About: I do not own a dog personally, however I have had experience caring for dogs. I have dogsitted for as long as I can remember, feeding, walking dogs and genuinely caring for them. I love all dogs alike and at the end of the day I just want to see your dog happy. Services will include -Meet and Greet. -Convenient/flexible drop off and pick up times. -Excercise/walks at least 3 times a day or whatever is preferred by the owner. -Sanitized rooms, vacuumed daily, and house will never be shared with other pets. -Around the clock attention for overnight boarding, I am able to be work from home every day when I have a dog in my care. I work from home in Ellicott city with time dedicated to care for pets. I am pretty flexible and willing to go out of my way for pet care work. I live in a very walkable and safe neighborhood community in Ellicott City. While not gated, it is a closed community and offers numerous paths for dog walkers, including a dog park nearby as well. There is a shared backyard where I have seen dogs play and ample space in my townhome. I have had cats/ dogs in my home in the past with no problem.

I am newly-reactivated, but for the past 6 years I have fostered with the rescues Friends of Rabbits in MD and Penny and Wild in FL, so I have been active in the pet care and rescue community! I'd say I'm fairly active, going to the gym 4 days a week for strength training and running 4 times a week, so I have gotten strong enough to handle bigger dogs. I also love dogs that can run alongside me so I'm for you if you have an over-active dog! I've grown up with a dog, walked countless dogs of various ages, shapes, and sizes, have one house bunny and a former feral tuxedo cat of my own, and worked with caring for up to 14 cats at a time in a Petco! I'm also a rabbit foster and regularly foster and volunteer with local rabbit rescues and shelters - I have fostered at least 10 rabbits now and it's rare for my place to not have more than one enclosure at a time. My services include dog walking, day care, cat boarding and day care. I even have experience with rabbits with special needs, guinea pigs, and reptiles. Aaliyah was the absolute best! She was so patient with our rescue pitbull pup, letting him get acquainted with her and come to her when he was ready (the string cheese snacks helped too). We felt very comfortable leaving our pup in her care, and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!!
We had to go out of town on very short notice and Clara was available. After meeting Clara we felt very comfortable leaving Rocky & Addie in her care. She stayed in our home and kept us updated with texts and photos. We highly recommend Clara and hope to have her care for Rocky and Addie in the future.
Cameron is such an amazing dog sitter/walker/handler! His interactions with my skittish dog has left her feeling loved and secure while in his care. Cameron is prompt with communication and very professional in all his interactions. He was flexible when we had to change our departure time due to longer TSA check in time. He followed instructions in caring for Storm and left the house immaculate. I was impressed he put the sheets and towels down the laundry shoot, I definitely didn't expect him to do that. Erin stayed at our home with our two dogs She is so responsible and she communicated with me frequently. One of my dogs had an upset tummy. She knew to give her chicken and rice. You can tell she knows a lot about dogs. Our house was left neat and clean and the dogs were happy when we got home. We will definitely be using Erin again.
Cristen took care of one dog and one cat for a week. This was my first experience with a house sitter, and it worked out great. Previously I've boarded the dog and had a local teen take care of the cat, but this was much better for the critters, since they are both are very social and used to me being around most of the time. Cristen gave the Border Collie the nice long walks that she absolutely needs, and I could see from photos how relaxed they both were. All instructions/guidelines followed, and the house was in fine shape upon return. Definitely will be rebooking with Cristen in the future.
