About: I've taken care of and owned many dogs over the years. I have had pets all of my life, dogs, cats, fish, turtles, guinea pigs...you name it! Neighbors, friends and family have continuously entrusted my wife and I to care for their pets. We will board only one family’s dog(s) at a time so you can be sure they get the attention they need. Our four kids are age 7-13 and will also provide extra attention and playtime for your dog. With six in the household you can rest assured knowing your dog will have attention at all times. Our 4 acre yard provides ample space for leashed exploring and there is abundant wildlife in the area providing new smells to investigate. Your dog will be walked a minimum of once in the morning and once at night with bathroom breaks every 2-4 hours or as needed. During the week my wife and I have the ability to work from home to provide care for your dog during the day. We do require dogs to potty trained and not have a history of aggression. They also need to be trained to not chew on non toys unless they are still puppies which we fully understand and can work with! We look forward to having an opportunity to meet you and keeping you pets well loved! No matter what our day looks like, there is always someone available to provide the attention and consistency of car for your dog(s), which is the number one priority. We also have a furnished basement that can be closed off if needed. Or a quiet capped garage and workshop room depending on the sleeping arrangements your dog is accustomed to. About: I have had cats my entire life, including as many as four at once, so I am very familiar with the fact that every cat comes with their own extremely specific terms and conditions. 😂 If your cat wants to spend the entire visit in my lap, fantastic. If your cat would prefer that I refill the food, scoop the litter box and then admire them respectfully from six feet away, I can do that too. Tell me the weird stuff! Which toy is THE toy? Where do they hide? Do they drink from the faucet instead of the perfectly good bowl you bought them? I want to know their normal routine so I can keep things as familiar as possible while you are gone. And yes, you will get pictures and updates. Even if today’s update is simply, “She stared at me judgmentally from underneath the bed for 27 minutes.” 😂

“HIRE CHRIS. I won the lottery with him. It was my first time using Rover. I have a special needs rabbit who needed a caretaker after a rabbit boarding service was no longer available. I messaged several sitters and Chris was the first to respond. He is responsive and communicative. What I absolutely love about Chris, among many things, is that he asks questions. Not in a "what do I do" kind of way. Rather, "how do I do this to make sure it's done correctly". My special needs rabbit is on a specialized diet. I left Chris with instructions, which he followed to a tee, but he also sent a photo of the food. (My rabbit is feed very soft, watered down pellets and Critical Care due to recent dental surgery). I'm happy that he did because my rabbit can't chew on pellets. He sent lots of photos of Moo, too. Chris was also flexible with the initial meet 'n' greet appointment and visiting my landlord's office to pick up my front door key (which has to be loaned out). One of the reasons I chose Chris was his close proximity to my apartment. I will 5000% hire Chris again for my rabbit sitting needs. About: I own two high energy dogs, Josie and Stella, both raised from puppies, so I know how stressful puppy parenting can be. Growing up on a farm surrounded by animals is where I developed my love for caring for them, and it’s where I learned responsibility. We often head to the farm for extra playtime and walks, so your pup will have plenty of fun, exercise, and love no energy left behind! I’m currently in school for respiratory therapy, so I’ve cut back on my hours. I work most weekends 2-10:30. Then a few shifts throughout the week occasionally. About: I am open to most pets. Cats, Dogs, Horses, Calves, Lambs, Guinea Pigs, Turtles, etc..... If extra special care or out of state, I do charge travel fees. I do have experience with older pets and young ones. I have been known to raise Opossums from the size of mice to adults. If that gives you an idea! I am open to new proposals and willing to negotiate new situations! (Unencountered situations when it comes to pets) I also House-sit, plants, pets etc... They get fed first thing, inside and outside. Feral cats seem to be present in the morning. Litter boxes are checked. Water Bowls. Mostly I go to people's homes and care for the pets at their houses, but I have had people bring them to me. I have an extra room set up in my barn if there are anxieties or stress with animals and they need a quiet place. I am in the process of updating that room a little more. It is heated for the winter months. I do have hand brushes and combs for extra attention and I do go talk to whoever is around. If dogs come, they can be walked. About: I've sat for many different breeds and species over the years. I grew up always having some type of animal in the home, especially dogs. I have two dogs and a cat now. I love cooking for them and knowing exactly what is going in their food. I love making home made treats for them as well. I even sew for them at times. I've made boots, coats, beds, Halloween costumes, toys, etc. Right now, my schedule is pretty flexible, which means I have lots of time to dedicate purely to furkids. I am close with a professional dog trainer and am able to ask any question, which is always a big help. My vet has great hours and very accessible as well for any questions or concerns.

About: I've been around dogs since I can remember. All but one of my jobs have been involved around dogs. I am a Daycare attendant at the bark bark club Currently right now. I do have a normal 9 to 5 job during the week. But I am off on Wednesdays and Fridays. But I do work on Saturdays and Sundays for like 4 to 6 hours. I am very flexible with taking care of your pet in between shifts to the like. I don't mind going back to your house and I haver never had this be problem I will Crate your dogs if you want or I can leave them outside of their crate it all just depends on what you want
About: I’ve had dogs ever since I was a young child & doggos have always been a special part of my life! They become important family members who give & get the unconditional love we all deserve! It’s hard some times when life takes us away from home & our doggies for longer than we’d like. Exactly the reason I would be the perfect person to love, snuggle, take care of & give your dogs the attention they want and need while you’re away or busy! puppers will always be able to depend on seeing my kind face and caring hand at times like these. Just as they support our emotional needs on a daily basis, I have come to love returning the small favor for them! I am home full time & dedicate my day to taking care of my kids, my doggo, my 2 docile kittens & my household. My time is not limited. My kids and I love to take walks with the dog, go to local dog parks occasionally when they are empty & clean, & play fetch in our large, clean yard!
