had a lot of medical needs. I became profiecent in his needs and provided great care before he passed. With that said, I have experience with taking care of dogs with special needs. I also have experience raising a puppy from very young, so I understand reactiveity in dogs and have learned different ways to calm them down or pay special attention to them during moments of high reactivity ( like during walks) I am currently work remotely from home and have a pretty flexible schedule during my day that allows me to do side quests such as rover I have a fenced in yard and 1 dog who loves playing with other dogs! so your fur baby would have a best friend to play with during the day. I can also easily crate my or your dog

About: I am open to most pets. Cats, Dogs, Horses, Calves, Lambs, Guinea Pigs, Turtles, etc..... If extra special care or out of state, I do charge travel fees. I do have experience with older pets and young ones. I have been known to raise Opossums from the size of mice to adults. If that gives you an idea! I am open to new proposals and willing to negotiate new situations! (Unencountered situations when it comes to pets) I also House-sit, plants, pets etc... I do travel out of state to Illinois (Mostly the North suburbs of Chicago) and Wisconsin. This is where I have done house-sitting. Pets and Plants can be included in this care. I do add travel expenses, mainly for gas, when traveling for house sitting. I get up in the morning and get my coffee going and then tend to pets that are around. They get fed first thing, inside and outside. Feral cats seem to be present in the morning. Litter boxes are checked. Water Bowls. Mostly I go to people's homes and care for the pets at their houses, but I have had people bring them to me. I have an extra room set up in my barn if there are anxieties or stress with animals and they need a quiet place. I am in the process of updating that room a little more. It is heated for the winter months. I do have hand brushes and combs for extra attention and I do go talk to whoever is around. If dogs come, they can be walked. Although I live in a small town, I am close to nice places to walk on the edge of town.

About: I have had a dog my entire life. I have worked as a dog bather in the past for 8 plus years. I get alone with all dogs and make friends with everyone I meet. I like to get to know and meet all new dog family members. I watch family members dogs often when they go out of town. I am free everyday to take care of anyone dog that needs care and love. Right now I’m available anytime needed just not at night when I might be asleep I take my own dog for a walk everyday around the neighborhood. I bath him once a week and love playing with him and his toys outside getting all the energy out of him till he ready for a good nap

I have walked, ran, played, cleaned, and cared for their well being! I am usually available all day throughout the week and partly on weekends! About: I have lots of pet experience! I have been in the pet sitting and dog walking area for many years! I love being with dogs and loving on them. I am prompt and on time with feedings, potty breaks, walks, and anything else they might need! I had a sweet dog for many years by the name of Charlie, she was super sweet, I trained her to do many things, unfortunately she passed this year, but I am thankful for her and what she taught me! Now I want to love on other dogs like she loved on me! I am currently a student at Emmaus University in Dubuque, Iowa studying Counseling Psychology so my schedule can be pretty busy but I am willing to be flexible! Castle Rock Colorado is my hometown and I usually come back in Summer and Winter breaks. I cannot care for pets in my home unfortunately since I live in a dorm, however I am happy to care for them in clients homes! I am a very flexible person and can work around just about anything to cater to your needs and your pup’s needs! About: I grew up on a dairy farm so I’ve been around animals my whole life, where my passion for animals began. Growing up we had a family dog, yellow lab named Ryley. In 2016 I got my first blue heeler named Creek. Then last year I added my second blue heeler / border collie mix named Gator. My dogs are my life. My sister also has 3 dogs of her own and together you’ll see in my pictures that my sister and I are both very active with our dogs! I love training my dogs , going for walks/hikes, and doing dog sports with them. I’d love to help your pets by taking them for walks and getting some cute pictures of them for you! Photography is a side hobby of mine as well! I currently work part time to full time in Madison. I have flexibility with my schedule during the week days and would love to be able to help get your pups a good walk / enrichment in throughout the day! I would ensure to walk your dogs however you prefer with collar/ leash or harness / leash combo. My dogs do well with their collars/leash during controlled city walking and use harness during hikes.
